La Duna de Denia

Para repetir, sin dudarlo

+ La casa es simplemente espectacular. Súper luminosa y moderna, con los baños nuevos. Todo excepcionalmente limpio. Los colchones y almohadas súper cómodos. La cocina muy bien equipada y la piscina es simplemente genial. Para la playa es mejor ir en coche (son 5 min) y se aparca bien ai vas sobre las 10 o 10.30. Mar, además, es una anfitriona excelente, que siempre piensa en sus invitados. 100% recomendable

− Más que no gustarnos, es una sugerencia de mejora. En la habitación y salón de la planta baja no hay aire acondicionado y la verdad es que hace mucho calor. Sugeriría la instalación de dos split, uno en la habitación y otro en el salón.

+ Het huis was goed schoon en is van alle faciliteiten voorzien. Goed verzorgde tuin en heerlijk zwembad. Eigenaresse van het huis was heel aardig en behulpzaam.

En unik oase

+ Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold på 33 dage i La Luna De Denia. Alt levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger – og mere til. Boligen er utrolig ren, hyggelig og indrettet med alt, hvad man har brug for, hvilket gjorde det nemt bare at slappe af og nyde ferien.Området er dejligt roligt og privat, og den smukke, lukkede have skaber en skøn oase. Poolen er virkelig lækker og blev et naturligt samlingspunkt for os. Samtidig ligger boligen tæt på en hyggelig by, så man både får ro og mulighed for at opleve lidt liv og stemning. Denia ligger ca. 5 min væk (i bil). Stranden ligger ca. 10 min. derfra i gåafstand.Værtinden, Mar, fortjener en særlig ros – hun er simpelthen så sød og imødekommende og svarer lynhurtigt på beskeder, hvilket gav en stor tryghed under hele opholdet. Ved ankomsten blev vi desuden mødt af en virkelig fin og betænksom velkomstsgave med chokolade, vin, kaffe, te og mælk 😊Vi havde vores hund med, og den lukkede have er perfekt hertil.Vi kan kun give vores varmeste anbefalinger og vil uden tvivl vende tilbage igen 😊☀️

+ La maison était parfaite avec ses 3 chambres et ses 2 salles de bain. Tous les équipements nécessaires s’y trouvaient. La piscine, un vrai plus, nous a bien rafraîchis. Merci à Mar qui se soucie vraiment de ses hôtes.

+ El jardín es espectacular y la casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones increíbles. La propietaria estaba siempre para todo que necesitaramos. Un placer.

Heerlijk tot rust komen

+ Mooi huis en er wordt super veel aandacht aan besteed om het goed onderhouden en schoon te houden. De buurt is stil en rustig met strand en supermarkt en centrum op loopafstand.

− Alles beviel supergoed. Het huis heeft geen airco maar met de aanwezige plafond ventilatoren blijft het huis koel (het was 35+ buien)

Super Unterkunft für Familie und Freunde!

+ Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit eigenem Pool, was an heißen Tagen besonders schön ist. Bei der Ankunft war alles super sauber und ordentlich. Bei der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gemangelt.

− Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Das war besonders in den Schlafzimmern im oberen Geschoss ungünstig.

Lovely stay in Denia

+ We were quite sad to leave La Duna after 2 weeks as we had had a lovely time, helped by the blue skies and lovely weather. La Duna is a lovely property, plenty of space, although there were only two of us. The villa is very clean and looks like it has been recently refurbished with nice modern bathrooms and freshly painted walls. The kitchen is well stocked and the pool and garden were very nice with plenty of mature trees and lots of places around the garden to sit and enjoy the sun. We travelled with two dogs and the garden was completely secure for them. The area is very quiet and 10 minutes from the beach. For dog owners the beach can be used by dogs from October to 1st June. There are five or six restaurants about 5 mins from the house and Aldi about 10 mins away or a 20 minute walk into town. Mar was easy to communicate with, we used a mix of English and Spanish, we had a problem with the wifi and she sorted it out quickly. We had a lovely time here and will try and revisit next year

+ Being a guest of Mar was a truly amazing! The owner was very attentive and caring. We felt the villa was brand new, everything was in its place, everything worked perfectly, extremely clean house and area. The wonderful location, incredible views, and excellent hosts all came together perfectly!
