DE VERGÜENZA! UN AUTÉNTICO ENGAÑO

− Desde que entras te invade un olor a bajante por toda la casa. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia. Ventiladores negros llenos de pelusa que se caen por cada aspa, deterioro de todo el piso, el sofa incomodísimo ( cuando te sientas te clavas la madera), la cama cruje lo más grande, cocina con tiro abierto y agujero enorme a la pared por donde las CUCARACHAS se pasean como si fuera su casa, las rejillas de ventilación del baño llena de porquería, el water cojo. Los rieles de la terraza lleno de suciedad y pelo, plintos rotos. Debajo del sofá te encuentras sorpresas inesperadas (basura), en nuestro caso botella y papeles. Los anfitriones no te dan solución alguna, literalmente te dicen" la casa está en perfecta condiciones, buenas noches". Teníamos 4 noches y nos fuimos la primera. NO TE DEVUELVEN EL DINERO.

+ N0n l apparemment n est pas bien équipé, manque des vaisselles ,pas des cuillères juste 2,des poêles rouillé. Manque papier toilette ,savon...... Les serviettes de très usées, le canapé lit n est pas confortable du tout Problème d électricité Vraiment mauvais séjour je ne recommande pas cette établissement

+ Nice and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Owner was very helpful when we arrived as it’s a code on the door.

+ L’emplacement de l’appartement est super avec une vue sur les piscines et la mer très agréable surtout pour un séjour en vacance

+ El alojamiento está perfecto, bonito y acogedor en una urbanización con piscina, y a 5 minutos del mar, con unas vistas hacia el mismo espectacular. Para repetir sin ninguna duda.

+ Lo que más nos gustó del establecimiento fueron las instalaciones comunitarias , las piscinas y sus zonas fantásticas.

− No nos gustó la cama , era muy incómoda .

Piso acogedor, pero tema de cucarachas a corregir

− Na zdjęciach wygląda znacznie lepiej niż w rzeczywistości - niestety potwierdzam poniższe komentarze o karaluchach. Nie jest to najprzyjemniejsze doznanie jak chodzą po łóżku, pod prysznicem i na blacie kuchennym po akcesoriach. Gospodarze dobrze o tym wiedzą. Pościel - szkoda, że na nasz pobyt nie była odpowiednio przygotowana, bo lepiej nie widzieć stanu pościeli bez poszwy.

− We stayed here recently, and it completely ruined our holiday. From day one, the shower had freezing cold water. We contacted the host right away, but she just said they had recently changed the water heater – no help was offered. The water stayed cold throughout our stay. The pool was disgusting, filled with plastic and even glass pieces. When we pointed this out, the host claimed it was still safe to SWIM??! On top of that, there were cockroaches on the property. The bathroom would flood every time we showered because there was no shower door, and the sliding door to the bathroom didn’t close properly – it didn’t even reach the floor. The bed didn’t even have a proper duvet cover – just two loose sheets thrown over the duvet, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. We reached out to the host multiple times to try and solve the issues, but she was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. She denied everything and refused to refund us for the nights we didn’t want to stay. We couldn’t sleep properly and felt like the entire trip was wasted. Even Booking.com tried to contact them, but the host ignored their calls and refused to cooperate. We left and booked a new place after night 3. To make things even worse, we forgot a pair of expensive sandals when checking out. We messaged the host immediately, but she replied that they had already thrown them away. No effort to help, no care at all. One huge mistake we made was not reading the real reviews. We only saw the first few, which were in Spanish – probably written by friends or family of the host. But all the other reviews tell the truth: this place is a disaster. The property is dirty, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. The host was rude, refused to answer the phone, and wouldn’t meet with us to discuss a solution. This was honestly one of the worst, most unprofessional experiences we’ve ever had. Don’t be fooled – avoid this place at all costs.

Almost the perfect apartment!

+ The apartment was fresh & clean and beautifully decorated. It also had air conditioning. The bedroom had plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable but lacked any bedding other than sheets and pillows. The kitchen area was compact but had a coffee machine. The bathroom was beautiful with a walk-in shower.

− The kitchen counter space was very limited. The electric appliances had to be placed on the drain board when using, due to the placement of the only power socket in the kitchen. There was also a problem with the sink leaking. Reported the problem to Borja by WhatsApp message as this was how he contacted me. Unfortunately, he did not see my message or the pics I sent until we had left the apartment. There was a duvet with no cover in the wardrobe that was not fit for purpose due to being worn with holes & stained. The curtain on the bedroom window did nothing to block out light. It would take very little to address the problems in this beautiful apartment to make it a more enjoyable experience.

+ Lovely & friendly host. Clean apartment with very comfy bed and very modern. Great location, only 10 minute walk to beach and everything within walking distance. Very lovely few days staying here.

+ We had a great time staying here. It was very clean and comfortable. The surrounding environment, transportation, and hotels were very convenient. We were very happy and satisfied. We will come back in the future. It is a very good holiday apartment.❤️👍

+ The view from the balcony is great. There is a kitchen

− There is a 200 EUR security deposit payed by card upon the check in. There were cockroaches. The smell was quite bad - I had to keep the window fully open at all times. The washing machine is a bit broken. I don’t think the bed is clean enough to enjoy sleeping in it - I actually slept on the floor instead. There are cameras in both rooms (hopefully those are not webcams - I had to put towels on top of them to secure my privacy)

Cockroaches, leaking shower - difficult stay.

+ It was in a good location, 5 minute walk to the beach although a bit of an up hill walk on the way back to the apartment. It was as looks on photos - modern and had potential to be a lovely apartment. Bed was comfortable

− Firstly we were asked to let owners know what time we would arrive so I did this 24 hours before. We were also asked to notify them via WhatsApp 30 mins before arriving - I done this as we got in our taxi from the airport. Despite doing this we had to wait 40 minutes outside the building for the owner to show up and let us in, he messaged to say he would be no more than 10 minutes and arrived 40 minutes later. When in apartment all looked well to start with, other than the toilet seat being totally unattached to the toilet which we notified the owner about before he left, he did ask if we wanted him to come back the next day to fix - not wanting to be stuck in waiting we said it was fine. The TV remote did not work. Later we noticed that there were devices on the bedroom and living room walls - on looking at them further these were cameras which I find totally strange, we weren’t comfortable with this and hadn’t been notified that they were there - we covered them for the duration of our stay. For the first 3 days the shower leaked all over the apartment, the drain was obviously blocked and the shower was level with the floor with no barrier so water literally flooded the whole bathroom and into the living area even with us showering as quickly as we could. We literally had to mop the floor every time we showered. We notified the owner of this the morning after we checked in and had to message multiple times before getting an answer. They said they would come the following morning - we waited in all morning and eventually gave up and went out at 12.30 - while we were out they messaged to say they were on their way at 15.10 - we asked them to wait until we got back as we wanted to talk to them about other issues including cockroaches everywhere and the tv remote not working. By the time we got back to the apartment (10 mins) the owner had left so we couldn’t talk to them. The shower was fixed - but not as quickly as it should have been.

Everything was perfect. Clean, organised and supper attentive. If i go to Benalmadena again, I will stay here for sure.

An Amzing Experience in Banalmadena

+ The host was great. All facilities are new.

− The apartment was small in comparison with Monko Cactus. Also the parking was little bit difficult in the night.

+ Good location, a short walk to the beachfront but in a quiet area. Apartment was renovated recently so it was in very good conditions. It is cozy, not big, but enough for a couple with a child. Borja was an amazing host.
