+ El estudio está limpio y bien situado. Quizás son los puntos más atractivos del alojamiento.
Tienen un parking concertado a dos minutos que tiene un precio razonable (15€/día completo).
− El alojamiento es un piso dividido en dos estudios. Las paredes no son de mucha calidad, por lo que se escucha a la perfección lo que sucede al otro lado de la pared y llega a ser molesto. La pequeña nevera que tiene en la cocina también hace un ruido que, si bien de día no es llamativo, por la noche llega a ser estridente.
Respecto del baño, la cisterna no funciona bien porque no suelta una cantidad de agua aceptable.
Aunque pueda ser anecdótico en este punto, no había champú. Tras contactar con la propiedad nos comentaron que la limpiadora había constatado que los anteriores inquilinos habían roto el recipiente que lo contenía, pero no nos propusieron reponerlo.
Son cuestiones que pueden parecer menores, pero el alojamiento no satisfizo las expectativas que teníamos puestas en él, teniendo en cuenta que no es más barato que un hotel de 3-4 estrellas.

+ Tiene todo para que tengas una estadía muy placentera. La ubicación es buena y la habitación es muy acogedora. Muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona, que nos ayudó a encontrar un parking.

− La cama no es tan cómoda, especialmente las almohadas.
Si escuchamos mucho ruido en mitad de la noche que pareciera ser de un vecino que gritaba y decía groserías, lo que generó algo de incomodidad pero puede ser algo temporal.
El inodoro tiene como bloqueado el botón y no baja bien por eso.

+ El alojamiento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, una pequeña cocina, un balconcito, habitación y baño.
Las camas eran muy cómodas al igual que las almohadas.
Ubicación genial. Pedimos más toallas y nos las trajeron al rato.
− No hay ascensor y se escucha mucho a los vecinos, paredes finas, pero está bien.

+ The staff was great. Very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Couldn't t ask for better people on the phones and Whatsapp. And the location was wonderful. Grocery, produce and seafood stores less than a 5-minute walk away. Short walk to major tourist attractions.
− Noise. Very noisy neighborhood at night. Spaniards eat and socialize later in the day which was made evident by loud conversations on the street below our balcony. Closing the balcony door helped a great deal.
The bed was terrible. Like sleeping in a hammock. Mattress was played out and no box spring that I could see. At these prices we expected a better night's sleep.

+ Es pequeñito pero para unos días es perfecto, cuenta con cocina totalmente equipada. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Además la ubicación es inmejorable!
− Por decir algo: Faltaba papel de cocina/servilletas, y la botella a la que cae agua del aire acondicionado era pequeña y se llenaba enseguida por lo que había que vaciarla frecuentemente.

+ The apartment is perfect. Very quiet and perfect to sleep, beautiful and the area is the best in Granada. Plenty of little shops, bars, restaurants, etc. The girl who rents the apartments is very kind and very nice.

+ Location was supreme as was the size of the apartment. It had everything you might need for a city trip. Check in was effortless.
− It gets a bit loud during the weekend if the window is open since it’s in the city centre, but nothing too wild (no bars on the same street, just passer-byer)
Bed and pillows are a bit hard, but I guess that’s a personal preference thing

− Pictures on site are representive of one of the apartments, but not the one we were placed in. The decor was very different. It was perfectly fine although much more dated than the one in the photos more retro vibes.

+ Caroline is a super nice and available person working for the property management. She helped us with the leak and offered a free brunch in a nice place around the apartment to make up for it. The location is great, just in the city center.
− Photos are unreal, the furniture is cheap, the bed uncomfortable. There was a leak in the kitchenette. Not enough hot water for two showers if I had to wash my hair.

The double bed has TWO !! single quilt covers ??
One window has a shutter, the other nothing letting light in early.
The gardener arrived at 9am with petrol cutters (NOISY).
The property needs to make it UTTERLY obvious that it is a room only...a bed and breakfast, this was booked as a place to sit and spend time, not in someone's home.
We stayed one night and left.
Overall the stay for us was TERRIBLE.
Breakfast for me was poor, I do not eat raw peppers and cucumbers with hot eggs. No options of something different, but my partner says she enjoyed it, matter of taste.
Overall, we really dislikes the experience, paid for two nights and stayed for one.

+ Very good location. The small room is nicely styled. Our contact person was nice, even if she couldn't help us in relocating to a bigger facility.
− It is extremely small, Barbie & Ken sized. The title and pictures are confusing: it is not a studio, but rather a small room with mini kitchen. Probably 15 square meters including the bathroom. For a normal couple it is way too small. Also kind of loud, you can hear the neighbors very clearly going up and down the stairs. Disappointing.

+ Great location. Helpful hostess — they let us store our big luggage for a few hours after checkout at their nearby coffee shop so we could walk around and eat tapas at various bars before catching our late afternoon flight.
