L'Azure Hotel

+ The hotel is lovely. Rooms are a bit small. Would have upgraded but too expensive. The food in the restaurant was very good however the food wasn’t very warm infact rather cold at all times which made it an unpleasant experience every day.

+ This is the best hotel in Lloret de Mar

+ Wir waren 13 Nächte hier und enttäuscht. Zimmer: Groß, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet (Balkon, Minibar, Kaffeemaschine, Sitzecke, Shampoo etc.). Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist ein alter TV ohne Smart-Funktion jedoch nicht zeitgemäß. Eine Flasche Wasser gibt es bei Ankunft gratis, danach kostenpflichtig. Lage & Umgebung: Die Lage ist top – Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, Meer und Busbahnhof direkt in der Nähe. Fußläufig erreicht man alles Wichtige. Sicherheit durch Kameras und Security war gegeben. Essen & Trinken: Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet sowie mehrere Bars und Restaurants vorhanden, jedoch teuer (Abendbuffet z. B. 25 € ohne Getränke). In der Stadt isst man günstiger. Service & Reinigung: Leider mangelhaft. Bei Ankunft schmutzige Bettwäsche und ein unsauberes Bad, trotz mehrmaliger Meldung blieb es bis zur Abreise unverändert. Die tägliche Reinigung ist oberflächlich. Personal beim Buffet war freundlich. Weitere Kritikpunkte: Fahrstühle wackeln, sind langsam und einer war durchgehend außer Betrieb. Pools sind kalt und wenig gepflegt. In den Fluren riecht es morgens feucht. Fazit: Die Lage ist gut, der Rest enttäuscht. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht – vieles kostet extra. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

+ I would like to thank the staff providing such a great service. The rooms are kept clean and fresh towels are available on a daily basis. The only inconvenience that it may be noisy at night time, also you may be unlucky with the neighbours.

+ Clean, good size rooms. We had a family suite for 4 people, it would be great if they had 3 beds, not 2, so teens didn't have to share a single bed.

+ Hotel adatto alle famiglie, con miniclub, spettacoli serali e piscina con giochi d’acqua molto divertenti per i bambini. Purtroppo mio figlio si è fatto male sullo scivolo perché davanti c’era un muro: sarebbe meglio aggiungere una protezione per maggiore sicurezza. Il cibo al ristorante della piscina non era di grande qualità e le attività in caso di pioggia sono poche. Le pulizie erano buone, anche se migliorabili. La posizione non è molto comoda: l’hotel si trova proprio davanti alla stazione dei bus e spesso si sente il chiasso della città; inoltre i parcheggi in zona sono tutti a pagamento. Nel complesso, comunque, è stato un bel soggiorno grazie agli spazi e ai servizi pensati per i bambini.

+ Schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel mit allem was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Frühstück super, Abendessen gut und ausreichend. Leider viel zu viele Personen im Esssaal. Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat ist, dass Eltern mit Ihren Kleinkindern eine riesen Sauerei veranstalten weil dies die Kinder alles machen lassen. Teilweise ist der Boden bis in 2 Meter Umgebung verschmutzt worden und niemand hat etwas dagegen unternommen.. Hier wäre es einmal angebracht seitens des Hotelpersonal solche Eltern darauf hinzuweisen dass es hier um einen öffentlichen Speisesaal handelt und nicht ein Kinderschlachtfeld. Das ist heutzutage ein Erziehungsproblem.. Leider ist am Abend die Poolbar zu früh geschlossen, aber es hat noch andere. Wir waren meistens am Strand und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

+ Das Hotel war in allen Bereichen super, erstklassig. Leider lässt sich das über die Stadt nicht sagen, zu viele laut gröhlende Jugendliche, zu wenig Angebote für ältere Erwachsene.

+ Nuestra estancia ha sido muy correcta. El hotel es cómodo, el personal amable y el servicio eficiente. El buffet destaca especialmente: es enorme y ofrece una gran variedad de alimentos para todos los gustos. Sin duda, una experiencia recomendable.

+ Die Unterbringung ist ok. Das Personal ist freundlich und gibt sich Mühe. Leider gab es unter den Gästen zu viele Mariuhana Konsumenten, so dass der Flur permanent danach roch und der Rauch bis in mein Zimmer zog.

