+ El apartamento es muy bonito, limpieza 10 y el dueño muy pendiente . En pleno centro de Almuñécar, muy buena ubicación. Una cosa también a destacar en positivo, la insonorización de la casa, a pesar de está en pleno centro con locales comerciales en la zona, no se escuchaba absolutamente nada. 10 de 10

In love with the apartment

+ This apartment is just fantastic for short and long stays. The location is perfect. Two minutes walk and you're on the best beach. And it is surrounded by the restaurants. Very centered and lively neighborhood. Inside the apartment there are all the facilities to feel like home. It's quite big (especially when you're living alone 😀) and very clean 😍. The most important thing for me was the hospitality of Jerónimo. However it was with self check-in and you enter the apartment with an application but I always appreciate it more when the host is in contact with you personally which makes you feel more safe and welcomed. Jerónimo was there to help with everything and was responding to every request in a very short time. If you ever will be in Almuñecar this is the place you should stay, 100% recommended.

+ The host Jeronimo is a very helpful and pleasent gentleman. Responds very quickly to any problems. We enjyoed the stay very much.

+ Location was perfect. Very near beach and surrounded by restaurants. Parking was next to apartment too. Jerónimo the host was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed his help to access parking.

− Attention: The appartment can only be accessed with the Hoomvip App. The app replaces the keys. So you will need a newer compatible smartphone with a working data plan. Check the app store for reviews on the app. The warm water and fridge are also connected to the app and it registering that we entered the appartment for the first time. So we had to wait for a few hours for a hot shower. It worked out in the end but i would not book again and would also immediately cancel any reservation if this app appears somewhere.

We had a super nice stay!

+ The apartment has a nice location that is easy to go to the beaches and access restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. It is a very clean and nice apartment, and also quiet at night. The landlord is super nice, and he helped us a lot during our stay. We would like to come again if it is possible, and we highly recommend this apartment to other travelers.
