+ Hotel reformado y nuevo. Lo que mas nos gustó fue la atención de los chicos que regentan el hotel, en especial Alain quien hablaba perfectamente español, y siempre dispuesto a todo. Sin duda un 10/10

+ I enjoyed the location of the hotel, right near the entrance to a number of hiking trails directly behind the hotel. The breakfast was top notch with delicious breads, pastries, cheeses and cold cuts plus yogurt and a delicious fruit salad cup. Hard boiled eggs and different cereals and coffees/teas were also available. I ordered a baguette sandwich to take when we went out on an excursion and one night I was able to have dinner prepared there as well. My room was wonderful with two windows and a large bathroom plus a comfortable bed, desk and chair, and an additional upholstered comfy chair. When my friend had an emergency involving food poisoning from outside food in the night, the hotel staff kindly assisted me in improvising an electrolyte beverage, which greatly helped her recovery. I also enjoyed my half an hour of private spa time in the jacuzzi. Another thing: the town of Barèges is more low-key and less touristy than Luz-Saint-Sauveur, which is an extra plus to me.

− Because my room was situated on the third floor above the main street, it was sometimes noisy because of music and social activity in the bars and restaurants directly below.

Très correct.

+ Facile d'accès, propre, facile de se garer à proximité, personnel très sympathique. Le spa privatif très agréable. .

− Un peu chaud dans les chambres (mois d'août) et compliqué de dormir fenêtres ouvertes car elles donnent sur la route. Petit déjeuner correct, très bonnes viennoiseries mais il pourrait y avoir un peu plus de choix, œufs brouillés, saucisses par exemple.

+ Simple but excellent breakfast using good ingredients and very generous. Loved the Jacuzzi and sauna facility for apres skiing which was a real bonus. Very nice recent renovation done to a good standard with good size rooms and bathrooms.

− They really should promote their spa area on their Booking.com description as I think it would have wide appeal, particularly with the winter business.

− Lo único es que el suelo es de moqueta y se acumula el polvo y soy muy alérgica al mismo.
