+ Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ruhig, schöne große Terrasse, im 1.OG, sogar Platz für Yogamatte, mit Blick aufs Meer und Lanzarote. Kleine Küche mit Wasserkocher, 2 Platten Herd, großer Gefrierkühlschrank, Geschirr und Töpfe, Grundausstattung da. Gute Matratze im Schlafzimmer und großes Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer zum Schlafen für weitere Person. Sehr nette, schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, späterer Checkout war auch möglich. Tolle ruhige Poolanlage mit Salzwasserbecken, schöne Parkanlage. Vor dem Eingangstor zur Anlage nettes Cafè, Restaurants, kleiner Supermarkt, Parkplätze. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, kommen gerne wieder. Sehr gutes Leistungsverhältnis.

− Der Herd war schnell warm, man konnte gut kochen, jedoch war die Anzeige schon etwas weggewischt.

Great stay, beautiful views

+ A lovely apartment with great value for money! I loved the beautiful sea views from the terrace, the well-maintained complex with a very large pool, and the convenience of having parking. The apartment was simple but comfortable; the bed was quite large and comfortable, and it had everything I needed, without any frills. The cafes in the residential area make delicious coffee and snacks. I would definitely return, especially at such a reasonable price because of how things are in Corralejo.

− The kitchen is a bit old (ceramic hob), but it works fine for breakfast or other meals. Everything else is really nice and well-maintained. The only downside is the location; it's a 5-minute drive from Las Dunas Beach or the town center. Without a car, you might have to walk 20 minutes, which wasn't my experience.

− Almost all the advertising is a lie, this is not a holiday resort, more like a homeless hostel, the pool area is disgusting, there is no water in the large pool and the kids pool the tiles are broken everywhere, the apartment is dirty and looks like a second hand shop,the main door is hanging the toilet is broken, the bathroom door is scraping the floor, the bathtub is slippery and you can not fill up with a 30l boiler, if you use the shower you have few minutes then get cold , the beds are uncomfortable, no proper bedding, just mixed dog blankets... the kitchen is terrible, no equipment for self catering only rusty old staffs ... There is no beach within 900 meters, the first is 3 km away and there is nothing just sand, no indoor cafe, mini market, restaurant as advertised. There is no view of the beach either, just a distant sea if you have good eyes... if you have a problem you have to deal with a cleaning lady by Spanish , the reported problems were never resolved... I dont think they even have a VV. number and no clue how can this be advertized on Booking.com. On top of all that, if you report any problems to the owner, he will just shrug it off and telling what to do on your own vacation. Also try to push you outside of booking.com chat offering a columbian phone number. They are definitly have no idea what is the minimum standard in Europian holiday accomodations ! Hes claming this is cheap thats why is rubbish.

Could do with a freshen up

+ The apartment was in a lovely complex, not to far from shops.

− The apartment could do with a little spending on it, we couldn't connect to the Internet properly at all ot was so bad. We couldn't watch tv, the kettle didn't work And the worst thing was the bugs, so many...you couldn't leave anything food or drink around for any amount of time. We did enjoy our stay, but it was the small things that made a difference

+ Private and large rooms bed was great so comfortable the pools were large and the surroundings of palm trees and gardens were very nice bars and a few eating places just outside of apartment and also supermarket across the road !

Going with the Flow.

+ We really enjoyed staying at the Oasis Tamarind apartments. Although the facilities are a little dated it adds to the laid back charm. Set in lush gardens and a great location with access to bars and casual eateries. There is a very popular coffee cafe at the entrance and two enormous swimming pools with casual sunchairs and umbrellas dotted around. Loved the informal atmosphere.

− I liked everything but feel a few little attentions to detail could have been made. Small things such a new bathroom bin and kettle.

+ The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. The apartment was very cheap compared to others of the same quality and location. We meet the host at the apartment main entrance and was very nice and gave us a late check out till 4pm free of charge I would come back again and recommend this apartment if you want a cheap base the pool was very clean and you have your choice of sun beds at any time thanks again for a lovely stay.

Overall, a good choice. a good place to stay. Nice peaceful and quiet.

