+ Просто прекрасные апартаменты! Очень красивое, уютное и комфортное место в самом центре Марбельи. Всё идеально чисто, красиво и удобно. Чувствуется, что хозяева продумали абсолютно каждую мелочь, чтобы гостям ни о чём не приходилось беспокоиться и ничего не искать. Есть всё необходимое для проживания, а также очень приятные детали — даже пляжные полотенца и специальная сумочка для пляжа.

Byli jsme moc spokojeni.

+ Velmi pohodlný, moderní a čistý apartmán. Měli jsme vše, co jsme potřebovali. Navíc na nás čekala mísa ovoce , pivo v lednici a malý snack. Apt. je blízko u moře. Spousta restaurací.

+ Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Obstkorb. Die Lage ist gut. Das Haus selbst war gerade im Umbau. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage die auch heizen kann, was wichtig ist, da keine weitere Heizung vorhanden ist. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ausgezeichnet.

− Das kleine Bad ohne Fenster trocknet nicht ab, daher bleiben die Handtücher immer feucht. Die Dusche müsste besser geputzt werden, da die Ecken recht gammelig waren.

Ideal for couples or solo travellers

+ This is one of the best places I stayed in on my travels and if I return to Marbella I will be looking to book again. Clean, very well equipped aparment, great location, a lot of restaurants an groceries close by, beach 5 mins walk from the doorstep.

Very good option for this area

+ Location was awesome and next to tons of restaurants, groceries, and bars.. The hosts were very responsive and good communicators. The place was super well stocked for short or long stays. Internet was exceptional. Very clean and we were there for a month so the hosts changed out linens 1/week. Storage and small elevator were great. Plugs by the bed and lighting perfect.

− Garbage trucks every night emptying the bottles from the bars nightly at 22-0200am. Foam mattress on platform bed was uncomfortable for us for a long stay. Couch seemed to be past it's replacement cycle as it needed to be adjusted with blankets under the cushions to make it functional to sit in. Hot water tank was only good for 1 long shower .

Comfortable and pleasant

+ The location was good, the flat was lovely and clean, and the communication with Maurizio was first class. And the small touches like the fruit, beer, water and chocolate were much appreciated

− We arrived at 11 am and the Chek. In is at 4 . We ask if he can put our things in his reception and he dont want to help . Hé was very Rude also the Chek out he want we do it as soon as possible calling and texting all the time very annoying

+ Very good location. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Walking distance to old town. Small details greatly appreciated like beach towels, beach umbrella. Nespresso coffee. Popcorn for movie night. Welcome fruit basket and bottle of water and cold beer for two.

Amazing apartment, centrally located for all your needs

+ Host contacted us on WhatsApp and once we had provided proof of identity, the relevant details were shared. These were comprehensive and accurate. It was easy to gain access. Host also shared a list of recommended restaurants and facility which was extremely helpful. Close to old town, town centre and the beach.

Amazing host and apartment

+ Really nice cosy apartment, very clean and comfortable. Very good central location. Everything you could think of for your stay was in the apartment. The best part was the host Maurizio, what an absolute gent, let us check in early, gave us amazing restaurant locations, was always available if we needed anything, amazing guy. He came to the apartment really early on the day we left and gave us our deposit back and even waited to make sure our airport transfer arrived to pick us up. I would whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone, great stay thank you
