+ Ubicación. Cerca del centro del pueblo y de la playa.

+ Posizione

− Pulizia poco accurata vetri e specchio sporchi le porte e armadio con manate. È la prima volta che arrivo e non trovo nulla di fresco in frigo. Tappeto rovinato. Tenda oscurante tapparella bagno da sistemare anche se queste due cose sono state sistemate dallo staff dopo averli Letto non molto comodo e con piumino leggero faceva molto caldo. Appartamento con un gran potenziale vista la posizione, l'appartamento non è dotato né di teli mare né di ombrellone né di sdraietti visto la spiaggia sottostante. Basterebbe poco e sarebbe il top!!!

Very good but not as relaxing as expected with the building noise

− We were not pre warned of the building site next door, I would expect some noise without a problem but they were using a breaker for up to 12 hours a day the noise was horrendous

− In between two construction sites which were very noisy all day.

+ Posizione perfetta, posto tranquillo e silenzioso (fatta eccezione per il cantiere difronte, ma chiaramente non imputabile alla struttura)fronte spiaggia, casa pulita e accogliente con tutti i confort, staff al telefono sempre disponibile e fornisce tutte le informazioni dettagliate. Consigliatissimo

+ Great location, close to lovely beach, shops and restaurants. Apartment was modern, spacious and very clean with a nice roof terrace. Communication with the host was very good.

Bis kurz vor Ende war es ok…

+ An sich ist es eine schöne Unterkunft mit guter Lage in El Cotillo. Sie ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet.

− Die Wohnung ist von beiden Seiten von Baustellen umgeben. Wenn die Baustelle fertig gestellt ist, wird wahrscheinlich auch der Meerblick nicht mehr gegeben oder sehr eingeschränkt sein. 3 Tage vor unserem Check out ist der Strom in der Wohnung ausgefallen. Daraufhin haben wir die Handynummer kontaktiert die uns gegeben wurde. Obwohl wir sofort darum baten, dass jemand geschickt wird, um das Problem zu begutachten, mussten wir mehrfach selbst am Stromkasten herumprobieren, wo der Fehler liegt. Im Nachhinein war dies sehr gefährlich, da die Hauptsicherung durchgebrannt und verkohlt war. Das Ganze zog sich über den Abend hin. Um 21 kam dann ein Eletriker, der das massive Problem nicht lösen konnte. Auf Nachdruck wurde uns dann um 22 Uhr eine deutlich schlechtere Wohnung im selben Appartement gegeben. Die war unglaublich klein, heiß und voller Ameisen. Eine Entschuldigung der Vermietungsagentur hat es nie gegeben. Daher würde ich dieses Appartement nicht mehr buchen und auch niemandem empfehlen! Der Umgang mit uns als Gästen war nicht akzeptabel.

+ La posizione incantevole. Lo spazio della casa e l’arredamento.

− Ci sono molti insetti fastidiosi, che credo siano pulci della sabbia. Purtroppo in tutta la casa, penso che siano infestazioni locali. Quindi non ne faccio una colpa alla struttura.

Vacaciones

+ Su ubicación al lado de la playa y la piscina está muy bien y muy limpia. Estefania y su equipo nos ayudaron en todo momento. Gran profesionalidad.

− Las obras de la zona. El cotillo actualmente está con muchas obras.

+ Ideal size, fabulous views, great location and everything you would need for a fantastic holiday ❤️

− If windy, a way to tie the roof terrace awning would be useful. Building work is ongoing nearby but this is effecting much of El Cotillo and is what it is
