Nervion

− Llegue el primer dia y me encontré con cucarachas hormigas y la puerta del baño rota no se podía cerrar llame varias veces a la agencia que me lo alquilo y nadie se hizo responsable de nada pedí que me realojaran en otro lugar ya que no me parece justo que pague 800 euros por un alojamiento que no cumplía las condiciones higiénicas y nadie me dio ninguna solución.Es el lugar mas vergonzoso que encontré alguna vez en mi vida sin duda no lo recomiendo a nadie.

− Getting key entailed a 40 minute walk from the room, washing machine was broken and there was no one to contact

− L’assenza del minimo necessario per vivere, non c’era sapone, tovaglioli, sale …… l’appartamento aveva gli scarafaggi , che capisco sia una cosa normale in Spagna, ma non c’era nessun tipo di veleno in dotazione.

Ok stay for one person, a bit damp but still comfy, and in a good location.

+ The studio had everything I needed. A small kitchen, tv, table, wifi, shower, bed. The location was perfect. And the bed was really comfortable.

− It is a very small space, especially when the bed is folded out. The boiler has water for one fairly short shower, so I wouldn't really recommend it to two people. And, the worst about the place is that it is so damp, the towels didn't dry from one day to another in the bathroom. Worth noticing is also that to get the keys, I had to walk to an office 15 min away and back (I arrived after 17).

+ - dobra lokalizacja, plaża 5min, do tramwaju 25 min pieszo, można dojechać do Alicante i Calpe - basen czynny w listopadzie, mimo, że lekko zimna woda, to super opcja dla lubiących pływać - podstawowe małe mieszkanie z mikrofalą, kuchenką i pralką

− - brak internetu przez cały czas, mimo obietnicy, a potrzebny był do pracy, brak pomocy z agencji wynajmu - łóżko zajmuje 3/4 pokoju, więc nocleg raczej ma sens tylko dla 1 osoby, rozkładane z szafy i to jest ok, gdyby nie fakt, że materac niedopasowany się rozjeżdża - tragiczna instrukcja co do godzin zameldowania, dobrze, że przynajmniej jest kontakt na whatsapp - konieczny odbiór kluczy zupełnie z innego miejsca z agencji najmu aż kilometr od noclegu, to bardzo duży problem i dodatkowa godzina załatwiania i chodzenie w kółko, czego nie ma w opisie noclegu.

Water shortage in the Nervion

+ On arrival we we're contacted by the agency MILONAS in Benidorm regarding picking the keys for the Nervion apartment, they we're very helpful & ensured we could access the keys after office hours. The Nervion is in an ideal spot in Benidorm regarding all amenities.

− I first visited Spain in 1975 and I've never experienced anything like the Nervion in all my time, the size was very small with very little room to move, we know it is a low budget place so we didn't expect the Ritz, however we sat down and thought let's have a cuppa but no the kettle was faulty and blew the electricity, We unpacked, got ready & went out about 8pm, When we got back we found we had no water, we couldn't wash, brush our teeth, use the toilet, or shower, we went to bed and thought we'll sort it out in the morning. The next morning we were told in Spanish the water was turned off until 15.00 that day, so we went down the beach for the day. We got back from the beach at 16.30 to find we still had no water and the workmen had finished for the day, Shock Horror !! When we made inquiries regarding general water usage we were told" to get a bucket 🪣 and help ourselves to the water in the swimming pool, it's ok to drink it's got no Chlorine in it" when we asked when the water will be turned back on the reply was " I don't know maybe tomorrow " on which my wife burst into tears crying I want to go home. I immediately rang the Agency MILONAS who were shocked to hear about our experience, I told them everything they'd said and she immediately rang them and they also said the same thing to them as they said to us. Thankfully we received a message from MILONAS to tell us they had relocated us, we couldn't thank them enough they dealt with the situation very professionally, the water was still not turned on two days later we were told.

− Broken hob, damaged on the corner. Coffee table barely held together. Ants infestation in the bathroom. No welcome pack for arrival, no coffee, tea or milk etc. No small toiletries for guests arriving late in the evening.

Cockroach Central🪳🪳🪳🪳

+ Modern and comfortable apartment, it's fine for solo traveller or couple short stay Location is amazing, just a few minutes away from beach and big supermarket Suprisenly its very quiet

− The staff at the letting agent let this property down. I chipped the glass worktop cooker on my first night. Doing the right thing informed them. They quoted me €400 but I advised the same one was online for €100 so I'd not pay over €200, funny enough quote went down to €200. Asked too transfer into a bank account and never heard about it agian. No invoice issued I had booked 18 night but it had come apparent the apartment had a cockroach infestation. I managed with it as it was baby ones but into my 3rd week I was finding big ones in the sleeping area. I decided to leave 3 days early. I contacted Booking.com and advised, then I get WhatsApp messaged fron the office basically putting my in my corner. Asking for proof, it was provided and I was told 'is that it" the attitude of this bunch of cowboys is something else. I pointed out they had a review 2 months ago about cockroachs but they just think it's normal so wasn't interested. They refused to refund my 3 nights and Booking.com informed me they stopped answering their calls. That's how unprofessional this letting agent work. They wanted time to fix the infestation but I said you've had since August since the last review and still they are everywhere at night. DONT BOOK THIS APARTMENT SIMPLY SO YOU DOJT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL LOT
