+ Idealna lokalizacja do plaży i centrum promenady 4 minuty spacerkiem, apartament był wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy do tego przestronny i pięknie urządzony. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy i do tego była możliwość zająć apartament kilka godzin wcześniej co uważam za ogromny plus :) Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w WindMill :)

NO HOT WATER. Says it’s fixed but it’s not

+ Location was great, it was clean and comfortable, unfortunately The fact that there was 5 min of hot water in the shower every day and it took the majority of my stay for property to fix by changing hot water heater which didn’t even fix it and property OWNER did not give any compensation outweighs the positives of my stay. Booking.com customer service gave me a minimal credit for the property's insufficient provision of essential amenities as advertised. The property would not provide any compensation.

− The fact that the cost of maintaining the property was passed on to me as a one time guest who did hit get to benefit from the fix and went the whole stay very u comfortable due to not having hot water in the shower. This was an unfair dealing despite the efforts in both sides to accommodate.

+ Definitely good recommendations for this place, everything is nearby. Apartment was clean with amazing balcony and nice view on the sea. Few very good options for food near apartment. We really enjoyed and definitely coming back at one point.

+ The most perfect place with a perfect location where all the beaches are only 5 minutes away on foot, the taxi station is very close, as well as the bus station, and no one will bother you in your peace and quiet, there are markets nearby, everything you need to have a perfect vacation.

− I don't have anything to share but I just suggest to the owners to keep it like this and also a small request to put more towels because if someone stays longer they need them or change them.

− Cons: Extreme loud trafic noices. Bikes and sport cars racing all night. Nervous honking and more racing. Traditional wooden windows had no sound isolation. I used ears plugs for the entire vacation.

+ Everything was good. Me and my wife spent 4 nights in the apartament and everything was exactly like in presentation.

For this money you can find something better.

− Very loud noise from outside during the night. The windows do not close properly, and they are from old wood, and all the noise from the traffic outside does not let you sleep. The TV is old, not smart and works only on 3 arab stations. The bedsheets and the towels looked very used, the smelled clean, but looked old and used. The bathroom has no ventilation. Small bed, only one double blanket. I asked for single blankets, but the host told me I can use the duvets in the closet, but they smelled bad, so we managed with the double blanket.

+ I spent a week with my son here. The apartment was just fit for us. Very clean, with a nice and modern bathroom and kitchen. Very nice location close to both beach and old town. Good public transport connections nearby. The very helpful host. Very good place to stay for 2 person. Strongly recommended!

+ I rate my stay 10/10 everything was perfect from the apartment, facilities, location and especially the host. They accommodated me and my partner with our requests and made our stay easy and smooth. The apartment is located in the heart of Marbella and just a 1 minute walk from the beach. And very local to many different restaurants and fast food chains. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here as I will certainly be back to book this apartment.

+ we love Marbella, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. the apartment is super new, well decorated, renovated and welcoming. The hostess was also super polite and friendly and received us super well. We stayed 2 weeks and felt at home. We will definitely be back. We love it!!!
