Adecuado pero mejorable

+ Si eres una persona que valora el silencio nocturno por encima de todo es de 10, pero tiene que ser ese el elemento esencial. Si no lo es para ti hay muchas cosas mejorables.

− Lavadora, aunque funciona tiene un centrifugado muy precario y en ciertas ocasiones estropea la ropa y la limpieza fue bastante deficiente, No funcionaban los canales de TV, pero se ofrecieron a arreglar el tema y fuimos nosotros los que desistimos por evitar que entrara nadie en casa. En general las instalaciones aunque adecuadas son mejorables.

Beautiful andalusian spacious house

+ It is a very beautiful house, i enjoyed the location, the fact that it is very spacious, it has charm and authenticity, i believe it is a great option if you plan to visit. Situated in a beautiful ans quiet neighourhood, having a view from one of the bedrooms directly towards a pretty orange tree, is a great way to wake up in the morning.

− A bit dusty, nothing major. We had some problems with the bathroom shower and drainage, but the owner said they would fix it.

− Wrong entry info given so initially couldn’t get in. No support from letting agents pre arrival. I asked if I could drop medication off for the fridge but they were not helpful. Not comfy really. Sofa low and not comfy, arm chair seat was old and had caved in Water flow very poor in kitchen and shower No plug in kitchen sink A bit noisy with neighbours through wall Door entry knob needed fixing , a bit loose Washing machine was like something out of a last century museum. Dreadful. I wouldn’t recommend. We had just stayed in another area with a private host and much more friendly, personal service

+ The house was fine, couple of small problems that We solved ourselves the shower head would not stay up as the brakes on the riser rail was faulty, the water pressure from the shower was poor until I discoverd the tap at low level on the wall beside the shower cubicle, kitchen was adequate but with no instructions on how to use the hob but we managed to work it out eventually, although a little bit away from the main town 20-25min walk albeit it was flattish, there are several ways to town we changed route regularly, a couple of small supermarkets and a larger one within 5mins, managed the front door lock via a call from letmalaga 😂, back door was a godsend as we used it all the time, all in all we had a great time, quiet area in beside a lot of residents, no problems, would definitely stay again

− Douche, geen stofzuiger, tv die het niet doet. Verwarming werd snel gemaakt tijdens ons verblijf.

A cold experience

+ The flat was clean and spacious

− Main issue was the very poor and impersonal communication from the host. They couldnt provide proper directions to the place. Also poorly appointed flat with too few radiators

Great place!!

+ This is an exceptional option if you want to stay close but in the City center. It is a neighborhood with a very good bus connection to go anywhere you want, easy and fast. About 20-30 minutes walk to go downtown. There are various restaurants to eat in about 10 minutes from the place. It is a neighborhood not a touristic area, so expect to eat with locals and interact with them, like a normal place and with no touristic hype. The two storey apartment is really nice. The upper floor has two rooms and a shower and bathroom while down you have the kitchen, the living room and a small toilet. In the upper level there is also a bed couch. It can easily have at least 6 people. Very clean, very polite personnel, everything online and there is an electronic key. You have a fridge, microwave, and kitchenette, with a coffee machine for capsules. A renovated place, very clean and comfortable. The personell helped us and kept our luggage for a bit longer after our check out. Excellent and polite. We have enjoyed our stay!

− The only thing was that we went to a week that it was cold for Malaga standard (7-20oC) so at night the rooms were cold as there are only air-conditioning and a small heater. However we had nice beds and duvets so it was ok. It makes sense as malaga is a summer place with year high temps.

+ Belle chambre. Tres bien situé. Le responsable est facilement joignable et réactif en cas de difficulté. Bon qualité prix Une bonne adresse, a retenir.

Totul a fost perfect, ne-am simțit ca acasă.

+ Cazarea a fost excelentă. Casa era dotată cu tot ce ai nevoie: tacâmuri, farfurii, pahare de toate felurile și multe alte lucruri utile. Totul era foarte curat, bine întreținut și amenajat cu gust. Atmosfera a fost primitoare și plăcută. Am ajuns destul de târziu în prima seară, dar accesul a fost simplu și rapid. Am apreciat mult că am putut spăla hainele și să le întindem, iar faptul că locuința are ieșire atât prin față, cât și prin spate a fost un plus de confort. Ne-am simțit foarte bine și am fost pe deplin mulțumiți de ședere. Cu siguranță, când vom reveni în zonă, vom alege tot această cazare. O recomandăm cu încredere!

+ We made excellent choice - the location (accessibility and neighborhood), the equipment, comfort and cleanliness. We also liked the way the apartment was styled. Have enjoyed our stay.

