+ Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en este hotel y es por sus buenas instalaciones, por unas habitaciones muy cómodas y completas, por la limpieza , por la comida buena y variada, por el personal muy simpático y atento. Ampliamente recomendados.

+ Personnel au top à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner et son organisation au top. J'ai adoré le séjour.

+ I like the location and Spacious room..

− I’m extremely disappointed with our recent stay. The whole experience was stressful and far from what we expected.We were initially allowed to stay with 5 rooms, but the following day, we were locked out and told that we had to follow the booking for 6 rooms made through Booking.com. There seemed to be a lot of confusion and inconsistent communication about the rules. Although we were eventually allowed to stay, we were then required to pay for two additional people, despite previously being told that this arrangement was not allowed.Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. There were cockroaches throughout our stay, and we were seeing them regularly, which was completely unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable.On top of this, the bathroom door would lock itself, which was another frustrating and potentially serious issue.For the price we paid, we expected a clean, safe and properly managed accommodation. Instead, we experienced poor communication, unexpected additional charges, pest problems, and issues with the room facilities. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and not an experience I would recommend.

Good for a Family Stay!

+ We stayed in a two bed-room apartment on the first floor. The apartment is clean with a sitting room and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortably sleep 4. The location is up on a hill but within short drive to water parks and beaches. A lot of street parking spaces nearby. It is great for those who come with a car.

− There is no lift so we have to carry our heavy luggage bags up the stair! It was a hard job for two elderly persons! The facilities in the Apartment are in good conditions except for the 2 bathrooms. Rust and dirt could been seen from the edges of the bath. Shower heads are small and the water pressure was very weak. Upgrading the bathroom facilities would enhance the overall standard of the apartment,

+ Geras viešbutis, aukštokai ir gan stačiai lipti, bet turint automobilį, jokių problemų ir parkavimo vietų aplink gatvėse visada pavyko rasti. Maistas geras, pasirinkimo buvo. Vaizdas iš kambario labai gražus.

− Turint įskaičiuotą vakarienę, vandenį tenka pirkti papildomai, šiek tiek nesąžininga. Problema prie baseinų, kurių yra 3 su šalia Mirage viešbučiu, gultai nukloti rankšluoščiais nuo baseinų atidarymo, o žmonių vos keleta, ženklai sukabinti, kad negalima rezervuotis gultų, bet nieko nėra daroma apie tai.

− Absence de personnel pour faire respecter les règles de savoir vivres et les règles concernant l'accès à la piscine. Clients anglo-saxons irrespectueux, bruyants, n'hésitant pas à se lever aux aurores pour venir avec une pile de 15 serviettes pour se réserver des transats pour la journée entière en n'étant même pas là. Plus, 1 personne ivre au balcon de sa chambre devant des enfants sans que les employés de l'hôtel n'interviennent.

Loved our stay at this property!

+ Loved our stay at Ona Beverly Hills Heights. Pros - -Lovely furnished apartments with AC and all other necessities -3 pools (shares pool with Hollywood Mirage which is adjacent) -Kids club and activities - Beautiful apartments in a great location - short distance from nearby beaches, South airport, Siam park and Siam mall - Friendly and supportive customer service - has supermarket, spa and massage facilities within the premises

− - It is in a very hilly location so to get luggage to and fro from the rooms is bit of a task - Food can be bit of a hit and miss on certain days, but generally good with lots of varieties.

4 notti ad agosto, famiglia di 4 persone adulte

+ Molto carino l'appartamento su due piani, noi eravamo in 4, i ragazzi dormivano di sotto e noi di sopra nella camera matrimoniale, avevamo tutti il bagno anche se quello di sopra un po' piccolino. .

− L'unica nota dolente è che per le 4 notti c'e sempre stata poca acqua nella doccia e nel rubinetto della cucina, proprio un filo d'acqua, ci siamo lamentati ma ci hanno detto che era proprio un problema dell'acquedotto della città che aveva poca pressione. Nonostante le 3 piscine è stato sempre difficile trovare dei lettini, la struttura è veramente grande e ce ne vorrebbero degli altri. Noi abbiamo anche partecipato alla serata con la cena a bordo piscina e il cibo tipico spagnolo, ci è piaciuto poco e non valeva le 27€ spese a testa, bevande escluse.

− People putting towels on sunbeds at 7-8am. I have stayed in here and mirarge and never had to ‘run ‘ to the pool before 10am to get a sunbed. The pool attendant Victor did try and enforce but once one does it everyone else does

+ Camere molto grandi, accoglienti, moderne e pulite. Colazione ottima. Personale sempre disponibile e gentile. La camera con vista sull’oceano ti fa godere di bellissimi tramonti.

− Un po lontano dal mare e dal centro. Per il mare la struttura mette a disposizione una nevetta gratuita ma l’ultimo rientro è un po prestino 18.15. C’è comunque un punto taxi a 100 metri dalla struttura che con pochi euro ti porta e rientri dal centro e dalle spiagge. Peccato per la piscina Idromassaggio che è rimasta chiusa tutta la settimana.

+ Il fatto che avevano due piscine e palestra

− Non mi è piaciuta la colazione, molto all’inglese, c’era sempre un ammasso di gente e dovevi cercare sempre posto per sederti, il cibo era di bassa qualità. Nella stanza parecchi mobili erano usurati, nella doccia c’era la muffa, c’era molta polvere nei posti nascosti e soprattutto dall’aria condizionata. Abbiamo trovato anche dei scarafaggi nei bagni..

+ Tranquilidad, buenas vistas, estancia perfecta para la familia, buen trato del personal socorrista olvidé su nombre (el de perilla) atento en todo momento super amable,en recepción Daniela y Belén super amables y atentas. Nota global un 9.

− Por decir algo,muchas escaleras ningún ascensor para acceso entre las diferentes plantas. Te dan la opción de elegir habitación en alguna planta inferior para no tener que subir escaleras pero evidentemente las vistas no son iguales, si hubiese ascensor sería nota de 10.

Walking uphill in the evening is compensated with better value for money

+ Breakfasts are good: plenty of pastry, charcuterie, cheese, vegetables/fruits et al. Staff is nice and pleasant. There were several issues at the hotel during our stay, but we were promptly assisted. I'd also like to mention friendly atmosphere created by Viktor at the pool. It was mostly clean for us, although our neighbors saw insects in their room, which led to prompt intervention by the staff.

− Hotel is located on the hill, so one need to return uphill after visiting the city in the evening (when hotel bus stops operating). This is the feature of the hotel. Aged equipment in the hotel, there were a few problems with doors and locks. Rooms are not soundproof, noise on the street is very audible.

+ Good poolside during the day and a very good life guard on duty.

− A bit noisy because of people using the pool and sunbeds between midnight and five o'clock.

+ El personal es una maravilla, sobre todo el socorrista y la chica de recepción llamada Belén. Un lugar bastante acogedor, obviamente ambientado sobre todo en el turismo, pero dada la localización no era una sorpresa.

− Lo único que en mi opinión falla es que no cuidan la comida, tenía desayuno incluido y apenas pude desayunar nada porque la comida dejaba mucho que desear... Completamente ambientada en la gastronomía de fuera, y encima poco apetecible, además de que habías cosas que no estaban terminadas de cocinar o como poco tacto... Volvería a ir al recinto pero no cogería nada de comida incluida
