Nice location and rooms, but tiny pool was a downer

+ The location was great and the balcony and view was lovely. Breakfast was good too.

− Not enough sun loungers to the extent couldn’t get one. The pool was also much smaller than it looked in the pictures and when busy you hardly had 2 metres of space spare in the pool. For a family who the pool is a centre piece of their holiday we couldn’t use it once.

+ A hotel minden igényt kielégítő szolgáltatásokat nyújt. Kényelmes, szép, tiszta szobák, gyönyörű a tengerre néző panoráma, kellemes a medence. A reggeli, vacsora választék bőséges és finom, a medence, napozóterasz, bár is ergonómiában és kényelemben nagyszerű. A személyzet nagyon készséges. 1 percre a központ, a kikötő, a villamos és a tenger.

+ Emplacement, qualité de la chambre (literie, superficie, confort)

− Pas d'accès à la piscine à débordement sans le côté premium, attente au petit déjeuner + clim beaucoup trop forte, balcon pas en état parfait et cendrier non vidé, temps d'attente check in et check out plus que limite pour un hôtel de ce standing

Wouldn’t return , far too expensive, The Level pool even smaller , not worth the upgrade

− Pool was extremely small , roughly 10mtrs x 7 mtrs triangle shape for 545 rooms !! Horrible experience

− A konyhája nem tükrözi a hotel szintjét. Megelehetessen középszerű.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

+ Az E szint medencéje és bárja, és a lépcső a tengerpartra zuhanyzóval, így nem kellett a hotel lobbyn átsétálni papucsban törölközővel. Pazar reggeli.

Fantastic location/breakfast; swimming pool/room furniture not great

+ Location is fantastic; rooms are nice but furniture is cheap and would have expected more for the price. Breakfast was fantastic and very varied, would recommend! The reception area is great and piano music was a fantastic touch at arrival. There was flexibility and we could stay in the swimming pool even after check out and this was great and much appreciated.

− Rooms are nice but furniture is cheap, with telephones not working; would have expected more for the price. The swimming pool was a massive let down: small, overcrowded, slippery, dirty, and too much in the shade. Seats are reserved since very early in the morning by people that leave soon after having placed their items on the sun lounger, and it is very hard to find a decent spot.

Hôtel à réserver aux familles avec beaucoup trop de monde.

+ La situation de l’hôtel proche du centre et de la plage. Le lit très confortable.

− L’hôtel est immense mais avec une piscine minuscule, la 2e piscine étant réservée à certaines catégories de chambres. Peu de transats pris d’assaut dès 9h du mat ! Les files d’attente pour se rendre au petit déjeuné… bref l’usine à touristes !

+ Maybe the best hotel in Alicante. Everything was perfect except for the car parking.

− Car parking can be complimentary for customers who pay thousands of Euros for the stay.

+ Nice hotel and lovely staff

− We were given a room with two single beds instead of a double and this couldn't be rectified for the first night which when paying over £200 a night was disappointing.

+ Underbar läge med fint utsikt nära marinan. Om man vill vara lite för sig samt nära till central så är det ett bra val.

− Priset var överskattad gämför med faciliteten utbud. Utbudet av frukusten var bra men dålig kvalitet.Man har ätit betydligt bättre mat ute i spanska restauranger. Middags buffet var inte heller något särskilt. Har bott på Melia hotel i Dubai och det är inte jämförbar. Parkeringen var full också.

+ El trato del personal, la limpieza y el estado de las instalaciones, el servicio de buffé en el desayuno y la cena, la tranquilidad y la comodidad de la habitación.

− El suelo de la piscina es altamente deslizante, prácticamente una pista de patinaje. El personal del hotel se esforzaba mucho en secarlo, pero no era suficiente. No sería muy costoso un recubrimiento antideslizante que ofreciera seguridad a los usuarios.

Goeie locatie, leuk dat ze livemuziek hadden.

+ Locatie dicht bij het strand en de restaurants zijn op loopafstand.

− Het was groot, wat het onpersoonlijk maakte. Moest elke keer aangeven in welke kamer we zaten, maar konden ons niet vinden in het systeem. Wat vervelend is als je weet dat je daar verblijft.

− La piscina era sempre piena e non abbiamo avuto la posibilita di utilizarla , almeno 1 giorno potevate darci la precedenza, visto che siamo rimasti 8 notte.

− Reseña para BookingPagamos 800 € por dos noches y, sinceramente, no considero que merezca la pena. Solo teníamos incluido el desayuno y todo lo demás se pagaba aparte, incluso la bebida durante la cena.La piscina fue una gran decepción: no pudimos ni bañarnos porque estaba completamente llena. Además, en persona es mucho más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos; tiene forma triangular y resulta insuficiente para un hotel tan grande.Muy mala relación calidad-precio. Por ese precio esperaba mucho más.

− There is only one general pool, the other can only be accessed by visitors staying on a certain level. We did not know this before making our booking and were expecting access to multiple pools.

+ Lots of amenities, nice rooms, on the beach, close to old town and very nice staffMuchas comodidades, habitaciones agradables, frente a la playa, cerca del casco antiguo y personal muy amable.
