La Villa Marbella

+ The area is very nice and walkable to the beach, very beautiful room with spacious balcony. Neat area in the middle of historic town. The room was upstairs of villa with extra space.

+ No hot water it went from stone cold to boiling hot. The step into the bathroom was dangerous & the steps up to the room were much to high & the step from the bedroom to the bathroom were also dangerous. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly & there were Tea & coffee stains down the wall & the complimentary tea & coffee were not replenished

A delightful surprise of a stay

+ This was a delightful surprise of a stay. I was at the end of a three-week trip and looking for budget-friendly accommodations. While advertised as a "hostal" or guest house, this property is much more like a boutique hotel. I was upgraded when I checked in without asking and had a wonderful room (Borneo) on the ground floor in one of their buildings close to the reception desk. The room was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed and pleasing decor. I was happy to have a mini fridge and a well-equipped bathroom. The provided beach towels were a nice touch, too. The location in Old Town is great, and I loved feeling like I was part of the city. I could easily walk to everywhere I wanted to go. The staff was great and conveniently called a cab for me on the day I had to check out. I would definitely stay here again!

+ The room was private. It had its own outdoor patio, where I could watch the sunrise while drinking coffee. The shops were close the environment was safe and the food was delicious. I got lots of souvenirs. I will definitely be coming back very soon and very often. Haskell J

Lovely few days away

+ Chic room even though it was the budget option. Room was located a short walk from reception in one of the town houses. Entry was by a modern living area with kitchen and lounger area. Room was located on the ground floor in a tiled courtyard. Stairs lead to an outdoor lounge area. Superb service from all the guys and girls in reception. Nothing was too much.

+ Very nice, centrally located hotel. Staff was great and accommodating. Only complaint is that my room was right next to the lobby and every sound and conversation was extremely loud. I’d recommend noise proofing the room a bit.

+ Room is small but centrally located. The bathroom is nice but missing a hair dryer diring our stay. The front desk could not find us another one.

+ I had an amazing time during my two night stay at La Villa Marbella! The Bombay room I received was on the third floor with a pleasant view of some of the roofs and courtyards in Old Town. Also, as the name implies, it was stylized with a wonderful, chic Indian theme with ornate woodwork and beautiful, canvassed art. Additonally, the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was very polished-looking. As far as the staff is concerned, Ben did a phenomenal job of giving me a rundown of the area, showing me to my room, offering excellent restaurant recommendations (like Casa Blanca), and even bringing my uber eats order to me without me asking. Lastly, although it’s inacessible by care, you only have to walk about 5 min to hail a taxi or uber and the atmosphere of old town is much more scenic/beautiful than puerto banus in all honesty. Plus you have plenty of wonderful/appealing shops and restaurants within a 5-10 min radius but the apartment itself is surprisingly shielded from the noise. I intend to stay here again when I get the chance to return to Marbella!

+ We used La Villa Marbella for a 3 night break, can't recommend enough, location (old town) was perfect, 2 minutes walk to plenty of local restaurants and bars. Staff brilliant, friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, had a real Spanish authentic feel about it. Excellent value too.

Beyond wonderful!

+ This is by far the most perfect of all accommodations. We did receive an upgrade to an appartment which was amazing and surpassed all our needs. Reception was friendly, helpful and made our check in easy. The housekeeper was thorough and accommodating. There is absolutely nothing we can suggest to make any improvement. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Marbella

+ Great hotel in brilliant location. Only downside is in the ground floor room Nusa Dua, you can hear people coming in and out and the door mechanism during the night wakes you up like an alarm clock.. I would definitely stay hear again but make sure which room I was staying in.

+ This is a fabulous property. The front desk folks are delightful and welcoming. We especially enjoyed having a room with a terrace, and having access to the living room space too. It’s super close to the center of old town with great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend and we will return!

+ Such an outstanding property! Our room was giant and having access to the villa living spaces was such a bonus. Wonderful private terrace too. I will definitely come back!

+ Taxis are always only a few minutes away and staff will call for them. Quaint stone block streets with numerous cafes and bakeries nearby. Rooms are very large.
