+ This is not a 3 star hotel/ apartment.. don’t believe the photos on the website .
The grim / dark hall ways took us to a grim room didn’t cook a thing in the kitchen this is the worst place we have stayed in .
The good thing we got to see a lot of Cannes which's is beautiful place as we didn't want go back to the grim dark room .
2,0BellaTr🇬🇧 Reino Unido · En familia · Oct 2023Poorly maintained hotel with untrustworthy cleaning staff
+ We booked this apartment hotel through the Interval Getaway programme as usually the standard of accommodation is good. Not on this occasion. The unit was advertised by Interval as being suitable for 2-4 people. The amount of storage was limited and the lounge table could certainly not accommodate 4 people as it was impossible to position this number of chairs around the small table. In fact only one proper dining chair was provided. A further 2 folding chairs were in the wardrobe and the fourth chair was an arm chair.
The unit was certainly not maintained- there was mould on the bathroom ceiling, there were bloodstains on the duvet and there was a hole in the wall by the front door.
We complained and to be fair to the hotel we were offered the option of a different unit ( not available immediately as the hotel was fully booked) or complimentary breakfast. We opted for the breakfast and were glad to have selected this option as during our week long stay we overheard several other guests complaining about their room.
What was most concerning however was that one day while we were out our room was unexpectedly serviced and my earrings, which I had left on the bedside table, were missing when I returned. In fact we were surprised to see that several of our belongings had been moved. According to the documentation provided by Interval the room was not going to be serviced during our stay and not expecting any one to enter the room, the earrings had not been locked away in the safe.Sarah on reception promised that the Head of Cleaning would investigate and contact me by email. However the hotel failed to respond to emails asking for an update. It seems the hotel management is not bothered that there is a thief on the loose. For this reason I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
10,0mikerF1572RAViaje de negocios · Jun 2023GREAT HOTEL STAFF
+ By far, I wish I was staying here during the Cannes Festival. I had to grab 1 night and then go to our corporate apartment as we all are attending the Cannes Film Festival. The room was amazing and I slept a good 8 hours strong. The Staff was incredible. Sarah at the front desk helped me with check-in at the AirBnB our company got, but in all honesty, I wish I could stay here insted. Thank you, Sarah, for being so nice, helpful, and keep that friendly smile.
10,0631BarbaraM🇺🇸 Estados Unidos · En pareja · Abr 2023Great place to stay
+ My husband and I spent one week in a small apartment with a balcony in the Citadines in Cannes. It was very pleasant. The apartment had a small kitchen, a living room and bedroom. Very comfortable place to stay for the week. Large windows opened up to the street and there was a U Supermarket just up the street. This apartment hotel is steps from a main boulevard leading you to the poshest area of Cannes along the Croissette and about six blocks from the beach. Along the Croissette, all the luxury shops are there as well as a casino and lots of nice restaurants. The shopping is limitless in that area. Yu will find great bakeries to get a fresh baguette every morning. The staff, kudos to Sarah, is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has parking underground but spots tend to be tight. A block or two away, there is also a paid underground parking facility if the hotel one is booked. If you don't want to pick up groceries for your room, there is a continental breakfast served in the mornings for 12 euros. Nice people, clean, safe place, you can't go wrong with the Citadines Croissette in Cannes.
8,0Sunshine52768272734Sep 2022The price/quallity its excelent
+ We stayed for about 5 days, as a family of 4 and we really enjoyed our stay! It was an ok apartment, a little old but overall it was what we paid for. The staff was very nice and helpful and the hotel is placed close to the beach and close to a supermarket and other shops. It was a great experience for what we paid for!
6,0danmctravels🇬🇧 Reino Unido · Nov 2021Decent apartment just outside the centre
+ I’d probably make it 3.5 if I could! Decent little apartment a short walk from the station. Takes about ten minutes to get to the beach/main drag. Friendly staff. Well appointed kitchenette although v small - fine to make a little snack. Only wished the TV had some English speaking channels! Used the laundry room - 5 euros for a wash and 4 to dry.
