Really nice....

+ Really nice hotel and just a few minutes walk into town. Rooms were nice. Staff pleasant. Breakfast was good. Free parking at the rear of the hotel which was ideal for our motorbikes. Very good value for money. We have stayed here before and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent Hotel Amazing Staff

+ we stayed here as a group of Motorcyclists during our visit to the Picos. this is a very well ran Hotel the staff were fantastic, the facility is flawless everything you could need for a trip away. i would highly recommend to anyone travelling around northern spain

Nicely refurbished

+ Hotel has just been refurbished by the looks of it and done very well, nice hotel for the money, only downside is no restaurant and the only cooked item at breakfast was boiled eggs

+ Continental breakfast included, 10 minute walk to center of town and restaurants. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs.

Beware in height of summer as there is no air conditioning.

+ We stayed AR this hotel for 3 nights while in Poets. It was clean and had an "OK" breakfast. The weather was,extremely warm and there was no air conditioning and barely a window - hence quite uncomfortable. The staff was not especially friendly and at times curt.

+ This is a very decent functional hotel that covers all the bases. Room 401 was very large. There would be no problem in revisiting.

+ One night stay, nice hotel short walk from the centre of town. Decent breakfast selection. Room was nice and clean, parking area around the back includes covered area for motorcycles. Overall very satisfied.

+ After getting back from a day out, the area experienced a thunderstorm and heavy rain, and as the hotel didn't do evening food, had to brave the weather and walk into town to get food. Also en-suite didn't have a toilet roll holder so toilet rolls lived on floor.

+ Staff very helpful but one big issue: Top floor room has lie ceiling over bed with no warning or protection. Bumped head getting into bed 5 times, one needing stitches. Very poor design¡!. This needs to be modified and should never have been passed.

+ Estábamos al lado del ascensor y con vistas a la carretera y al cerrar ventanas no se oía nada, super bien, baños limpios, lo malo el clima, mucha calor en verano y claro no había aire, pero en general un buen sitio

+ Limpo,limpo,limpo. Recepção cordial e disponível. Ambiente muito agradável. Apesar de estar virado para a estrada não se ouvia barulho. Pequeno almoço quanto baste. Muito bom.

+ Hotel was great - very clean and a good location to be able to walk into the main area of Potes. The rooms don't have AC or fans - a fan would be great just to get the air moving on hot nights. Otherwise lovely stay

+ We hadden een fijne, ruime kamer. Doordat het onder de nok lag werd het er wel warm. De ruimte heeft geen ventilator. Gelukkig konden we de ramen en een deur tegen elkaar openzetten. Daardoor koelde het nog wel wat af. Het ontbijt is ok, maar kent weinig variatie.

+ Elevator is very loud Did not let you take food from the breakfast buffet out (not even a piece of fruit)...this is pretty standard at spots that have breakfast

+ Great value hotel with large modern rooms and conveniently located a pleasant few minutes walk from the centre of Potes. The buffet continental breakfast was varied and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Potes!
