+ We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Puerto de Mogán and couldn't have been happier with our accommodation. The location was absolutely fantastic, with the beach literally right behind the apartment, making it incredibly convenient for relaxing days by the sea and enjoying everything Puerto de Mogán has to offer. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were excellent, and it was clear that great care is taken to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience. We were particularly impressed with the communication from reception throughout our stay. The team was friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Puerto de Mogán. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

− L'adresse communiquée pour récupérer les clés était fausse ! Avons attendu près de 3 heures dans les escaliers. Des cheveux et de la poussière au sol dans la salle de bain. Ménage très moyen alors qu'il est facturé 70 € ! Les rideaux de douche immondes, pourris Les abattants des WC cassés. La barre du rideau de douche qui tombe. Baignoire rouillée Pas de cafetière électrique il a fallu en acheter une. Pas de fer à repasser. Ces articles étaient mentionnés dans le descriptif. Pas de lampe de chevet. Le ventilateur n'a pas de protection ! Bravo la sécurité !!! Nous l'avons signalé mais nous n'avons pas eu de réponse ! Éclairage faible dans les chambres. Pas de torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle. Grill pain inutilisable car il fait sauter les plombs. Un seul saladier en plastique Toutes les poêles attachent. Pas un seul verre à pied identiques. Pas un seul grands verres. Nous avons dû en acheter Etc, etc. Impossible d'avoir un contact direct avec les propriétaires qui sont "là " uniquement pour encaisser. Nous avons quand même payer près de 3000 € pour un mois. Nous n'avions jamais eu de problème avec Booking. Là, nous sommes vraiment mécontents.

+ the apartment was in a good location

− Vanessa was unapproachable and not listening to our requests. The patio door to the balcony would not lock and was told that the area was safe! but this was sorted out. the apartment wasn’t the cleanest snd looking very tired! We were in the apartment for 11 nights over the Christmas period, we asked for clean towels/sheets after the 6th day, then on a daily basis! despite the information on booking.com stating clean towels and sheets will be provided every 7 days!! which we never received. We found this totally unacceptable.
