Sehr hochwertige Unterkunft in ruhiger, sehr zentraler Lage

+ Die Lage war super, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Ausstattung war sehr hochwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail, kuschelige Handtücher, sehr gute Matratzen, tolle Beleuchtung, einfacher Check in, schlüsselfreies kommen und gehen, tolles Frühstück, alles perfekt.

− Het bed lag niet zo lekker, matras was wat ingezakt en houten pootjes. Het leek alsof je ieder moment door het bed kon zakken. Wij kregen ook geen nieuw toiletpapier. En de badkamer werd continu nat door het douchen wat we ook deden we konden er niks aan doen, en de deur van de badkamer kon niet dicht die was kapot.

+ Great location, felt very safe as solo female. Easy check in. Sister hotel for breakfast was lovely with gorgeous bar in evenings with best view of the town. Staff even provided glasses for the solar eclipse and instructions on where to view which was very thoughtful and kept me updated about road restrictions due to the event.

− It would be nice to be greeted by somebody upon check in to explain the code access and where to go for breakfast. I only knew how to enter the building as luckily my partner had data on his phone but if you don’t receive this information beforehand you have nobody to help you.

+ We weren't really sure what to expect but were super happy with our last minute decision to stay in Valldemossa and drive around the island. The location was perfect--the market and shops are right outside your door. The included breakfast was amazing! The room had everything we needed.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, wenn man nur 1 Nacht bleibt ist es völlig ausreichend. Mehr Nächte nicht.

+ Notre appréciation est effectivement très contrastée. Bien que le confort de la chambre, sa propreté, la sympathie du personnel, l'emplacement nous a vraiment séduits, nous avons été extrêmement dérangé par le bruit constant toute la nuit. A notre arrivée nous étions enchantés par la chambre par contre nous n'avons pratiquement pas dormi à cause des pompes à chaleur de la climatisation de l'hôtel que nous avions pratiquement collés à notre fenêtre. Nous n'avions pas mis la climatisation mais d'autres chambres l'utilisaient et c'était réellement insupportable. D'autre part notre chambre était au dessus du local de la lingerie de l'hôtel qui a aussi fonctionné une partie de la nuit et un bruit plus amplifié. Habituellement je suis plutôt compréhensif mais proposer une chambre dans ces conditions n'est pas tolérable. Il s'agissait de la chambre 2 au premier étage. J'espère que cette critique sera constructive et débouchera sur une amélioration de l'isolation de cette chambre.

Great room, clean and comfortable but I feel as a solo traveller I would prefer some better back up information was miss

+ It was in a good location. The breakfast was excellent but not on site. Just a short walk away. Helpful staff there but no one on site. As it is a staffless set-up

− It had no emergency contact sheet in the room. As I was travelling alone I felt a bit uncertain who I could reach in case of urgency.

+ Great spot in Valldemossa. Comfortable, huge bed with great shower pressure. We loved the breakfast at the sister hotel, very relaxing looking out in to the valley. Staff were so kind & yummy food. Will be recommending friends to stay here when they visit Mallorca. Parking instructions also provided for the stay which was very helpful.

+ Newly remodeled, very central and aesthetic.

− There is no front desk and there is no parking. This is a good hotel for a savvy traveler who can manage their own logins, etc. This is not an analog hotel.

A short stop along our journey across Mallorca.

+ Die Lage ist perfekt, alles gut zu erreichen und direkt im Zentrum.

− Der Preis für das "Economy" Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist unserer Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt ( wir haben 170€ für eine Nacht inkl. Frühstück bezahlt). Es gibt zwei Fenster die in einen ca 10 qm Hinterhof mit lauter Lüftung und schlechtem Geruch führen. Der Hinterhof wird als Lager des Hotels genutzt. Morgens war dort Personal, die direkt ins Zimmer schauen konnten. Direkt neben unserem Zimmer war zusätzlich noch die Gästetoilette des Hotels. Man konnte alles hören. Kommunikation mit dem Hotel nur über WhatsApp, es ist keiner vor Ort.
