− Los colchones eran incómodos estaban manchados, la cocina no estaba nada limpia, la casa en sí estaba sucia al lado d la cama había hasta colillas, en los carriles de la ventana había colillas, pan. La campana de la cocina estaba súper sucia

No repetiría

+ Esta cerca de la playa y tiene un supermercado cerca. El casero trajo un secador que hacía falta muy rápido. Tiene parking.

− Muchísimo ruido, todo el día y la noche con ruidos de música, el barrio no lo recomendaría para una familia, gente tirada por el suelo, muy mala olor, muchísima fiesta… zona guiri… aunque cierres las ventanas se escucha muchísimo ruido y es complicado descansar. El agua de la ducha sale con muy poca presión, cuesta ducharte bien. Los sofás cama algo incómodos y la ropa de cama con un olor extraño, al igual que la habitación, como con olor a sudor. Aparte de que si duermes al lado de la ventana hace muchísimo calor. Agradezco que el casero trajera un secador pero me creo algo de inseguridad de que no avisara de que iba a venir y entrara sin avisar, aunque no estuviéramos en el apartamento.

− When the washer was on the electricity tripped. But this didn’t upset us.

Comfortable and clean

+ We booked at very short notice due to a water issue in the Murcia area. Within 30 minutes host met us at property. Apartment was clean and provided everything you needed. Really can’t fault anything.

+ Le logement est bien situé, avec une belle vue et pas trop loin du centre-ville, ce qui est pratique pour se déplacer.

− L’annonce manque de détails concernant les couchages. Nous étions 5 personnes, mais le logement n’est pas réellement adapté pour 5 adultes. Il s’agit d’un deux-pièces : une chambre avec deux lits simples et un salon avec un clic-clac. Un deuxième clic-clac est placé sur la terrasse, ce qui revient à dormir quasiment dehors. Malgré les rideaux, la lumière entre tôt le matin et la chaleur y est très forte. Ce logement est correct pour 4 personnes maximum, mais pas pour 5.

+ First class accommodation and what made it better for me was I found myself looking for somewhere to stay at 9.15 pm and was standing in the apartment with Andrei at exactly 10pm you couldn’t as for a better host who was extremely responsive to WhatsApp messages and telephone conversation in English The only fault I had was a leaky iron which I didn’t tell Andrei about until I was leaving and these are classy hosts and would expect that to be replaced now the day after I notified him Superb location with good soundproofing when you close the bedroom and bathroom door Safe aircon internet washing machine etc and basically everything you need for a week away

Great value for money with great views, clean & responsive host

+ Great that Oleg met us from our transport & show us to the apartment & show us around the rooms. The view was brilliant - if a little higher than we were expecting!

− Shame that there was noisy building work going on, on the balconies top to bottom next to the apartment that we weren’t made aware of. That the pillows for the bed were more like cushions & only one per bed - in the UK were used to having a soft pillow or a firmer pillow. Not a complaint but as the apartment is close to nightlife, recommend ear plugs as the music plays into the early hours

+ If you're looking for an "I'm on vacation" vibe, this is the place. The neighborhood is lively, with lots of bars, hotels, and restaurants. But the best part? You can be in the middle of it all, or you can retreat to the apartment for some peace and quiet—just shut the door and rest. The apartment offers a stunning view, just as promised. The kitchen is tidy and has everything you need. There are two AC units and fans - a lifesavers :) Overall, I'd say the apartment is well-equipped, and it feels like someone really thought about what a guest might want in a vacation rental.

Highly recommend the property. Bang in the centre of the liveliest part of Benidorm but no excessive noise in Flat 2 12t
