Guests must contact the host when booking more than two rooms, and reservations for more than two rooms are non-refundable.

Clients will receive the entry code by email before the day scheduled for check-in. After completing online check-in, uploading identity documents, and signing the contracts, the guests will sign the traveller's part and, in some cases, provide billing information and a receipt for payment.

The payment will always be prior to arrival by remote payment or a secure payment link.

The apartments, with similar characteristics, will be assigned in order of reservation.

Please note that additional guests above the maximum unit occupancy are not permitted.