+ Wir waren das zweite Mal im Hotel und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen ist gut und die Betten sind super. Wir kommen wieder.

+ Good location to either stay in Lloret de Mar but also easy access to get out of town. Parking is cheap with the hotel but a 20-25 minute walk. There is a valet service but it wasn’t that available. Wait time was usually longer than just walking unless you are well organized and plan ahead.

+ We loved everything. The staff, restaurants (especially at the pool and the specialty restaurant) were fantastic and the staff were wonderful! The pool area was wonderful! Only comment would be that the coffee pods do not get refilled when the room is made up each day which felt a little odd. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay!

+ We have a family of 6 - we rented 2 family suites. They were roomy enough, clean with nice bathroom situations. The balcony was huge and really nice with a dining area and a lounging area. Everything was clean. Lights were on until around 11:30 at night (not in our control) and our rooms were right above the Circus Room, where a party goes on until midnight at least on the weekend nights that we stayed there. That kept the sensitive sleepers up until after midnight. It was nice to have a coffee / drinks maker in the room and 2 cans of water in the refrigerator. It would have been nice to get replenishments during our 3-night stay. The pool was clean and not overly chlorinated (I tend to be sensitive). I never got to use the infinity pool. In general, a solid 4-star hotel in accommodation and cleanliness, but I found the vibe not so warm and hospitable. We did receive courteous and adequate service.

So laut wie am Bahnhof durch Jugendgruppen

+ Früher war das Hotel ein ausgesprochenes Familienhotel für Einzeltat Touristen. Seit dem letzten Jahr frequent Nieren dieses Hotel vor allem Jugendgruppen von Personen von 18-20 Jahren, überwiegend männlich. Diese veranstalten von Mitternacht bis 6:00 Uhr früh Partys so dass man nicht schlafen kann. Die Sauberkeit hat ebenfalls stark nachgelassen, unsere Außenbereich am Balkon wurden niemals in vier Tagen gereinigt. Das Essen ist ebenfalls etwas schlechter geworden, wenn auch noch relativ gut. leider gibt es in diesem Hotel keinerlei Garage, ebenfalls auch keine Ladestation für E-Autos. Man muss oft sehr lange einen Parkplatz im Umkreis von 20-25 Minuten vom Hotel suchen, diese sind dann jedenfalls ebenfalls kostenpflichtig falls überhaupt verfügbar. Im Badezimmer tropfte das Wasser der Bewohner ober uns von der Decke.

Family vacation

+ Family vacation, 2 adults and 2 children. Excellent restaurants-very nice breakfast buffet. Rooms are very good and clean. Service is very good. Swimming pool area is very good.

+ We would have appreciated having the beds freshly made with new bed linens once or twice during the week we stayed at your hotel. Other than that, we were really pleased with the breakfast and the hotel’s atmosphere

+ Le séjour c est bien passé juste un problème pour le stationnement de la voiture j ai pris deux pv a 50 € et toutes les quatre heures il fallait que j’aille mètre 8 € pour le parking et bien sûr j ai dépassé l heure 2 fois en trois jours et ça me coûte 100 € de pv et et 96 € de parking donc un peu execif quand ont paye 1500€ pour 3 nuit ont devrait avoir un emplacement pour la voiture

+ I was with my group after a late night out. We bought some burgers and ate them in the foyer. The manager told us that we were not allowed to do this/ There is never any food available late at night. We had seen other guests eating there late at night but they were not told to do so. If they don't want us to eat there, there should have been a sign stating that fact..

Great place for adult vacation without kids

+ The hotel is modern, clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast is great. There are many facilities, however, for travelling with older children during the winter months, not very well thought as the spa and pool are for adults only with very limited one hour slot for children every two days. Also, even though there are pictures of sports fields outside the hotel, those are not part of the hotel, and use of municipal fields was restricted from tourists altogether.

+ Booked for two nights as part of our Spain travel, Staff very friendly and accommodating, requested a last minute card and wine for my husband's birthday but they still made it possible, not too near to the beach area but very relaxing ambience and amenities. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Excellent customer service.

+ Great hotel, lovely staff, my only thing I wasn't particularly happy with was breakfast, seemed chaotic, only went once and that was enough for us.
