− A few minor issue that let down the stay. Tv remote not working, fixed but had to remind staff not return to my room. Safe in room not working. Minor issues but if you want to be the best it’s these minor issues that make difference

Joël et Mme Caroline, qui accomplissent un travail exceptionnel et dont la disponibilité, la gentillesse et les petites attentions ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.Les chambres sont magnifiques, avec une literie particulièrement confortable. Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement somptueux, et son personnel fait preuve d’un professionnalisme remarquable.L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également un véritable atout, idéalement situé au cœur de la vieille ville. Sa situation stratégique permet de découvrir facilement les principaux sites et de profiter pleinement de l’atmosphère et du charme de la ville, tout en ayant tout à proximité.Mention spéciale également au rooftop, absolument incroyable, avec sa vue imprenable sur la cathédrale et le Guadalquivir.Encore merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil, vos précieux conseils et toutes vos délicates attentions. The boutique experience of a quiet and relaxing stay

+ Spectacular 5-stars hotel and great value for money. The staff was very nice and professional and they matched me with the quietest room they had. Loved the design of the hotel and the room. Beds are very comfortable, as well as pillows, sheets and thick soft towels. My breakfast a-la-carte was absolutely delicious! (vegan menu available + gluten-free options). It was a very relaxing stay and I wish I could have stayed longer.

− The only let down of my stay was the massage. The therapist was lovely, but I booked a sports massage and foot reflexology, and I received a relaxing beauty massage and a long feet rub. I hold the hotel responsible. Please gain knowledge in wellness practises and only offer on the menu the massages your therapists are specifically trained for and don't make promises to your guests. The risks of improper care can cause injury. For 175€ I wish I had booked the room for one more night instead. I do not recommend.

Wonderful stay in this gorgeous hotel.

+ This hotel is in a great location to access everything you need to see in Seville. We were greeted with a complimentary glass of cava upon check in and shown to our room. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping visit twice a day and top up supplies including Nuxe products in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with wide variety of buffet and made to order choices. All the staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful. We felt very pampered and relaxed. There is a rooftop bar with amazing views, make sure to tell staff that you are staying in the hotel and you will always get a table. We could not fault this beautiful hotel, we’d love to return one day.

+ Super Lage. Großes Zimmer mit Terrasse. Superbequeme Betten. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit aufmerksamem Service. Nette Dachterrasse mit Pool und Bar.

+ Fantastic attention to detail, double glazed doors, great aircon, the artwork, colour schemes, good coffee, great bath towels, robes and toiletries. The staff were really helpful and very warm in their manner. The breakfast was unreal, especially the steak sandwich and eggs benedict. Drinks by the pool were a nice touch and very reasonable. Loved how close it was to Triana neighbourhood, it felt like real Seville with the best Tapas from the likes of Tipico and others. Would love to return again for a short break in the future.

− The fact they don't tell you that you pay on leaving so if your exchange rate is different you end up paying more money than your original booking. Then when you ask why you are met with the attitude of this isn't my problem and it's policy. Extremely unhelpful and terrible attitude
