+ Spacious clean and in the perfect location. No noise close to strip 8 mins walk to the beach. Shops close by and bar at bottom floor of apartments. Everything you need for a lovely stay.

− The only downfall if any was there is no loungers for round the pool . If there were more loungers to bar would defo make more money

+ The apartment itself was spotless on arrival and beautifully maintained throughout. The beds were very comfortable, and the living area was spacious enough for all of us to unwind after a day out. The kitchen had all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. One of the highlights was the location—ideal for exploring the surrounding area while still being peaceful and quiet at night. The views and atmosphere really made the stay special. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

+ Staff really friendly kept bar open late fir us and even bought us shots, apartment was fine, dated but you get what you pay for, pool was an added bonus, cleaned daily and freshen you up after a night out, location 5 minutes from beach, food at bar downstairs was amazing, no complaints

+ For the price it is basic but very clean and in a good location

− I didn’t like the beds. Certainly not comfortable but what I didn’t like was we had to be out my 10am which I think is a bit early. I think it should be 11am like most places

+ For price apartment was ok for a few night stay, quiet location but just a few min walk to shops, bars, restaurants. Pool very quiet and sunny.

− Small apartment, double room just fits a double bed in, bedding quite basic, kitchen very small, furniture a bit dated and worn.

− 4 personen opgegeven en handdoeken/beddengoed voor 2 personen... Gemeld aan schoonmaakster, die had het verkeerd doorgekregen, maar werd ook niet opgelost. Jammer! Harde bedden

No air-conditioning, very warm. Tired apartment

− No air-conditioning, really warm. The fans provided didn't really cut it and were noisy. Not much sleep had. The apartment is generally tired, worn and old. Top of the fridge (freestanding between kitchen and livingroom) was really dirty. I had to clean it, sone of the bedding for sofa bed didn't appear the cleanest. I was advised it was just old. 10am checkout was a bit early. 11/12 would've been preferable. I wouldn't stay again, very dear for the standard provided.

+ Iv stayed in loads of apartments in benidorm so easy to get your keys no hassle ,alfonso made it all simple on how to get the keys ,and on the last day as I had 3 kids 2 young I asked if I could have a bit mor e time checking out and he said that was fine which was very helpful and apartment in great spot 😀
