− Photos do not reflect reality; the apartment is worn-out, the lighting is broken, the patio door is faulty, there is noise from neighbors, no vacuum cleaner, a broom without a handle, and filthy dish towels.

− I honestly don’t understand how so many people describe this apartment as clean or good value for money. We paid €500 per night, and for that price this apartment is completely unacceptable. * The towels smelled bad and didn’t seem properly washed or dried. * The toilet brush and bathroom cleanliness were below acceptable standards. * The pillows are of extremely poor quality and very uncomfortable. * The beds are cheap and uncomfortable, with very low-quality mattresses. * One of the “beds” is basically just a mattress placed very low to the floor. If an older person stayed here, they would struggle to get up. * The apartment clearly needs renovation, with dirty marks and worn areas on the walls. * The apartment is on the 5th floor, and the elevator is so small that barely one person with luggage fits inside. * The dishwasher smelled terrible and clearly had not been cleaned or maintained for a long time. * The washing machine was dirty inside and covered with black mold, which is completely unacceptable in a property advertised at this price. * The entrance of the building also smelled of mold, although I understand that this part is not the owner’s responsibility. * There is air conditioning only in the living room. The bedrooms have no AC at all, which is a major problem in summer. For €500 per night, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property. Instead, this felt like a mid-budget accommodation being sold at luxury prices. This is not a €500-per-night property. At best, it’s a €150-per-night mid-range apartment. Charging luxury prices for this level of cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance is unacceptable. The location is good, but unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say. I would definitely not stay here again and cannot recommend it at this price.

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The host was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had trouble finding a bus to Bilbao, and they went above and beyond to help us figure out the best option. Their kindness and willingness to assist made a big difference and made us feel truly cared for.

Excelente Ubicación

+ La ubicación fue excelente, cerca del casco viejo y restaurantes

− La Cama principal era un colchón con base en el piso, y levantarse fue sumamente incómodo, y no estaba cuadrado a la base lo que ocasionaba golpes al levantarse. Eso es inaceptable, y deben incurrir en proveer una cama decente y cómoda elevada, no tratar esto como si fuera un cuarto de estudiantes o persona sin recursos economicos.

+ La luz del apartamento y el tamaño de las estancias

− Contactamos con la dueña porque no había toallas para todos, y no hizo ningún gesto de traernos una. La limpieza de sabanas y toallas mejorable, si son manchas que ya no se van aunque se laven, se ponen unas nuevas. Pedimos dejar las maletas por la mañana un rato,para un café antes del viaje y no se nos dió la oportunidad ni de poderlas dejar en la entrada de la casa.

Renovated and super clean in the center

+ Location, super clean and well renovated. Very comfortable for 4 adults. The owner was very friendly to make sure we had everything we needed. Inner courtyard meant very little noise but great sunshine. Elevator was small but functioned well !

Perfecto para visitar San Sebastián

+ El apartamento es amplio y está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica, se llega dando un paseo a cualquier lugar de interés. Está recientemente reformado y las instalaciones son bastante nuevas salvo algún pequeño detalle.

− Se podría mejorar algún elemento del mobiliario que está algo deteriorado y cuidar un poquito más la limpieza para ser excelente. Al estar en el centro, solo se puede aparcar en parking de pago (unos 30€/día).

+ Estuvimos una noche y todo fue genial. El apartamento es perfecto para 4 personas: dormitorios amplios, camas cómodas y cocina bien equipada. La ubicación, al lado del Casco Viejo, es inmejorable. La anfitriona fue muy atenta con el check-in y nos permitió ducharnos tras el check-out después de la maratón, un gran detalle. Muy recomendable; sin duda volveríamos.

− Nos molestó un poco el ventanuco que hay en la habitación de dos camas, ya que cuando se enciende la luz de toda la escalera entra bastante claridad y resulta molesto para dormir.

해변가와 구시가지 근처 넓은 2 룸 아파트

+ 공간은 넓고, 비교적 깨끗했고 욕실도 공간이 큼. 위치가 구시가지 식당과 해변가에 가까워서 산책하기 좋았음. 버스터미날도 걸어서 15분 정도의 위치에 있음.

− 호스트가 영어 대화가 가능하지 않아 의사소통에 어려움을 겪었음. 호스트는 스페인어로 문자 메세지를 보내왔고 우리는 구글 번역기를 돌려야 했음. 날씨가 추웠는데 보일러 사용법을 알려주지 않아 다시 호스트에게 연락했야했음. 2박하는데 타월을 딱 3장 제공해서 추가로 요청했고 제공 받았음. 침대 매트리스는 조금 더 firm하면 좋을 듯.

Friendly helpful hosts and a perfect location made us feel at home and welcome.

+ Hosts are fabulous and very communicative. They let us in early , gave us recommendations for restaurants, and tips for the city. Apartment is so cute and clean . Everything we needed, and the laundry machine a huge bonus ! I arrived on a transatlantic flight and loved having a dark room to be able to recover from jet lag. My friend had the queen light filled room and loved it. The best part is the location! Mere minutes from everything in old town. We felt like we lived there.

Overall, the location was great and within walking distance to everything in Old town.

− The building smells like mold. The entrance to the building was very dark and the elevator was a bit castrophobic. It only fits a suitcase and one person. There were no handsoap, no extra toilet paper, and we dislike vanilla air freshner inside the property.
