+ Me gusto todo en general, muchos detalles, el anfitrión pensó en absolutamente todo, desde unas zapatillas de estar por casa para cada persona hasta incluso paraguas, todas las comodidades, camas súper cómodas y calentitas. En resumen, estancia muy satisfactoria.

The very best

+ I travel a lot for work. This was probaby the best apartment I have stayed in, in the last 10 years. Separate entrance from the street, lots of natural light. Beautifully appointed. A nice host, the property key handover was great.

+ didn't have breakfast. Location OK on a corner of 2 roads but little noise. Very friendly owner and was very helpful.

− the owner put the heating on during the day which was very helpful but the floor remained cold throughout the stay as the rooms below were empty and I was staying in the winter time.

− La cama de matrimonio son dos colchones y no uno.

+ Apartamento 100% recomedado. Muy centrico y acogedor. Calles para aparcar sencillo aunque haya poco aparcamiento. Mucha flexibilidad para entrada y salidas que siempre agradecimos un monton. Repetiremos.

Estancia muy agradable con facilidad de movimientos hacia el centro y playas de alrededor.

+ La excelente ubicación en la que se encuentra y la distribución del apartamento.

− Esta rodeada de calles concurridas y de madrugada por el calor al tener las ventanas abiertas se oía ruido de personas que estaban retirándose de los clubs y garitos de alterne. Una molestia leve y pasajera.

Wonderful Denia Experience

+ The owner, Philip, was super great at communicating. The property was beautiful and just a minute away from the promenade that had lots of restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Best place to stay in Denia

+ This was our favourite place we stayed during our travels around Spain. Excellent communication with the owner. Apartment was spotless, close to everything. Highly highly recommended.

+ Freshly renovated and impeccably clean little apartment with everything you’d need for a vacation. Very comfortable beds, beautiful details. The host was very friendly and flexible.

− Couldn’t really think of anything! A smaller/dimmed light in a bathroom would be great, and a shelf/small storage for the small bedroom

Excellent location - immaculate flat

+ Excellent location - just a few minutes walk from the centre, main street, bars and shopping area, yet so quiet at night. At the time of writing, the flat below is still under development and vacant, so no noise whatsoever from there. The flat was clean and very well equipped for cooking, cleaning etc. All fittings and furnishings are virtually new. Bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. The host, Philip, was very helpful and communication was excellent both before and during my stay. I would thoroughly recommend this flat as a place to stay in Dénia and hope to re-book myself at some point.

− This is just in the way of additional info for anyone who is tall (like me). On entry, if you are tall, you need to duck your head quite a bit to get through the doorway, which leads straight into the street. Just a word of warning to take care.

Wonderful overnight stay to celebrate Three Kings!

+ Philip was an amazing host. He met us at the property to hand over the keys and even left us a bottle of wine and some home grown lemons. The location was excellent and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Hoping to return next year!