+ Oasis Vistamar in Oasis Tamarinda My apartment was called Oasis Vistamar. Managed by a private host. I was quite pleased with the apartment. It was on the first floor up some steps. It had a good sized very private well-furnished balcony with sun on it all day, it gives a nice view of the nature reserve sand dunes and the sea about a mile away and the sunrise in the morning. There was a small well-equipped kitchen with plenty of pots and pans, crockery, cutlery etc with a microwave but there was no toaster or electric kettle when I was there in April 2024, but there was a big fridge freezer. The bathroom was big with a good over the bath shower and a washing machine. The bedroom was also a good size with two single beds. I liked that there was no cleaner coming every day like they do in the hotels, which I think is completely unnecessary. It appears all the apartments on the complex are now mostly privately owned. All the out buildings that used to be eating places and perhaps entertainment areas and the reception etc are all closed. The complex seemed very secure. You need a key to get in. there were nice meandering paths through nice well-kept garden areas. The pool is very nice and big with plenty of space and sun loungers around it, although some of the paving could do with re-grouting or replacing as some of it is starting to crumble. The best part I liked about the pool was the space and peace and quiet. There was no loud music going on. . The complex is on the outskirts of Corralejo. I took me 20 minutes to walk to the centre and the main high street and about 25 minutes to the beach. The bus station was 15-minute walk and there was a taxi rank right outside the complex, next to a few bars and cafes. There is a Hiper-dino just across the road but a better one 10-to-15-minute walk at Campanario shopping centre where there are eating places. Overall, I am pleased with my choice. It was secure, nice and peaceful and the Oasis Vistamar was near perfect for me.

− There was no toilet around the pool. If you needed the toilet you had to go to your room., which could be a problem if you have a late flight home on your last day and you must leave your room at 12pm and you want to stay by the pool until your pick-up, I found no access to a toilet. I think all the apartments were quite similar inside but outside there were apartments with private balconies and terraces and some that were not so private. Mine was very private.

+ Host could not have been more helpful! Fantastic saltwater pool and beautiful grounds. Plenty of sun loungers. Spacious apartment. Lovely couple of local restaurants and bars with salsa dancing at the bar just across the road. About a 20 minute walk up to a huge Lidl, there’s also a smaller supermarket just across the road, down to a golden sandy beach and across into the centre of town.

− Couldn’t find a kettle. But you can use the hot plate or microwave/grill to make a cuppa.

Disappointing

− The apartment needs a total refurbishment dirty bedding and towels old and tatty toilet did not stop filling up washing left in machine no kettle chipped cups curtains hanging off long black hairs inbathroom mirrors not been cleaned safe not working items of clothing not belonging to us one set of draws had lots of rubbish in even xmas Dec's when we go self catering I usually do a salad in the evening in this apartment I only had a tea or coffee as it was so dirty

+ Apartment was spacious, with a secluded sun terrace. Excellent location. Bath tub and shower.

− I stayed for a month and there was a lack of kitchen essentials,kettle and working coffee maker.No cleaning products supplied. Internet spotty and sporadic coverage. This is an unloved apartment with old dated furniture and uncomfortably soft mattresses. The owner responded to these points with "you got it cheap what did you expect ".. Definitely not the case it was far from cheap at £750 for one person. The accommodation rates are way too high every where in Fuertaventura.

We always enjoy our holidays here.

+ We love the complex, having stayed there several times before. It is generally quiet and has a few cafes and bars just outside, whilst the town is just 15 minutes walk away.

− As the apartment was apparently left in a state by the previous occupants, we could not get access until 21.00 as it took so long to clean up.

+ We love it at Tamarindo Apartment had a good through draught to help us cope with the heat (it was 32 most days) Manager was very helpful There were plenty of towels which was great Huge fridge, washing machine always an advantage, good Wifi

− Only small niggles really: The bathroom door scrapes really loudly which woke up the person on the sofa bed every time Some new plates, cups, glasses and cutlery would be something small that made a big difference 2 sets of keys would be handy for 2 sets of people in one apartment

− Maintenance that we were not aware of being carried out on one of the pools. Very outdated. Washing machine did not work.

We found the apartment to be great value for money.

+ The apartment is very private, not being overlooked by adjacent properties at the rear. The furniture is perfectly adequate, and we found the beds to be comfortable. The wifi worked very well throughout our 4 week stay. The washing machine was very useful.

− The apartment would benefit from some mosquito netting up at some the windows so that they could be left open to create a breeze through the property without allowing the mozzies in.

Definitely not going back

+ The resort is actually quite nice with nice palms and plants around + the space for the pool is quite big and it’s also really close to the beach and to the corralejo dunes. It’s also situated close the Secreto Energy which is a super great place to get some food.

− The staff is one of the worst that I have ever talked with. They made us wait 1.30h for the check-in. On top of that the apartments have really old doors and it’s super difficult to open them, which we made clear since the day of the check-in and we just received an answer “until they work we keep like that”. To conclude, is not that clean and the beds are quite uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all even though they claim they have it and finally there are drunk people going around knocking on your door.