− We prefer having contact with humans rather then collecting the keys with the door code and unlocking it the same way afterwards.

Très mauvaise expérience.

− Dépôt d'une caution de 250 euros exigée avant l'entrée dans le logement alors que la caution indiquée dans Booking est 150 euros. Et refus de restitution de la caution alors qu'aucun dégât n'a été constaté sous prétexte que l'âge des enfants n'a pas été précisé lors de la réservation. Impossible d'utiliser la Télévision car la télécommande était introuvable et rien n'a été fait après notre signalement. Impossible de descendre les stores qui restent bloquées... Présence d'une odeur pas très agréable à l'entrée du logement. Présence de fourmis dans le logement. Globalement, une très mauvaise expérience dans ce logement.

Great stay in Malaga

+ It is wonderful, comfortable, fully renovated one story house in a historic neighborhood of Malaga and still very central and quite. The apartment is beautiful and modernly furnished with all amenities needed to feel like home. Location is great, close to city center, walking distance from the main sightseeing's and the port of Malaga. Perfectly clean, with a very good wi-fi. Communication with the host was easy, fast and clear. Parking was possible on the spot, no need for reservation. Few good markets close by. Very safe and nice neighborhood.

+ Good location, close to the center. Nice apartment. With windows on the front and the back of the house which is not always the case ( our friends were staying in a loft in the same neighborhood with a big opaque frontal window wall )

− Lack of ventilation in the bathroom and the restroom downstairs. The bedrooms had no air conditioning but celling fans instead. Which was still good enough for month may.

Pleasant stay.

+ I liked the location. Despite 15-20 min of walking to city centre, it was easy route once you have done it. This could be a problem for those who have handicaped or have other disabilities. Bed was comfortable to me. Rooms lare smaller than on the photos but that's not critical.

− There weren't any spicies or oil wich we needed to make ourselves a breakfast (usually hosts include these in the kitchen). Before arrival, host sends you a video how to unlock the door. Despite checking the video I still had some problems with unlocking. But once you get it, it isn't an issue any more.

Superb

+ A very good area to stay, not too crowded, yet close to the centre. Easy to find parking around. Had an issue of opening the door, but called the number and it was solved quickly.

Great agents, great value, great location

+ Full disclosure we are in our sixties and were here for a month in February so our thoughts are based on that . Great Value for money. Agents great with communications . Everything was via WhatsApp and was clear and concise including booking taxis etc. Access is via smart lock so great for just turning up and getting in. There are two steps into house so be aware if you struggle with steps. Apartment is pretty much like the photos so no surprises. Downstairs toilet is under a slope so even men will have to sit down. Kitchen all works (slow kettle so give yourself time for making tea) there is no oven but the microwave doubles as a grill. There are loads of cups glasses bowls plates cutlery etc. Upstairs bathroom everything works including a hot shower. Beds are fairly firm so depends on your preferences. A/C downstairs and upstairs which due to time of year was more used to heat in the evenings but I assume it will cool just as well. Location is in a residential area on a residential street so there is some noise but just what you should expect. Location was great for us as we like to walk a lot. Both beaches, historic center train stations etc all within in a 20 to 40 minute walk (obviously depends on your walking abilities). If you do intend using the train to visit the other resorts I recommend you get on the first stop in city center by dry river bed so you don't have to fight for a seat. Lots of indoor retail shopping nearby. Three supermarkets nearby.

+ Cleanliness - great. Cleaner there on arrival. We were too early. Discovered delightful local restaurant. Chose as out of town but remained within walking distance of Malaga museums etc. It was in a residential area so peaceful at night time. Facilities Able to cook simple hob based meals. There was a microwave. Good sized fridge. 2 seating areas. We used upper level one as it was lighter and settee not needed as 3rd bed. TV downstairs if wanted, which connected to wi fi (we didn't use it).

− I had a diagnosis a couple of weeks ago that indicated knee issues. So reason for choosing location became a problem as it was a bit too far out for walking in/out of town and metro stop was 20 mins walk away at my new slow pace. Mentioning so others know it's a good walk back to base.

Great stay in a Beautiful and Classical brand new house

+ The location was great and Letmalaga team was really flexible and helpful with us. They agreed easily to change my dates and received me personally at the apartment. Luis and Mary were really nice to us. The apartment is recently refurnished and the decoration is quite beautiful. Cozy and modern place in a classical kind of house. Local neighborhood away from the hazel of the city centre but well connected and with all services around. Also just a 15 minutes walk to the centre which is convenient if you want to rest but also you want to have a visit to the main busy streets.
