Just okay

+ 8 mins walk to city centre. Customer service through whatsapp is fast responsive. Clean but need refurbishment especially the toilet which doesn’t have exhaust which made it extremely musty smell after shower.

− Parking spot wasn’t guaranteed even tough they advertised the property with it. We ended up parked our car in parking morales and costed us 18€/day so just added this cost in total cost of your stay.

− Ho ricevuto istruzioni su come prendere le chiavi di casa, ma ho avuto delle difficoltà nell'aprire il locker e tra l'altro non sapevo quale fosse perchè ce n'erano due. Avevo bisogno del telecomando per entrare nel garage con l'auto, ma non ce n'era traccia. Ho chiamato il proprietario, ma non parlava inglese. Ho risolto con l'aiuto della signora delle pulizie, anche se non parlava inglese. In sostanza i locker erano due, uno per le chiavi di case, uno per il telecomando, ma le combinazioni erano due e quella per il telecomando non era stata comunicata. Due locker uguali senza indicazioni. Parcheggio prezioso, ma scomodo (non ear nemmeno stato comunicato il numero del posto auto...

Un lloc perfecte per estar-hi un parell de dies i visitar màlaga.

+ Està molt ben situat , net i còmode. A menys de 5 minuts a a peu es troba el centre de la ciutat i si vas en cotxe també te fàcil arribada.

Bel soggiorno breve, su una città bellissima in un appartamento tranquillo

+ L'appartamento è veramente vicino al centro storico 15 minuti a piedi, in zona tranquilla, è un mini con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, ha anche un posto macchina coperto (a pagamento)…per due persone é perfetto

− Il letto è alla francese, e io sono 1,90 per piú di 100 kg. 😁

− Narrow garage - you should be very careful not to hit either your or someone else's car 🙂

+ The house was on a dangerous street with no lights. Even the residence inside as well. The apartment smelled damp and was not clean at all. Also far from the historical center. We took another hotel because I had an incident on the way back because it is dangerous at night. I asked them to refund our money, but they not only refused, but also mocked, saying that they are not responsible for the roads.

Pleasant stay with a good quality/price ratio

+ Easy to locate, not on a busy street. The apartment is large and clean. There are amenities that allow you to prepare and store your food, do laundry, etc. There are showering products left for guests, which I appreciated.

− The air is a little musty, I am not sure how to explain. It’s not that bad, but it is noticeable. The only way to warm up the apartment is by turning on the AC.

For one night it was fine , clean, but needs new furnishings

Overall good and will stay with them again.

+ The host were very accommodating. When we tried to contact them, theyre very responsive.

− The property is good but improvements can be made, like maybe installing exhaust in the toilet as it produces a smell after using. They tried to clean the whole place, but i guess proper vent will make it perfect.

OK for one night's stay

+ Location was good, very short walk to the old city. Comfortable bed, got a good night's sleep. The apartment is well equipped, we only stayed for one night so all we needed was coffee in the morning.

− The A/C wasn't working and there's no alternative to heating the place. The two of us took showers in the morning, the water went cold during the second shower.
