No signal, no entry!

+ Nice and clean apartment and pool was nice

− If you don't have internet/signal you will not be able to check in when you first arrive. We arrived at 3pm to check in (the only time the entry instructions are available) and as we did not have any signal we had to walk back down into Torremolinos to pick up WiFi to get the instructions, we then went back to the apartment but we're unable to 'unlock' the door as this is all done online and the signal had dropped since we walked back up. We were extremely lucky that a helpful resident allowed us into the building and stayed with us until we could enter the code on the apartment door.

+ O estudio era muito espaçoso, vista espectacular para o mar e agradável

− A limpeza não era das melhores, havia coisas estragadas ( tomada da máquina do café, dois dos fios dos cortinados estavam partidas, a loiça qb...), não tinha micro ondas.

+ This is a very nicely decorated clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is 10m. From the center of Torremolinos.

+ Me gustó las vistas y el espacio para una persona está muy bien.Todo nuevo y muy bonito, la decoración minimalista que ayuda a estar en paz y relajado. Es perfecto para una pareja y se encuentra cerquita de la playa

− El pomo de la puerta de entrada a veces funcionaba y otras no el primer día tuve que limpiar algunas cosas porque estaban sucias como el suelo y había unas pocas hormiguillas. Las ventanas al pasillo del bloque se pueden abrir muy poco y el ventanal es cristal entero no una ventana sino bajas las cortinas te asfixias pero son detalles que mejorar luego todo lo demás estupendo

− De trein net naast de woning … maar nog het meest dat de 200€ waarborg pas vrij komt me 30 dagen !!

+ Очень уютно и со вкусом ;)

− Поезд прям под окном ездит каждые пол часа с 6 утра до часу ночи, дверь в ванной плохо работает и матрас слишком мягкий.Но красивый вид из окна прямо на море, затмевает все недостатки.

+ Excelente en todos los sentidos, el trato con la persona de contacto fue excelente, muy agradable y cercana, la ubicación y la estancia en general muy bien. Las vistas una maravilla, repetiremos seguro. Gracias Monkó Afrodita (Torremolinos)

+ La ducha

− Gran ventana sin persianas ni cortinas que quitasen luz, entra toda la luz, y está junto a las vías del tren, a partir de las 6 pasa cada cierto tiempo. No es el sitio ideal para dormir si ko llevas buenos tapones y antifaz. Por otro lado, tienes que hacer un check in on line de cada huésped on line, lo que lleca tiempo.

+ Utsikt fra stue og kjøkknet

− Bade døra kunne ikke Luke's og åpnes (fast åpen). Senga er alt for liten for to og hadde bare 1 små dyne. Kjøkkenet er stort nok men med minist mulig kjøkkenutstyr.

+ I naïvely booked this property for 3 days. As soon as I made the reservation, I received a message from them stating that in order to access the property I had to fill out an online form, and once completed I would receive the key to the apartment — an online key. Up to this point, fine. Then I read that I also had to sign a contract and pay a €200 security deposit that would be refunded upon departure. I was shocked!! Because I don’t remember reading this condition. Well… I thought maybe it was my mistake for not reading carefully enough. So I continued with the form. When it came time to pay the €200 deposit, I was redirected to a link and attempted to make the payment, but my bank did not accept it. I thought it was a technical issue since I was abroad, even though the reservation payment through Booking went through without any problem. At that point, the agency contacted me via WhatsApp asking me to complete the form. I told them I was having trouble with that step and politely asked if I could meet them in person or go to their office to pay the deposit (the office is located in the area, and I would have gladly gone there if needed). This happened on a Thursday around 1 p.m. Their response was: “I’m sorry, but if you don’t finish the form, you cannot access the property!” I begged them several times to help me resolve this situation — after having already paid the full amount for the reservation and while standing in the street with my luggage, not knowing what to do. Nothing! No help at all! (That tells you exactly who you’re dealing with.) I had to book another hotel and pay extra money. And Booking offered no help either! I called, sent hundreds of messages explaining this unpleasant situation, but received no support — pure negligence! The only reply I got the following day was: “We contacted the property regarding the cancellation and they did not agree. You can still go as long as you complete the online form.

Una estafa que requiere una denuncia en un juzgado

+ La cama es bastante cómoda, amplio y luminoso

− Las toallas y sabanas se ve que tienen ya bastante uso y lavados, las vías del tren pasan justo por debajo de las ventanas y se oye bastante

+ Lovely and cosy, clean and modern. The bed was fantastic, the power shower was awesome. Not all of the blinds or windows open properly anymore which is a shame as I can imagine having the whole front section open, highlighting the view and airing the apartment, that would have been fantastic. However, with some windows open it was still great. I would definitely use this apartment again

− The location was great if using the tunnel but being on my own I didn't feel safe enough doing that so it added a 15 minute walk to la carruhela each day. This is not anybodys fault but was deceiving when looking at the location on Google maps as it always used the tunnel and therefore this could maybe be mentioned in the description? I also thought a welcome pack on arrival would be handy, just a simple folder outlining certain things such as where to find the wifi details, which keys open which doors and gates, specific instructions of how to use the washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine etc.. Local phone numbers such as taxi, police etc.. These are all things which can be worked out eventually using Google but can be a problem to a stranger who is new to the area with no human interaction like you would recieve at a hotel reception. These are only very minor issues though. Overall i very much enjoyed my stay in this apartment and would use it again without these issues the second time around

− Non mi è stata restituita la cauzione nonostante avessimo lasciato la casa in buone condizioni

+ L’arrivée est fluide avec une application, très pratique, l’appartement est plutôt bien situé

− La propreté de l’appartement n’était pas satisfaisante, douche qui se bouche, porte coulissante qui se bloque

+ Las vistas, la piscina y la relativa cercanía al centro y a la playa.

− No deja claro que hay que abonar una fianza antes. Las imágenes de booking son mejores que el sitio, ya que tiene algunas cosas como el calentador que no funcionan bien, y estaba más sucio de lo que parecía. Intenté contactar varias veces con el teléfono de contacto para varias cuestiones y no fue posible. Demasiado caro para el servicio que da.

− Rolgordijnen houden het licht niet tegen. Voorgesteld een verduisterend gordijn op te hangen over de hele breedte. Er wordt niet schoongemaakt.

+ Una estancia muy agradable. Muy cómoda la cama