Broken aircon, broken dishwasher, laundry room not available etc etc
+ We booked a family room for a week stay in Cannes. We picked this hotel group as we had pleasant experiences with them before. However, this time it was the total opposite.Day 2 of our 5 night stay, we reported a broken aircon (this was in the middle of a heat-wave across southern Europe). Promises of this being fixed was empty. They offered as another room on day 4. The new room however, had the same problem - broken aircon. In addition to this the dishwasher in the first room was not working - and also not fixed during our stay. The same goes for the laundry room. The hotel is supposed to be a self-catering apartment type accommodation - however, with a broken aircon, dishwasher, and laundry room, it was disappointing to say the least. The hotel rooms are dated, the elevator feels and sounds like its from the 19th century.Avoid.
Nice residence hotel in the very centre of Cannes
+ I have enjoyed a couple of times staying at this hotel which I highly recommand. The staff is very kind and the amenities and services are 1st class. The situation is very practical for the beach / train station / shops etc....
6,0Liketotravel2000🇮🇹 Italia · Ago 2020Not comfortable apartment
+ The people are friendly and in general the cleaning is good.
The apartment for 4 people is very small and absolutely not comfortable.
The maintenance is poor, the internal apartments doors don't close correctly.
The apartment smells badly.
10,0chrisbQ5709DG🇧🇧 BB · Ago 2020Service is great
+ When my wife and I are traveling and looking for a hotel, we go through photographs and book rooms in which the interior resembles our home. Citadines Croisette Cannes is very cozy with furnishings and lighting to create a homely atmosphere. It's nice to relax in such an environment. Service is great, helpful staff!

+ great location, the staff very friendly and accommodating, breakfast not too good I wish there was a hot option, however you are just a 2 min walk to some nice Cafes. The Ac worked great and the wifi was good as well
Nice hotel with an awesome location
+ I stayed here for a week from sep 24 through the 28th.overall not a bad experience. I feel the amenities could have been better but for Europe standard i.guess this wasnt too bad.
The location of this hotel was by far the best thing about it,.it was close to.everything.
I would recommend just based on based on that.
10,0margarets717🇬🇧 Reino Unido · En pareja · Sep 2019Weeks holiday
+ Perfect base in Cannes for spending time in the town and touring the region. Only 7 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to sea front. Accommodation clean and tidy. Suited a flexible holiday with breakfast if required but self catering facilities.
10,0nicolasO7981FXEn familia · Sep 2019Excellent Location, Rooms and Staff Service
+ The location of the hotel is 5mins walk from Cannes SNCF station, 7 mins walk to Cannes harbour. The staff are very friendly and supportive, our 2 room apartment was great, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was very good selection.
10,0elizahyde🇫🇷 Francia · Jul 2019Great for a trip to work and bring the dog
+ My dog and I stayed at the Citadines for a week during a heat wave in July so I could work on my dissertation in aircon. We had a studio which had a main room with a large bed (that can be split), a bench at the end of the bed, a large desk with chair plus an extra chair. There was also a kitchenette, washroom with shower/bath combo, and separate toilet. The main room and the others were separated by a door that could be left open or closed. This was a great feature, especially with a dog to block out any extra noise (or smells from the kitchen). Everything was in working order and clean. AC was great! The design was simple but relaxing, I loved the blue accents.
The hotel is located just north of the busy area of Cannes, but a short 5-10 min walk away. This allowed for a peaceful stay. There are two regular groceries and 2 bio groceries within 3 min walk of the place as well as some small restaurants with nice service and food.
This is a hotel where they leave you mostly to yourself besides greeting and looking out for safety. The staff is helpful and advice and is friendly. The one issue that came up is that they don’t tell you what day or time your weekly cleaning is. This ended up a bit awkward as the housekeeper came when I was in the middle of a project in my pajamas haha. She gave me max 2 mins to pull things together, I’d appreciate even just a note in the morning that it was cleaning day. They do have a nice lounge with AC and outdoor patio to relax or work at.
