Overall, I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, great location, and helpful staff.

− If you usually go to bed before 2 a.m., it’s better to let the staff know before check-in and ask for a room facing away from the street. The street is a lively area with restaurants and loud music. If you enjoy staying out late, this probably won’t be an issue for you.

+ Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Hotel Le Florian und hätten uns für unseren Aufenthalt in Cannes wirklich kein besseres Hotel wünschen können. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Man läuft aus dem Hotel und ist direkt mitten in der Stadt und gleichzeitig nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Restaurants, Geschäfte, die Promenade und alles, was man in Cannes erleben möchte, hat man direkt um sich. Das Personal war für uns aber definitiv das Highlight des Hotels. Alle waren unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Wir hatten Mittags in einem Restaurant gegessen und sehr viel Essen übrig gehabt. Abends hat uns das Personal das Essen einfach in der Mikrowelle warm gemacht und uns sogar einen Tisch gedeckt, damit wir es gemütlich aufessen konnten. Und dann gab es noch eine Situation, gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein Restaurant, in dem an einem Abend Partystimmung war. Wir kamen zunächst nicht hinein. Wir hatten kurz davor mit einem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption geredet, gelacht und uns unterhalten. Er ist daraufhin tatsächlich selbst zur Security des Restaurants gegangen und hat uns einen Tisch organisiert. Solche Momente machen einen Aufenthalt einfach besonders. Auch die Parkplatzsituation ist super gelöst. Es gibt private Parkplätze direkt am Hotel, die allerdings schnell ausgebucht sind. Das Hotel arbeitet zusätzlich mit dem Parkhaus am Bahnhof zusammen und dadurch bekommt man einen großen Rabatt. Wir haben für 3 Nächte nur 45 € bezahlt. Das Hotel muss dafür lediglich den Parkschein abstempeln. Wir können das Hotel wirklich absolut empfehlen, vor allem wegen des unglaublich herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Personals. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. ❤️

+ Всё рядом, и пляж и магазины. Лидл в пешей доступности и Monop отличный магазин в 2-х минутах.

− Имеются номера на 3-4 этажах без лифта, ступени очень крутые, стиральные машины не во всех номерах-студиях.

+ Accueil très gentil - emplacement idéal dans Cannes

− Le bruit! Impossible de dormir avant 2h du matin et à 6h, les restaurants sortent les poubelles de verre, une semaine de bruit intense toutes les nuits! J’avais lu ce genre d’appréciation mais je ne m’attendais pas à ce niveau sonore. Question propreté, il y avait de nombreuses traces noires dans la douche et les murs de la chambre (littéralement 9 m2) mériteraient un coup de peinture.

+ Hotel je za svaku preporuku! Smeštaj je čist, uredan i veoma prijatan, a osoblje ljubazno i profesionalno. Lokacija je odlična i sve nam je bilo lako dostupno. Soba je bila udobna i imala je sve što nam je bilo potrebno. Sve je prošlo bez ikakvih problema i definitivno bismo ponovo odseli ovde. Sve pohvale!

− Jedina zamerka koju imam je doručak. Izbor bi mogao da bude malo raznovrsniji, posebno kada je u pitanju slana hrana. Bilo bi lepo da postoji više slanih opcija.

+ L'emplacement est parfait à 2 pas de la Rue d'Antibes et à 3 pas de la Croisette, dans une jolie rue très animée, ce qui aurait pu être problématique pour moi car la rue est très bruyante jusqu'à tard le soir. Mais dès que j'ai demandé une chambre au calme à la réception, ils ont tout de suite acquiescé à ma demande et j'ai eu une chambre donnant sur l'arrière où j'ai pu vraiment bien dormir

− La chambre allait pour moi tout seul mais si j'étais avec ma femme, ça aurait été vraiment trop petit
