− Os exteriores e acesso Fica situado numa zona de muita música muita alta… até as 06:00am Difícil para dormir… Zona ótima para jovens que vivem à noite e chegam depois das 06:00

Un bel soggiorno a Tenerife

+ È stato molto apprezzato il salotto, il balcone e la piscina condominiale.

− La camera poteva avere qualche arredo in più, un po' spoglia.

− Ero in piscina con un mio amico ed eravamo soli. Prima di iniziare a giocare con la palla, ci siamo accertati che non fossero presenti cartelli che vietassero tale attività. Abbiamo quindi iniziato a fare qualche semplice passaggio in acqua, senza arrecare disturbo. A un certo punto si è avvicinato un signore, che non si è nemmeno presentato, il quale ha iniziato a urlare contro di noi, minacciandoci e costringendoci a uscire dalla piscina. Durante l’episodio ci ha anche spinto e ha alzato le mani in modo aggressivo. Noi siamo ragazzi tranquilli e, per evitare ulteriori problemi, abbiamo preferito non reagire e allontanarci. Il signore ci ha comunque seguito e ha contattato la proprietaria della struttura. Successivamente, la proprietaria ci ha inviato un messaggio informandoci dell’intenzione di applicare una sanzione nei nostri confronti. Si è trattato di un’esperienza decisamente negativa, soprattutto per i modi in cui è stata gestita la situazione.

− no airconditioning, only a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room. the one in the living room barely worked.

− I would like the departure to be a little later, not at 10 o'clock, but at least at 11 or 12

− Hated everything about my stay here I would avoid! Very rude not helpful beds was uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep due to music playing till 6am in the morning. One day of bad weather but decided to shut the pool for 3 days! Didn’t leave no instructions on how to enter the pool area! As it had a lock on the gate I thought one of the keys provided would unlock it but no! Apparently there is a black lever you have to pull up to open the gate! No instructions was displayed! On the last day the sun was shining it was very hot outside so me and my partner decided to sit around the pool area on a sun lounger didn’t bother getting in the pool because it was dirty! But then on the evening had a man bang the door down screaming and shouting at us for sitting around the pool!! Then was on the phone for 5 minutes speaking no English then walked away putting his hand up at me! Now we have Arrived back in the uk there trying to charge £200 fine! Absolutely horrendous i honestly don’t know how this but I forgot to mention she has put it though as damage to the property!!!! clearly stated pool closed! Yet we wouldn’t have got into that pool anyway but only used the sun loungers I would avoid

− Area and surrounding building is very run down. Needs work. Karaoke late into the night makes it hard to sleep.

+ Very cozy and clean place! It is located in the heart of the city and the beach is 5 min by walk. The host is friendly and hostile too. Definitely would recommend and visit again!

In total it was a nice experience

+ The host was very kind and flexible to our travel plan. Location (close to beach) and cleanness was a plus.

− Very noisy environment, you need to be extremely tired to be able to sleep. The name on booking.com was not exactly the name of the property, so a bit difficult to find. The building was a bit horrible but the flat itself was nice.

+ Apartment facilities good/pool area nice with comfy sun beds

− The few private owned Apartments were contained in a residential complex and gated which u had to come in and out with a key also the noise from Veronica’s night clubs stopped a good nights sleep even using ear plugs
