+ Très bon emplacement, bon équipement.

− Apparemment très sombre, pas de climatisation

POCA FLEXIBILIDAD

+ El apartamento estaba muy bien: limpio, cómodo y muy bien equipado, especialmente en cuanto a amenities. En ese aspecto no tenemos ninguna queja

− Nos decepcionó la gestión del check-in y la falta de aire acondicionado. Nos alojamos durante la ola de calor y el apartamento no dispone de aire acondicionado, algo que conviene tener en cuenta si se viaja en verano. Cuando llegamos sobre las 13:30 nos confirmaron que el apartamento ya estaba preparado. Les preguntamos si, excepcionalmente, podíamos entrar un poco antes para dejar las maletas y cambiarnos de ropa antes de ir a un congreso, ya que veníamos empapados por el calor. La única opción que nos ofrecieron fue pagar un suplemento de 20 € por el early check-in.

+ Die Anreise mit dem Bus 3247 problemlos. 5min Gehweg zur Wohnung ist perfekt. Der elektrische Türöffner funktionierte perfekt und die Schlüssel lagen dann auf dem Tisch. Wohnung sehr sauber. 2 Ventilatoren waren zum Glück vorhanden, um einen Luftzug in der Wohnung zu erzeugen.

− Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel und man hat keinen Ausblick. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer gehen zum Innenhof, da die Wohnung in der 1. Etage liegt, sind auch Gitter (gegen Ausbruch/Einbruch) vor den Fenstern. Durch das Fenster aus der Küche hat man keine Sicht (Milchglas) und schaut auf einen winzigen (Innenhof?).

− Je keek op een binnenplaats waardoor je nooit echt daglicht had. Met de warmte die wij hadden was dit uiteindelijk wel fijn.

Fine, well equipped unit in excellent and safe location

+ Clean, excellent kitchen and good supplies, good shower and bed. Great location 10 minute walk to the Guggenheim museum.

− Check-in overly complicated with an 8 step procedure including downloading an internet link. Fortunately the agent spoke good English and sent a colleague to get us into the apartment.

+ Everything was great: location is awesome, well stocked with amenities. Bed was comfortable, spacious - bathroom great as well.

− Never came around to fix the oven that wasn’t working but we didn’t really need it so never bothered reminding them again :)

Großzügiges Appartement in guter Lage

+ Großzügiges, gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Appartement in guter, ruhiger Lage, ca. 7 Gehminuten vom Guggenheim Museum entfernt. Anweisungen für den Zugang etc. kommen vom "Urban Host" Service. Kommunikation Ist exzellent und bei Bedarf wird umgehend geholfen.

− Das Appartement ist recht dunkel und hat nur einen Blick in einen engen Hinterhof. Hat mich aber nicht gestört, da ich letztendlich nur zum Schlafen da war.

Un weekend piacevolissimo grazie anche ad una struttura che ha permesso un soggiorno confortevole.

+ Ottima posizione, funzionale, curata in ogni particolare.

+ Appartamento pulitissimo (lenzuola e asciugamani profumatissimi e morbidi) e dotato di ogni comodità (addirittura televisione Smart con possibilità di vedere Netflix e prime). In cucina le stoviglie sono nuove e così piatti bicchieri e posate. Tutti gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi o sembrano tali (microonde, frigorifero, lavatrice, asciugacapelli ) Spazi ampi. Bagno piccolo ma doccia grande. Situato nel quartiere Abando a due passi dal museo Guggenheim. A due passi tanti locali bar e un supermercato grande. L’appartamento è incredibilmente silenzioso. Il contatto con l’host è immediato. Si entra senza chiave anche se in casa è possibile trovarne una e utilizzarla invece del codice dal cellulare.

Awesome neighborhood

+ Professionally managed accommodation, good communication, everything went smoothly. The apartment itself was very nice, it was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Really well managed property. The neighborhood was perfect for us, with lots of good restaurants and very walkable.

− Everything was really good. The only minor complaint we'd have is that the hallways smell like cigarette smoke, but it's an apartment building with regular folks living in it, so not much to be done about it. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

Excellent stay in a Excellent city

+ Communication throughout was excellent, location is excellent and it's a decent apartment to.use as a base. Some other points: don't get to stressed about the electronic key, it really is easy and works but physical keys await you inside. Some of the best bars and cafes are in the new town, the bar culture here is insane! The transport is excellent and cheap get a barik card from the airport, i have money still on it from 10 euros and i was here 5 days. Bilbao is a great city break and other places are easy to travel too.
