Nice studio in Madrid-Fp02

Muy deficiente para el precio que tiene

+ La ubicación está bien

− La limpieza era bastante deficiente, una telaraña colgando del techo, hormigas y los utensilios de cocina mal lavados. Una mancha de humedad bastante grande en la pared y un olor a humedad que costaba respirar por la noche. La verdad tampoco me parece normal que no dejaran ni siquiera lo básico para cocinar(aceite y sal aunque sea) ni lo típico de cortesía de un par de bolsas de té o cápsulas de café, ni siquiera había servilletas ni papel de cocina. El baño es súper oscuro, y le falta luz. Y el último día nos intentaron abrir la puerta a las 9:30 de la mañana (cuando la salida era hasta las 11) para venir a limpiar, suerte que dejamos la llave puesta por dentro. La verdad que para lo que cuesta me parece que no está a la altura

+ Tiene todo lo necesario para unos días.

− Muy oscuro. Se escucha perfectamente a los vecinos (y ellos a ti). El baño apenas tiene luz.

− Oświetlenie w łazience zbyt słabe.

Correcto y funcional como campamento base.

+ Local acondicionado como apartamento turístico. Limpio y acondicionado correctamente. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas dos horas antes de lo contratado.

− La ubicación no es muy céntrica, pero hay paradas de bus, metro y cercanías muy próximas. La tv es una smart tv sin antena para poder ver los canales en abierto. Solo puedes acceder a través de las plataformas de pago mediante tu propia clave de acceso. El establecimiento no te proporciona ninguna. Si no estás suscrito a ninguna plataforma de pago, no piedes ver la tv.. El baño tiene dos duchas: una grande y fija, más alta; y otra de mano con cable. Cuando abres el agua, sale por las dos alcachofas a la vez. Avisamos para ver si lo podían revisar. Nos pidieron que les mandáramos varios vídeos, pero al final no nos lo solucionaron.

+ La comodidad, tranquilidad del lugar y la ubicación.

+ Pobyt przyjemny. Dobra lokalizacja, około 700 m do stacji Embajadores. Wokół dużo ilość sklepów i marketów oraz barów. Ręczniki dostępne w pokoju, telewizor, dobrze działający internet, kuchnia z całym asortymentem, pralka, żelazko, suszarka.

− Łazienka dosyć ciemna, pokój ogólnie jak na zdjęciach chociaż już trochę zniszczony, widać częste użytkowanie. Do pomalowania ściany inne rzeczy na plus.

Solid Base for Exploring Madrid

+ I stayed here for four nights and had an overall good experience. The studio was functional and well located, making it easy to get around Madrid and visit the main attractions.

+ Appartamento semplice e pulito completo dell'essenziale.

− Insonorizzazione nulla con l'appartamento a fianco. Cuscini non confortevoli.

I really enjoyed the city and the location of the flat.

+ The area Is full of shops and very close to tube and bus stops.

− The walls were quite thin, so I could hear the behaviours talking, getting in and out, the dog barking. The bathroom was quite dark. Although the structure had all the facilities mentioned, it would have been nice to have some sugar, salt and olive oil, somewhere to dry the dishes and a kitchen roll.

Il monolocale si è prestato benissimo a qualsiasi esigenza. Host molto disponibile

+ la posizione era abbastanza comoda, in ogni caso vicinissimo a tutto quello che può servire: minimarket, farmacie, bar e anche la metro linea 3, fermata "delicias". La stanza era super carina, con tutto il necessario a disposizione (compresi asciugamani per il bagno, phon da viaggio, ferro da stiro, lavatrice e utensili per la cucina, macchinetta per il caffé e prodotti per le pulizie). L'host è stato super disponibile per tutto il soggiorno, interessandosi anche di anticipare il check-in perché sapeva a che ora dovessimo atterrare.

− Effettivamente le luci in bagno non sono un granché, così come la struttura della doccia: molto spaziosa ma è facile bagnare il pavimento perché metà doccia non ha nessuna protezione.

В целом все понравилось, брали апартаменты, чтобы переночевать, целый день гуляли по Мадриду!

+ Расположение, чистота, приятный хозяин, удобное заселение и выселение

− Мало света в номере, сами апартаменты на первом этаже. В ванной комнате не хватило крючков для полотенец банных

Проживанием в апартаментах довольны

+ Пол часа пешком до центра, очень тихо, рядом продуктовый магазин. Номер чистый и есть всё необходимое.

− Освещение в ванной.

− El baño necesita más iluminación es muy complicado maquillarse o pintar las paredes de blanco. Se escucha demasiado el apartamento del lado.

