Ocean Bliss

− Leider keine Empfehlung – Kakerlakenbefall, Baulärm und mangelnder Kundenservice Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement war leider alles andere als erholsam. Am dritten Tag unseres Aufenthalts mussten wir feststellen, dass sich Kakerlaken in der Unterkunft befinden. Diese kamen unter anderem aus einem Sicherungskasten. Trotz sofortiger Meldung an die Vermieterin wurde am nächsten Tag lediglich der Hausmeister geschickt, der den Sicherungskasten mit Klebeband verschlossen hat. Die Kakerlaken traten jedoch weiterhin an anderen Stellen der Wohnung auf. Erst zwei Tage vor Ende unseres Urlaubs wurde uns ein Kammerjäger angeboten. Dieser hätte die Wohnung jedoch ausräuchern müssen, sodass wir sie für mehrere Stunden hätten verlassen müssen. Zudem hatten wir erhebliche gesundheitliche Bedenken. Besonders für unsere Kinder und meine Frau war die Situation sehr belastend. Aus Angst, dass die Kakerlaken ins Bett gelangen könnten, konnten sie kaum noch schlafen. Nach unserer Rückkehr mussten wir vorsorglich sämtliche Kleidungsstücke bei 60 °C waschen, da unsere Koffer in den ersten Tagen offen in der Wohnung standen und wir befürchten mussten, Kakerlaken oder deren Eier mit nach Hause zu bringen. Erschwerend kam hinzu, dass sich direkt neben der Unterkunft eine Baustelle befand. Der dadurch verursachte, ständige Baulärm hat die Erholung zusätzlich erheblich beeinträchtigt. Auf diesen Umstand wurden wir vor der Buchung nicht hingewiesen. Besonders enttäuschend war das Verhalten der Vermieterin. Nachdem wir den Mangel gemeldet hatten, erhielten wir keine zufriedenstellende Lösung. Ein Ersatzappartement wurde uns nicht angeboten. Nachdem wir den Vorfall an Booking.com gemeldet hatten, reagierte die Vermieterin überhaupt nicht mehr – weder auf unsere Nachrichten noch auf die Kontaktaufnahme durch Booking.com. Insgesamt können wir diese Unterkunft aufgrund des massiven Kakerlakenbefalls, der hygienischen Probleme, des anhaltenden Baulärms und des mangelnden Verhaltens der

− Senza lavastoviglie e senza aria condizionata. Struttura un po' datata.

+ La casa a mezzaluna molto particolare é arredata con gusto ed é come mostrata nelle foto. Il salottino esterno é stata la parte piú sfruttata della casa. La zona non é proprio centrale ma comunque tranquilla e a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro.

− Il lavandino del bagno intasato che si svuotava lentamente, la porta di entrata con una serratura difficile da aprire. Comunque ci tornerei.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa.

+ Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Elle est très propre, spacieuse et située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, idéal pour se reposer. L’hébergement est parfaitement équipé et conforme aux photos. La terrasse est très agréable, parfaite pour bronzer en toute discrétion. La résidence dispose également d’une belle piscine, toujours appréciable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour excellent. Autre point pratique : la villa se trouve à environ 650 mètres de deux supermarchés (Mercadona et Lidl). Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !

Loved it - would go again!

+ Great location - away from the main strip but nice walk into town with a taxi back €5/6. Shops and restaurants close by if you want something quieter. Roof terrace was fabulous and apartment clean and nicely decorated.

+ Un appartement très agréable, de disposition très originale. Échanges faciles avec la propriétaire. Bonne localisation. Une très belle piscine dans le domaine. Stationnement très facile.

Vacaciones estupendas

+ Indicaciones perfectas para el checkin. La villa se encuentra dentro de una urbanización muy tranquila y con las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. Es preciosa se encontraba muy limpia, idéntica a las fotos, Cocina muy bien equipada, dormitorios cómodos y con televisión en cada uno de ellos, terrazas preciosas, la piscina grande y muy limpia también. Nos sentimos tan cómodos que alargamos nuestra estancia. La anfitriona es muy simpática y agradable. VOLVEREMOS

Beautiful apartment in a quiet location

Exceptional

+ Really enjoyed our stay in this place . It is a very cute , nicely decorated villa with quirky interior . The place has a very relaxing and calm vibe . The kitchen had all the appliances, beds were comfy, we enjoyed spending afternoons in the outdoor living room/ terrace. There is also a roof terrace with a large table and sunbeds . Surroundings are very serene and well looked after, also large swimming pool area was great. The villa is located walking distance ( around 7mins) from 2 main supermarkets in Corralejo - Mercadona & Lidl , however it's a bit far from the center and the beach ( around 30 mins walk) so a car is recommended, but not necessary if you love to walk . Overall we had the best stay and would be back again !
