+ Lage- sehr zentral, leider schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten, bequeme Erreichbarkeit der Läden/ Restaurants zu Fuß Frühstück- ausreichend, aber auf lange Sicht eintönig Stil der Unterkunft- sehr charmant und stilvoll

Très bel encrage dans la vallée de Soller.

+ L'emplacement dans le centre historique. L'architecture et le design de l'hôtel. Une ancienne demeure du début du XXe siècle, à la quelle s'est mêlée une belle décoration d'art nouveau qui n'a point heurté les plus puristes d'entre nous. Nous avons pris 3 chambres dont 2 avec balcons donnant sur les belles rues étroites de la ville. Trés propres. Le personnel était au petit soin et très agréable. Merci pour les lunettes trouvées dans nos chambres pour observer l'éclipse et les chapeaux offerts. Une belle attention que nous avons tous beaucoup appréciée. Je recommande vivement cette adresse pour profiter de l'authenticité de Soller et de sa magnifique vallée. Ici le tourisme n'est pas le même que dans le sud de Palma, nous le savions et nous comprenons encore mieux pourquoi ses habitants tiennent autant à préserver ces lieux. Si vous êtes en voiture à la recherche d'un point d'attache calme et paisible pour visiter le nord de Palma, c'est l'adresse parfaite.

− La chambre parentale aurait été parfaite si la salle de bain offrait plus d'intimité.

− The end of the bed was in front of the wardrobe , in order to get into the wardrobe you had to sit on the bed open the doors until they touched the bed , you couldn’t open the doors fully which made it difficult to see you clothes and pack into the wardrobe, and empty it.

− Las fotos no muestran lo que verdaderamente es. Habitación pequeña y sin intimación ninguna para poder ir al baño. Por lo menos en la nuestra, no había puerta que separase las estancias.

+ The location is unbeatable (though if you are driving keep in mind parking anywhere close during the day will be a nightmare), hotel is beautiful, and the rooms were very nice and clean.

− The coffee machine was not working, and the shower was broken, unfortunately neither was fixed during our stay.

+ The all concept. The hotel is right in the middle of Luna Calle the most charming and beautiful post card of Soller, just few meters from soller tram. Super clean extremely handy for couples that want explore Soller. Perfect place. Highly recommended. Sandra

Charme mit Ecken und Kanten

+ Die Lage ist unschlagbar und das Haus hat Charme.

− Unser Zimmer lag neben einem Hauswirtschaftsraum und der Schleudergang der Waschmaschine war doch recht unsanft. Die ausgebrochenen Bodenfliesen waren nicht gerade schmeichelnd am Fuß. Die Betten waren frei beweglich, was praktisch für das Housekeeping ist, sorgte in der Nacht für ein nerviges Umherrutschen des Bettes. Auch wenn wenn ein TV im Urlaub nicht groß genutzt wird, so sollte er wenn vorhanden auch ein vollständiges Bild erzeugen können.

+ Das Frühstück hat die Erwartungen erfüllt, es gab alles was man zu einem guten Frühstück braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt im Zentrum von Soller, aber doch ruhig abends.

Werde ich weiterempfehlen. (:

− In der Tat sehr hellhörig. War aber für uns kaum ein Problem.

I do not recommend this place

− A basement converted into a bedroom with no proper conditions. In the morning, we found a huge cockroach in the room. The bathroom had no door, only a velvet curtain, and the shower had no enclosure or screen, so the entire bathroom flooded after every shower. Exposed plumbing and electrical wiring were visible throughout.

+ Super lokalizacja i pyszne śniadanie.

− Pokój był w przyziemiu. Dla nas to nie był problem, bo i tak byliśmy na jedną noc i przejazdem, ale uważam że taka informacja powinna być jasno opisana.

Would recommend a stay here

+ Location was perfect just next to main square.

− Our room was on third floor so plenty of steps to climb each day, room was fine did have air conditioning which was definitely required as weather was hot but would have preferred a room with small balcony.

+ Was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was just close to the center

− The location is in a no vehicle zone and the parking was really difdult to find.

op zich prima hotel, jammer van die luidruchtige buren

+ ontbijt prima, jammer dat er geen eigerechten beschikbaar zijn,

− s'ochtends vroeg beginnen er om 5.45 mensen te werken naast het hotel en de kamer waar wij sliepen lag naast de binnenplaats waar mensen hard praten dus lagen we vanaf die tijd wakker... beetje jammer op een vrij weekend...

− . Pequeno almoço muito pobre para o preço do alojamento (apenas pão, croissants, compota, queijo, fiambre, e umas miseras fatias de melancia, e espetadas de uva), e sem cuidado de reposição . Inexistência de porta na casa de banho, apenas uma porta de correr com traves, e uma cortina (sem qualquer tipo de privacidade) . Casa de banho muito pequena . Restauro do Edifício muito fraco, com tetos já a necessitar de manutenção, e com elementos de má qualidade, que não dignificam a traça original do Edifício . Reposição do papel higiénico falhou, e a partir de uma certa hora não há ninguém a quem recorrer . arrumação, e serviço de café/chá no pequeno almoço inexistente. O cliente, é que tem de arranjar lugar, e ir pedir as bebidas . algum ruido durante a noite (eatávamos no 2º andar), mas normal pela localização do Edifício, junto à praça principal de Soller
