zdecydowanie nie liczyłam na aż tak duży apartament, spokojna okolica, niedaleko od plaży i restaura

− drobnostka w sumie...ale ręczniki nie pachniały świeżością, były czyste ale ...

− Mantenimiento del pequeño jardin...y alguna cucaracha que salía por la noche...

WiFi terrible, outdoor space unusuable

+ Spacious with good location and off road parking.

− Very poor WiFi, needs improving. Wrong WiFi and password given initially. One of beds very uncomfortable. No wash pods provided for washing machine and no drying facilities. Outdoor space unusable - furniture filthy and broken, garden in disrepair.

+ Great for our two small dogs and off road parking , short walk to beach and restaurants .

− Hot water takes a time to come through?

+ Good size, shower room's clean. Drove to the pueblo i have been a few times and never disappointed, such a beautiful place to visit

− Sadly, not very inviting, bedding needs replacing, (the duvet cover bigger than the duvet which was too small for the bed) the kitchen sink stained, and the sink tap virtually falling off. The fly screans would not stay down!! The outlook..... there was wasn't one, except looking at our car, and it needed weeding. The drive gate was so heavy to push open, and both pension age found it hard. We repacked our car, and went home after three hours.

Some very good, some not so good.

+ Layout of property was good with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms separate sides of flat. Good safe off-street parking. Good size of flat. Good walkable location for town centre. Clean and reasonably furnished. Good value overall.

− A problem was noise from owners adjoining house. A single door separated the flat from the owners house. A dog other side of door very restless, slurping water and fidgeting all night. We asked the owners to maybe move the dog from the other side of the door to another place - no response. Noisy early mornings from car starting in adjoining garage next to bedroom.. The connecting door should be better soundproofed. In a region of water shortage it wasted many gallons of cold before hot water arrived to kitchen and bathrooms - several minutes wait wasting water. Kitchen very poorly equipped, e.g. no toaster very few pans etc. Kitchen tap very loose. Zero greeting or contact from host whole visit. Zero greeting package ( usually bottle water and wine etc )

− Almohadas algo incómodas.

+ La limpieza y comodidad. Todo perfecto.

Agradable estancia y excelente alojamiento

+ Planta baja muy bien conservada y excelente limpieza. Trato con el propietario muy cercano y resolutivo. Repetiremos sin dudarlo.

− Por poner algo a mejorar, pero esto no significa que mal..: que el portón de la calle se pueda cerrar una vez estés dentro.

Good for the price

+ 2 large double bedrooms with lovely ensuite showerrooms. Dining table and kitchen. Not really for cooking a big dinner. Fine for breakfast.

− The couch for 2 wasn't very comfortable. There is a washing machine but only room to dry couple of t-shirts, towels.. The little patio on the side is in the shade from the afternoon on.

Great property, you won’t be disappointed

+ Quite end of Mojacar, in easy walk to small local bars and restaurants. Beach at the end of the road and bus stop if required. We could park our car off road as we drive to Spain, our 2 dogs had a safe free run of the garden with no gaps to escape. The apartment is split well as the kitchen, lounge/dining room were in the centre of the property and bedrooms were opposite ends, so would be great for 2 couples or a family of 4. Great place and highly recommended.

− It seriously wasn’t an issue but had to run hot tap for al3/4 minutes to get hot water. Which just seemed a waste of water. We used the kettle and bowl to do washing up.

A great place. Thank you to the owners. Look forward to staying again.

+ Super friendly host. Perfect apartment for two couples. Great location close to the beach and some lovely restaurants and bars. Great for our two dogs with a private enclosed court yard. Only downside we had one night, would have loved to stay more.

A lovely getaway in Mojacar

+ Loved the location! Only a short walk from the beach, the bus stop and lots of small restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for your stay. Would definitely stay here again 😊
