Posizione a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. L'utilissimo parcheggio privato gratuito è a pochissimi passi dall'appartamento. Gradita la bottiglia di acqua fresca in frigorifero all' arrivo.
Elisa ha risposto sempre con immediatezza ai messaggi e alle nostre richieste e ci ha fornito utilissime indicazioni per raggiungere le varie attrazioni turistiche.

+ La propreté. Le calme (la chambre donne sur une cour intérieure, appartement au dernier étage avec ascenseur, rue peu passante). Les équipements (avec garage). A 20 minutes du centre historique à pied. Supermarchés, boulangeries à proximité. Hôte très sympathique et à l'écoute.
− Garage à 2 rues de l'appartement, 5 minutes de marche mais nous n'avons pas pris la voiture durant notre séjour car nous sommes resté dans le centre historique.

+ Apartamento bien situado, se puede ir a pie a todas partes. Tiene todo lo necesario. La cama es cómoda, y el sofá también. La anfitriona estuvo muy atenta todo el tiempo.
− El espacio de cocina, que forma parte del salón, resulta algo pequeño, aunque está bien equipado y resulta suficiente si no vas a cocinar mucho.

+ Clean, tidy, and spacious for a one bed apartment. Host was communicative and professional. Great to have safe, underground parking available. Quiet residential neighbourhood, within easy walking to shops, cafes, and restaurants. About 20min to centre and 40min to attractions.
− Kitchen is a bit of squeeze if you plan on cooking full meals, but fine for quick meals. Didn't like that both pillows on the bed shared one long pillow case, would have preferred 2 separate ones.

+ This was one of the best stays I ever experienced in Spain! The top-floor apartment with an elevator is very modern, with beautiful furniture, perfectly clean. The living room with open-plan kitchen is overlooking a small street, the bedroom with a very comfortable bed is in a nice quiet backyard, both rooms have lots of daylight. The bathroom has a great shower and even a bidet. The silent aircondition/heating works efficiently throughout the apartment. The high-quality building is overall quiet and well-maintained; and thanks to the soundproof windows you don't hear any noise from outside.
I liked the area with lots of great restaurants and cafés very much (e.g. Café Pausa and Restaurante La Fonda, Casa Rafa). The historic centre of Granada is in about 10 min walking distance, several bus stops are close by. Also strolling along the nearby riverside is very relaxing.
I can highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay there again in the future.
