+ We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach, the bus station, bus stops, and plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Everything we needed was nearby, which made our stay very convenient. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We would happily come back anytime and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in an excellent location!

Pohodlné moderní ubytování se skvělou dopravní dostupností

+ Ubytování bylo moderní, čisté, pěkné - ideální na týdenní pobyt. Super byla kuchyňka s ledničkou a vybavením, tzn. že pokud člověk chce, nemusí každý den chodit jíst ven. Skvělá poloha blízko autobusového a vlakového nádraží, kde jsou i půjčovny aut. Do centra pěšky příjemná procházka 20 - 25 minut. Pokud rádi chodíte, není potřeba řešit veřejnou dopravu - všude dojdete pěšky. Celkově velmi výhodný poměr cena/kvalita. Ubytování předčilo očekávání.

+ Het appartement zag eruit als op de foto's! Het is vrij nieuw, goed onderhouden en schoon. Fijn bed en fijne douche! Vriendelijke eigenaar! Contact verliep enkel via de chat op booking.com, maar vragen werden snel beantwoord en in- en uitchecken verliepen prima! Ik kon al vroeger inchecken, wat heel fijn was. Het appartement ligt dichtbij het bus- en treinstation, maar op een afstand, dat je hier geen last van hebt. Vanaf het vliegveld of om uitstapjes te maken is het OV, dus een prima optie. In de buurt zijn restaurantjes, een groot winkelcentrum en een lidl om de hoek. Naar het het centrum is het ongeveer 20-25 min. lopen. Voor mij was dit geen probleem. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf Alvero!

− De keukenuitrusting had net wat uitgebreider gemogen, maar met meer dan voldoende mogelijkheden om te eten in de buurt en stad was dit geen probleem.

Excellent alternative to a hotel room

+ Better option than a hotel room. Very comfortable bed and pillows .

− The smell when you walk in is very weird but once you are in you dont smell it !

+ The studio is clean, very well equipped, excellently positioned, 3 minutes from the Estacion de Autobuses, from where you can leave for all the points of interest in Andalusia (Sevilla, Cordoba, Marbella, Ronda, Granada, etc). Also, from here, with bus 4 or 19 you can reach the magnificent Malagueta beach and Marina Malaga in 10 minutes, if you don't get off in the old center. Many markets and cafes in the area. Alvaro was a super host.

Rewelacyjny apartament na pobyt w Maladze

+ Apartament jest śliczny, bardzo czysty i pachnący. Goście mają do dyspozycji wszystko, co moze być potrzebne w czasie pobytu w mieście. Widać, że apartament jest nowy, dopieszczony i lśniący. Dodatkowo, świetny i bardzo sympatyczny kontakt z gospodarzem, który przygotował bardzo przydatne instrukcje ułatwiające gościowi pobyt. Gorąco polecam 😊

+ Our stay at the apartment was great. The space was modern, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to both the bus and train stations, making it incredibly easy to get around. There were a lot of shops and bars in the area. The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to all of our requests.

− The only downside was a bit of noise from the street, but it didn't affect our stay too much.

− Short bed, shorter then 1.8m Towels and linen should be changed at least after 3rd-4th day (we booked for 7 days and expected at least one change) Bad sound isolation (we heard people talking in the apartment next to ours, their tv, bathing...)
