+ Fabulous property with beautiful views and amenities. We stayed in the residences and the rooms and terrace were impeccable. I would definitely want to return. The staff from start to finish were helpful, polite and went beyond to make our stay comfortable

Disappointing

− This was our 3rd or 4th stay at this hotel. Everything had been great during our previous visits, but this time the experience was completely different. I'm not sure why—perhaps because the staff had changed, as we didn't recognize anyone from the reception team who had worked there before. We booked rooms with a rooftop pool. We were informed that the pool would be cleaned three times a week. After five days, we asked for our pool to be cleaned because the water had already started changing color. However, no one came. Three days later, we asked again because the water had turned green. The following day, someone finally came, and the pool cleaning took two days to complete. So, out of our 13-day stay, we had to use an unclean pool for 6 days, and for another 2 days we couldn't use it at all. During the first four days, we also had problems using the parking garage because the garage gate frequently failed to open. No one repaired it until one day the hotel staff literally had to force it open so guests could leave. On the last day of our stay, construction work began in the room next to ours. Workers were breaking up concrete, creating a great deal of noise, and dust was coming into our room. As a result, we had to leave our room. The standard of housekeeping also depended entirely on who was cleaning. Sometimes it seemed that the towels were replaced and the beds were made, but the floors were not cleaned at all. Overall, we feel that we paid far more than the experience was worth. We definitely won't be returning anytime soon, if ever. We cannot recommend this hotel.

+ Todo me encantó , la atención que nos brindaron fue espectacular… Noelia todos los días nos llevó el desayuno y siempre las recepción con muchas sonrisas ! Las piscinas y la comida también está muy bien, lo recomiendo , volveremos !

+ There is something very unique about how everyone treats you at this hotel that I haven’t really felt even at some of the best hotels in the world, it’s a very genuine warm smile and unique personal touch how they engage you, felt more like we arrived at a retreat during check in, we stayed in the residences which where really big, great design, I didn’t want to leave

− The only thing and it’s a small thing was the main pool is very limited on umbrellas for shade, there’s literally 3 for some reason but plenty of big beds and a handful of more private family pods, not sure why they don’t all just have the option

+ The property is beautiful and the rooms are lovely and the residences are exceptional

− Cleanliness wasn't great, floor was not vacuumed or cleaned for the 2 days, shower drainage was not working and when it was attempted to be fixed but didn't work the shower door was not closing. Overall amazing property but the rooms need work.

+ struttura molto bella, con disponibilità di campi da tennis, beach volley, palestra e piscina. l'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto grande con un bellissimo terrazzo e la jacuzzi sul terrazzo

− purtroppo i dintorni sono troppo costruiti e alla fine il mare si intuisce da lontano, ma questo non ha a che fare con la struttura

+ wij hadden kamer nr 2102, een kamer van 185m2 met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, echt een geweldige kamer met een super mooi en groot balkon.

− bediening ontbijt bij de Infinity pool was erg plichtmatig.
