The only good thing about this property is view from balcony. And the property is more or less worth the money.
Although property is fine, and even would be good for its money, the stuff is unprofessional completely. They don’t reply to messages at all on the booking site. There are no real contacts to them. Finally I googled their WhatsApp contact and even there they don’t provide information. We couldn’t check in because they didn’t reply messages. One more thing! I believe many people gets catched with their trick - they have penalty 50EUR if you checkout and leave rubbish! I recorded video to have prove that we left everything as at check-in, to suite them in case they penalize us, but this is crazy. This is first time in my life that I feel like a shit with such attitude. Completely terrible experience mostly because of the BenidormBooking stuff. BTW, be aware - elevator smells really bad. This is another minus. But the property itself is ok to live(but it’s budget level, not higher)

Al llegar nos retuvieron 200 € de fianza que previamente no está estipulado, y no te avisan. Y La cama, eran 2 pequeñas y separadas.

Although the weather has been terrible , this apartment is just great, the views are unreal. I could live in this apartment, the colour scheme is just perfect. There's everything you need. I will definitely look for this when coming back to benidorm. I've never known this apartment be available, so I feel extremely lucky, thank you so much ☺️

Reeds voor derde maal dit appartement gehuurd ons beviel het meest de locatie,wifi,uitzicht,netheid,prijs kwaliteit,communicatie met personeel kantoor benidormbooking.
Lift bleef soms hangen op een verdiep,waardoor lift bezet bleef,meestal het gevolg door niet goed sluiten van de liftdeur bij het uitstappen door een vorige gebruiker,gelukkig zijn er twee liften,de ene gaat naar de onpare verdiepingen en de andere naar de pare Verdiepingen
It’s a beautiful apartment with everything you need, it’s nice and big it has beautiful views from the apartment as it’s on the top floor.
The lifts only worked to floor 11, it wouldn’t work to floor 12 so if you have mobility issues it might not work for you but maybe the lifts are fixed now, there was no staff there so that’s why it’s a low score for that one and maybe they should think about allowing mobility scooters there

Pat inconfortabil, pereți neîngrijiti, faptul ca a trebuit saiau cheia de la apartament din alta locație care era la o distanta mai mare de un km.
Ubicación y vistas.
No llegaba el ascensor hasta el piso. Hay que subir por las escaleras, y lleva más de un año roto el ascensor, por lo que tenéis que modificar el anuncio. El baño no tenía bien el desagüe. El sofá cama es de calidad pésima.
The property is in a perfect location so close to the beach and popular bars and the property was a really high standard and so clean. We will definitely look to book the apartment next time we go to Benidorm

L’ascenseur en panne il s’arrête au 10e étage et j’ai pris l’appartement Apartement au 12e étage et ma mère était handicapé, ils m’ont pas prévenu que l’ascenseur était en panne
Only 1 key for the room. Hard work when there’s 4 people in there. Had to try and stick Together each night to get back in the room.

The lift is old and very cramped. Would have preferred to have a lock box for the keys rather than having to collect them at a different location.

Amazing apartment and one we will attempt to use on our next visit. Amazing facilities, all mod cons, fully loaded with everything we needed. The view was outstanding and the location was absolutely perfect for the strip, the bar and all our restaurants. can't rate this property high enough.
Only a minor issue. The TV. We didn't really use it but it was so complicated and we only wanted to find a few music channels...
