− Hay que darles un repaso a los detalles, WC se mueve, sale agua de la ducha por la esquina de la mampara, AC le falta algo de potencia

+ Le logement est très bien situé. Juste à côté de la plage. Et 10 min à pied du centre ville. Communication efficace et rapide par whatsapp. Top.

+ Die Unterkunft war sauber und man hatte alles was man braucht.

− Neben dem Bett ist wenig Platz, sodass man keine Koffer daneben legen kann und im Kasten waren zu wenige Möglichkeiten um seine Kleidung aufzuhängen

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in the heart of Malaga right next to the beach and cafes etc.

+ Property was in excellent location. Easy to get keys from keybox. Good communication from host. Coffee machine and pods in kitchen which was nice touch. Lovely bar/cafe downstairs with really nice people who were very good to us.

+ Great location out the main area which was more relaxing and quiet. Right next to the ocean and the beach. A great walk to all the attractions

− Minor stuff since it’s an older building like shower drain was slow. Definitely not a show stopper.

+ La ubicación, primera línea de playa y a 10 minutos andando al centro, al lado del puerto. Fuimos 3 personas y dormimos bien.

− La limpieza. Las toallas todas con manchas amarillas. Había pelos en el suelo, lavabo y en la cama. Si mejoran este aspecto el apartamento está muy bien.

− The apartment itself was pleasant, but the key collection system through a box caused significant stress throughout my stay. There was no reception or direct contact available, which meant I was constantly worried about losing the key or my phone; without either, I would have been completely stranded with no one to call for assistance. Additionally, a major concern arose when I realized that if locked inside, there was no way to open the doors from the interior – a serious safety issue. This lack of an immediate human point of contact made me incredibly uneasy. For future stays, I would strongly advise against accommodations that do not offer a reception or a reliable, accessible point of contact for emergencies and basic assistance. The anxiety over key access and safety truly detracted from what could have been a relaxing tri

− Parking wasn’t available so it was a little of stress to find out where to park when you don’t know the area.

+ It's in front of the beach with a view to the large Malaga church.

+ The location is super cool, it’s close the ocean 🌊, supermarket and restaurants.

− The property was small and furnitures wasn’t the same as the photos on the site, specially the couch was dirty,uncomfortable, and old. Also the TV wasn’t connecting to the internet.

If you are looking to explore by foot and spend time on the beach this is a good spot.

+ Location was great, right in front of the beach, near cafes, rest and walking distance to the historic center. Host was very responsive and helpful. We had a car and they were able to accommodate.

− I was traveling with a friend and it was a bit small for 2 people with 2 suitcase each. Cleanliness can be improved. Main building door had issues and didn’t locked properly, not a huge issue, but it made us feel anxious the first night since we didn’t know the area. At the end, everything was good.

Small nice & cozy apartment on first line on Malagueta beach. Great location for a short trip.

+ The apartment is small but in a great location - first line in front of the beach; very close to the port and city center; very close to all key museums and attractions. Great view at night at the main cathedral.

− Sofa bed was not very comfy, can be improved.

+ It was a very clean apartment which I liked the most. The host Guillermo kindly recommended the restaurant that was open at the time we arrived around 22:30h which was very useful. The location was perfect for us. Everything was very close to the apartment like a supermarket, Restaurants and beach just a stone through.

− On the last night of our stay I heard a partying noise which was unexpected. Due to this we had a bit of trouble sleeping.

+ We loved that the apartment is just a few steps away from the beach, and you can also get to the old town just a few minutes of walking. Supermarket and bus stop is near, too. The apartment is great, a bit tiny but it was fine for two people. It was also really easy to reach the host so all in all great experience. (Oh and the wifi is super fast, I had to mention that, too.)

− Only one thing I have to mention as a negative, and it is the bed. The mattress was really soft for us, not comfortable at all, maybe there are people who like this, but if the bed had been a bit harder, I would have given a 10, because aside from that everything was wonderful.

+ The position, the cleanliness, and the support from Guillermo. The hosts were communicative all the way through. This is perfect for up to 2 people on short stay.

− Though we were not affected too much, as we had only 2 cabin sized cases that we could leave in the living room, space was tight. We did not use the cooking facilities to comment.
