+ The Hotel was clean and location was perfect.

− I was really disappointed with the pool situation. On the fifth floor, there were very few sunbeds, and many guests would leave their towels early in the morning to “reserve” them, then disappear and only return in the afternoon. This made it almost impossible to find a place.I specifically booked this hotel because of the pool, as I’m traveling with my 5-month-old baby and wanted a calm, convenient place to relax. Unfortunately, during our 6-day stay, I managed to get a spot by the pool only once. Going to the beach wasn’t a good alternative for us, as it was too stressful with a baby.I would strongly suggest the hotel consider reserving some pool Sunbeds for families, as I’m sure we’re not the only ones who faced this issue.

Great location and friendly staff, but disappointing beds

+ The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, well maintained and in a great location, which made it very convenient for getting around.

− The main issue was the bed. We stayed for eight nights and found the mattress very uncomfortable and poor quality, which caused pain in our shoulders and backs. We asked for a mattress topper, but unfortunately they were all in use and we couldn’t get one for five nights. Considering we paid over €2,000 for the stay, we would have expected a much better standard of mattress. It was disappointing as the bed had a real impact on our comfort and sleep during the trip.

Besonderes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt.

+ Sehr zentrale Lage zum Strand und zur Altstadt. Besuch des Wochenmarktes am Donnerstag in San Pedro ist ein Besuch wert. Die Food-Meile zum Strand hin (zB Taco-Laden) ist empfehlenswert, da preiswert.

Complete bliss

+ 10/10 definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Europe. Everyone was so friendly and me and my best friend instantly felt relaxed from the second we arrived.

+ La ubicación es muy buena ,estás a 5 minutos de la playa andando ,las instalaciones estaba totalmente restaurado ,muy bien

− Lo que no nos gustó fue que teníamos media pensión y cambiamos dos cenas por dos comidas y nos cobraron las bebidas de la cena siendo que en la comida no las cobran ,ilógico bajo nuestra experiencia
