+ Lielisks balkons ar jauku skatu. Plaša dušas telpa ar ērtu dušu. Dzīvoklis bija tīrs.

− Atrašanās vieta bija ļoti trokšņaina,, jo dzīvoklis ir tieši pie golfa laukuma, kuru ar tehniku pļauj katru rītu un vakaru. Ledusskapis bija ļoti neērts un mazs,praktiski neko nevar uelikt.. Sintētiskie pledi nebija ērti. Dzīvot jau var,bet runa ir par saimnieku attieksmi pret viesiem......pods tek un rada neciešamu troksni, televizors ir,bet tas nedarbojas, sveces ir, sērkociņu nav, atkritumu maisi ir, bet tie neder spainim, pannas ir divas,viena deformēta,otra sabojāta,viss piedeg,liels pulkstenis pie sienas,bet tas neiet. It kā nekas traks,bet nepatīkami.

− Fjernbetjeningen til TV. virkede ikke selv om vi skiftet batterier. så vi kunne ikke bruge tv- NetFlix som der stod vi kunne- lidt irriterende. - Brødrister kunne ikke bruges, da den ikke passede til de stik der var i lejligheden, det skulle de nok lige få kigget på. så vi kunne ikke lige lave det morgenmad vi havde handlet ind til at lave alle dagen.

Voor 1 a 2 nachten hooguit prima wij hebben de overige 2 geboekte nachten op een andere locatie doorgebracht.

+ De locatie is prima het was schoon.

− Klein,je kon net om het bed heen lopen en dat was het. Geen ruimte om je koffer op te bergen dus nog minder ruimte. Er zit wel een mooi balkonnetje bij waar je kunt zitten maar als het regent of koud is moet je naar binnen en moet je op bed gaan liggen/zitten Er staat wel een hoog tafeltje in met 2 krukken maar dat is beperkte ruimte ( is mijn mening) en niet comfortabel voor een langere tijd. Kortom moet je 1/2 nachten slaapplek hebben is het prima maar voor een ( korte) vakantie was het ons veel te klein.

+ Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Leuk uitzicht op de golfbaan vanaf het terras. Fles water bij aankomst, koffie-en theefaciliteiten, schoon, goede parkeergelegenheid, leuke inrichting 🌸

− Niets viel tegen.

+ El balcón

− Que no tuviera campana extractora para la cocina se le puede poner una con filtro de carbono en caso de no poder extraerlo, por lo demás perfecto

+ Nice apartment in a good quiet location. Lots of kitchen utensils. Nice balcony. Easy check in.

− The apartment unfortunately smelled like smoke upon arrival. Not sure if this is always the case or if we were just unlucky with previous guests having smoked when they shouldn't. Beds also a little too firm.

+ it was a complete studio & beautiful with good view to Golf area if you like to Golf.

− there was no blanket therefore was at night very cold! that made our experience lesser comfortable. The front door could not closed good. the locatation is far from Rojales centre and we thought is walkable but was every day half hour walk to go there and half hour back to urbanisation.

Value for money would definitely return

− No coffee pods for the machine but that’s being picky

+ El sitio esta ubicado en una zona aceptable.

− Cuando entramos la zona del balcon estaba sucia y con una caca de perro. Aparte el aire acondicionado desde el primer momento que lo enchufamos, al rato de estar encendido empezaba a caer un chorro de agua por donde hecha el aire, que incluso una vez apagado el aire seguía chorreando, teniamos que apartar la cama y nos dejaba sin espacio. Nos han dicho que van hacer una compensacion pero de momento habiendo mandado el IBAN no hemos recibido mas mensajes. Espero que se solucione por esa parte al menos. No lo recomendamos.

+ Boendet hade bra läge, var fint inrett och var rent. Bra beskrivning inför incheckning.

− Det saknade Wifi och vi fick avvara en halv dag på att passa tekniker som skulle lösa problemet vilket dom inte gjorde. Kastrofalt dåligt hanterat av dom ansvariga. Har aldrig varit med om sämre kundbemötande. Dom ville t.o.m. kompensera med rabatt på möbler, helt sjukt. Vi har inte fått någon ekonomisk kompensation för vår förstörda vistelse.

My stay was really good, but being blamed.

+ House is great location and it is really clean.

− They blamed me for leaving the key inside, but they did not say me anything. Also, it is irresponsible to have one key as house owner. And this is not guests fault that they have only one key.

+ Spotlessly clean, location is great if you’re playing golf but a fair walk to Rojales. Supermarket across the road. Host was great, brilliant stay.

− Bit of a distance away but there are bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

+ Situated close to amenities and my family, very modern and clean lovely large pool, Rita was so helpful

− Bed was a bit mobile key safe was hard to read in the dark but nothing I couldn’t overcome
