La Estación

Como en el hogar dulce hogar.

+ Somos una familia de tres y nos sentimos como en casa ya que tiene muchos detalles para observar y le da vida cálida y humana al alojamiento, tal y como se ve en las fotos. Es un lugar diferente pero que te hace sentir a gusto en una zona muy tranquila. Tiene todo lo que necesitas hasta para estancias un poco largas ya que tiene su lavadora, tenderete y cubo para ropa sucia... La cocina tiene el espacio justo pero muy bien aprovechado, todo funciona correctamente y la nevera es de metro y medio, vamos! Que caben cositas... Baño completo y cómodo. Nos hizo mucha gracia el altillo con su cama de matrimonio con lo necesario para dormir un espacio muy original y agradable. Está apartado de las calles principales pero cerca del transporte público por lo que te puedes mover bien.

− Como es normal y soportable, los sofás cama suelen ser un poco incómodos por el espacio que ocupan y los hierros al desplegarse, pero igualmente se duerme. Caben dos personas adultas perfectamente. Es un lugar humilde y sencillo, no se debe esperar un apartamento a estrenar, se le nota el uso, sus añitos pero muy bien reformado para una estancia correcta.

An unsuccessful tentative to transform a basement to an apartment

+ The location is good, not the best place in Madrid but still good enough and close enough to the subway

− I booked here coz I saw the positive reviews but I can’t believe people rate this place so high… The bed is super close to the ceiling, this has 2 major problems: it was extremely hot as the AC is downstairs and the fresh air does not reach the area where you’re supposed to sleep and sleeping so close to the ceiling is really below basic b&b standards. It’s basically a basement transformed in apartment, can’t be charged as a regular apartment. Definitely don’t book it in summer as it’s crazily hot

+ Logement très propre et très bien décoré, on s’y sent bien et toutes les attentions sont présentes pour que l’on passe un bon séjour. Communication simple et efficace.

− Prévoir un petit fond pour la caution qui peut être demandée ;)

+ La ubicación, cerca a la estación de atocha y a la calle de las delicias con todo tipo de accesibilidades a restaurantes, cafetería y estación de metro

− La verdad que no puedo meterla ninguna pega, nos ha gustado mucho.

+ Apartamento muy completo y muy equipado. Muy bien ubicado y en una zona muy tranquila. Repetiremos sin duda

Good weekend break for a couple

+ It's a comfy little apartment and a good location with easy access to the center, even reachable on foot within about a half hour. Some good food and drink places within short walking distance. Furnishing is okay, nothing to complain about. Kitchenette is a bit cramped but fine for a short stay. Everything was clean. All together a good weekend away for two.

− I got a confusing message about taking the trash out before bin collection, which if it had been explained better I guess would not have been frustrating, but I ended up taking the trash out onto the roadside, where it was not collected after all. Not a big deal but just some better communication on this would have helped.

Perfect location, cozy and quiet

+ Excellent location, cozy and clean place. Easy access to transport bus and train. Quiet little street, with photogenic buildings. Surrounded by coffee, and local restaurants with good local food.

Appartement propre et au calme en plein Madrid!

+ Appartement très bien placé, au RDC d’un joli petit immeuble dans une jolie rue tres calme. Situe à moins de 5mn à pied du métro, et a 3 stations de l hyper centre et des activités touristiques. Tout était propre, et le lien avec l’hébergeur était parfaitement efficace et clair.

− Peut être une suggestion : les lits avaient des couvertures et non des couettes, ce qui aurait préférable. Attention la mezzanine est basse de plafond, et le matelas du canapé lit est un peu léger…

Great apartment in a good location

+ It was in a good location. It had everything we needed.

− The sofa bed wasn’t set up for us. The ceiling was very low by the bed so I hit my head.

− El alojamiento nos cobró un extra de 60 euros por limpieza. No es que viajemos mucho, pero es la primera vez que nos ocurre y, desde luego, la limpieza fue igual que en cualquier otro sitio. Todo lo demás estuvo bien.

+ Posizione ottima. Posizione silenziosa , ma vicino a stazione metro e locali utili per food o acquisti vari. 4 fermate della metro e ti trovi a Puerta do Sol.

− Assolutamente da rivedere i tendaggi che non chiudono completamente le finestre e quindi, la sera, sei a vista di chi passa fuori la strada. ....e per me, che ho una certa eta', il letto per terra e' improponibile.

Extra deposit and cold showers

− Apartment is used and a bit worn out - more what you expect from the usual airbnb flats The installed heating didn't got close to warm the room (in November). We had to use the AC heating to not freeze. Bathroom and kitchen stay frosty in any case. Big Problem .. the warm water in the boiler is just enough for 1 very quick shower. There was never enough warm water for the second person and we had to take cold showers, which isn't pleasant in a cold November when the bathroom is cold anyway. Overall, I was not satisfied considering the state of the apartment, the price tag of this apartment and the fact that they demand a 300€ deposit. I would have expected a higher standard.

+ Снимките отговарят, не е лошо мястото, хубав и добре свързан квартал. Тавана на втория етаж е малко нисък, дивана изобщо не е удобен, но като изключим това всичко друго си беше ок. Препоръчвам, за тези парички беше добре.

Apartamento práctico, en zona tranquila y muy bien ubicado
