+ Sehr schönes, großes Resort, alles sehr sauber, hervorragendes und abwechslungsreiches Essen, viel Angebot für Kinder (sowohl Essen als auch Animation) - sehr liebes Animationsteam, alles barrierefrei! Personal insgesamt extrem freundlich und bemüht!

− Jammern auf hohem Niveau: -2 nicht übermäßig große Pools, Strand ca. 30 Minuten fußläufig oder 5 Minuten zur Parkgarage und dann einige Minuten zu Fuß -Zimmer riechen teilweise etwas feucht/modrig, Klimaanlage nicht in allen Zimmern gleich gut funktionierend

− Ropa de cama algo vieja y la comida mejorable en cuanto a variedad

− No sabíamos que es un hotel que tiene el 95% de turismo francés. Aún así esto no es ningún problema.

− NUESTRO MOTIVO PARTICULAR DE LA ESTANCIA ERA LA DE DESCANSAR, LAS ANIMACIONES ME PARECIERON EXAGERADAS, MUCHAS Y CON MUCHISIMO VOLUMEN. NO LA RECOMENDARIA SI EL OBJETIVO ES DESCANSAR

+ La estancia en general excepcional ... Instalaciones, limpieza, ubicación y sobre todo el buffet todo muy bueno y limpio.. Destacando el trato del personal muy amable y cercano ... Sobre todo una empleada en el Buffet Montse.... Y compañeras..

− Nosotros cogimos el familiar...Me hubiera gustado tener en la pared del salón que estaba completamente vacío tener otro sillón ...😍

Amazing family holiday

+ The food was amazing. Great that there was so much variety. The whole resort was lovely and clean. It was nice that you're not allowed to reserve sunbeds unless formally, which gives everyone a chance to be by the pool at some point. The entertainment and activities were fantastic. The animation team were wonderful, especially Leonardo who my children really took a shine to. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great to have a free shuttle to and from the beach. The beach was walkable in about half an hour and a really easy journey but the shuttle was really convenient.

Worth a short stay

+ Staff were accommodating on our first night allowing us to store luggage before dinner service closed. Leo from entertainment team was very encouraging and fun. Pool bar serves food for the majority of the day time so there was no fear of missing out. The gardens surrounding each bungalow were beautifully maintained.

− We found the main pool to be very filthy on the Sunday with dead flies and eggs gathered in one corner and around the ladder. The bathroom wall tiles in the bungalow were falling apart particularly in the shower where a split had forced the edges out. Lastly but not entirely the resorts fault but there was alot of bad manners at the buffet from other guests such as babies placed on food counters and half drank coffee left on the dispenser. Greeting staff could have helped by discouraging this.

Plan perfecto para padres con niños menores de 4 años.

+ Es un entorno pensado a la perfección para familias con niños pequeños. Bonito y cómodo. Los niños estaban encantados con las instalaciones y la comida. La villa estaba muy bien con todas las comodidades. A destacar el trato del personal, en el especial de Miguel (Maitre del restaurante) siempre atento y cariñoso con nosotros. Hizo que la estancia fuera de 10. Nos sentimos muy a gusto la semana que pasamos allí. Muy recomendable

− Si deseas ir a la playa hay que ir en coche pero solo son 5 minutos.

Pleasant stay with very friendly staff

+ We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. We booked all inclusive, which made everything easy and convenient and allowed us to relax throughout the stay.One thing we especially appreciated was that the hotel had two pool areas. One of them was much calmer, which suited us very well and gave us exactly the kind of peaceful atmosphere we were looking for.The staff were always kind, helpful, and welcoming, and that really added to the experience. Good service makes a big difference, and here we felt well looked after.

− We were not particularly impressed by the food, and had it been better, it would certainly have contributed to a more positive overall experience.We were also somewhat disturbed by the evening entertainment. However, it was not so bothersome that we felt the need to move, and we chose to remain in our bungalow even though we were offered the possibility to change rooms.

+ The hotel as very family and child friendly. We had an upgrade into a 2 - bedroom bungalow which was very spacious and comfortable. The playground was nice, as we all the dedicated staff for kids entertainment.

− The Restaurant did not really have suitable cutlery or cups for kids - since it is overall family friendly, this would have been nice.

Toll für Familien mit Kindern

+ Sehr gute und grosse Betten.Die Zimmer sind immer sauber.Das Essen war sehr gut und immer warm und so manches auch frisch zubereitet.Die Anlage gefiel uns gut und bis zu den Häuschen ist es nicht allzuweit.

− Leider sind die Häuschen etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es fehlen Ablagen in jedem Zimmer.

+ Un sitio tranquilo

− Patio un pò spoglio, aggiungerei un riparo per il sole e 1 lettino (c'è spazio).

Real recharge during winter holidays. Very family friendly place.

+ Beautiful, well maintained territory. Bungalows are very comfortable, as well as beds. Restaurant was super well organized: always enough food, great quality, good variety, every day something new, lower serving table for kids (super appreciated), very nice stuff always helpful. Great organization of New Years dinner and night - lobsters, great music, special gifts/accessories with 12 grapes and funny hats for all participants.

− Swimming pools are very beautiful however, even if said “heated”, they are very cold in December-January.

Fina bungalows men dålig restaurang

+ Den bungalow vi hade var utmärkt i alla avseenden. Ganska välskött och rymlig. Städningspersonalen liksom receptionens personal var utmärkt.

− Restaurangens mat höll en mycket låg standard. Det fanns en del kallskuret som var bra men utbudet och kvaliteten på maten var otroligt dålig. Smaklöst och i vissa fall illa tillagat. Många i personalen verkade likgiltiga och agerade oengagerat. Undantaget är städpersonalen och receptionen som höll hög standard. Dessutom var restaurangutrymmet för litet och trångt.

+ Muy buenas habitaciones, comida y lugar

− Que las casitas para familias se encontraban muy alejadas del comedor, y para llegar a él o la recepción a pleno sol era un martirio, ya que era un caminito de 5-10 minutos a la solana con los niños y bebés. Tampoco me gustó que en la piscina de familias no podías hacer uso del todo incluido. No había nada.tenuas q desplazarte a la otra piscina

− la cosa piu spiacevole è stato il fatto che le due notti che ho soggiornato sia suonato l'allarme incendio per entrambi le notti alle 5.00 del mattino, risposta della Reception normale amministrazione, Vergognoso !!!

+ Fuimos muy bien recibidos por el personal, siempre muy sonriente y disponible. Mención especial a Estela y Jorge, a quienes se puede encontrar en el área del restaurante, realmente estuvieron muy atentos con nosotros y fueron excelentes !!! Gran variedad de comida y de muy buena calidad. Yo, que soy celíaco (intolerante al gluten), adaptaron los platos para mí cuando fue necesario. ¡Todo perfecto!

− La conexión wifi no era muy buena en nuestro bungalow.

+ Nice staff in the animation team, great swimming pool (also with small kids).

− Unfortunately we had a really bad experience with mice in our room. We saw one mouse walking over our son - while he was sleeping - and we ourselves felt a mouse in bed in the middle of the night. The next morning we found out they ate chocolate, damaged our luggage (also heavily the beds - they must have been there for much longer) and we found mice poop, in both beds and in the luggage. Already the days before there was a weird smell in the apartment (it also was not really clean on arrival), initially we linked the smell to our youngest since he is still wearing diapers, but now it seemed to be the mice. We received a small compensation, but definitely not sufficient compared to what we paid per night and our damaged luggage.