Great accommodation, great host, definitely recommended!!!

+ Very good accommodation. Definitely return if we will be in Madrid again. We stayed 4 nights and really happy. The place had everything needed. It’s very clean, nicely designed, spacious and fit us two. Check in and check out process is smooth. Host is also responsive. For us the place consider value for money too. The place is near to bus stop just 120 meters, where bus no.6 run to town every 10 mins, and it’s took just 10-15 mins to get to town. Very convenient. There is also many pharmacies and cafe just around the corner. Really appreciated

− We wish there is more light in the bathroom just like in others comments. We also wish there is dish rack to dry the dish. It would be super perfect

Niby dobrze ale jednak niesmak pozostaje.

+ Miejsce bardzo czyste, zadbane, blisko do miasta blisko.

− Niestety przez cały pobyt mieliśmy zimną wodę, nie było reakcji ze strony obiektu jak i bookingu. Do dzisiaj nie dostaliśmy żadnej odpowiedzi na nasze roszczenia. Jednym słowem kąpiel w lodowatej wodzie nie pozostawia dobrego wspomnienia z tego miejsca. Zostaliśmy zbywani, a kiedy prosiliśmy o rekompensatę czy pomoc jej nie otrzymaliśmy. Takie drobnostki pokazały nam że właścicielom zależy tylko na pieniądzach, bo kiedy zapytaliśmy o to czy możemy dojechać do miejsca po meczu, dostaliśmy odpowiedź że musimy dodatkowo dopłacić, mimo że była aplikacja gdzie można było spokojnie dotrzeć później. A kiedy prosiliśmy o sprawdzenie bojlera udawali że coś działają.

Uncomfortable and underwhelming

+ The loft style was cute and I liked using the steps/seats to spread our luggage out. The towels were soft. The kitchen was decently equipped with good quality tools and utensils.

− There was a link to get through the first door that required internet access and to be physically near the door (and therefore my location information) in order to open. I then had to go through the multiple long messages the host had sent me regarding all of their rules and steps to open the padlocked keys to our second door - which got stuck and was difficult to open. The bed are uncomfortable and the pillows are worse. The walls are paper thin and I overheard the second unit guests speaking allll night, quite literally from 4am-10am. There is no real sunlight as it's a floor level unit with thickly frosted window panes. You have to take the garbage with you if you don't dispose of it the night before. The worst part of all was the bathroom. It is dark and there is no good lighting whatsoever, I resorted to the kitchen stove light and a hand mirror because you have to squint to see anything. The "light up mirror" was useless.

+ 1.The apartment is located in a convenient area to buy food. 2. There's very nice to have a washing machine inside.

− 1. The lights inside were a little dark. 2. The fire extinguisher was hung beside the chair, which was too uncomfortable to enjoy the meal.

Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

+ We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights. A few days before our arrival, the hosts informed us via message that there would be an additional €50 fee for late check-in, as our flight was arriving late and we got to the apartment around 1 AM. Still, it was an unpleasant surprise, especially considering what we got for it. We were met by an external associate who didn’t speak English and simply opened the door and started pointing at things like hot water and other basic amenities—not very helpful. A lockbox with a code would have been much more convenient and made more sense in this case. The hosts themselves were friendly and responsive through messages, but the €50 fee really didn’t feel justified. Other than that, the apartment was just “okay”. It’s on the ground floor, so you can’t open the door or windows to air out the space without losing all privacy. But since we only came to sleep, it served its purpose. Girls might want to know that the bathroom is unusually dark—definitely not ideal for doing your makeup or getting ready.

+ The location is really great! The kitchen is well equipped and in general we enjoyed staying there. It has everything you will need if you are coming for a week or even longer.

− The only things that were bothering us: a really dark bathroom so it's hard to do make-up there or something like that and paper thin walls. There's another apartment behind the wall and you can hear everything.

Comfortable, economic and accessible apartment excellent for couples

+ Excellent for couples. Good streaming services (netflix, amazon prime…). Good location, in proximity to Atocha.

− No couch (it’s and studio), very small tv, poor lighting in the bathroom (especially for doing makeup, it’s really hard). The room is on the street level, which can restrict privacy/ access to opening the windows.

+ Location, clean, great little kitchen The floor plan with the bedroom a few step up made for a very private area. I loved all the storage surface in the kitchen area.

− The bathroom was VERY dark. Black walls were weird. It would’ve been nice if the kitchen had at least salt.

+ This is a fabulous little apartment in a lovely, quite central location with all the amenities you need on the doorstep and easy walking distance to the city centre and the river.
