+ Nice place, very helpful host; we had a problem with the air conditioning, and Antonio quickly resolved it. Good value for money.

Marbella - céntrico y agradable

+ La residencia está bien equipada. Antonio siempre ayuda cuando sea. Nos ha encantado la terraza, los detalles como la cesta de frutas y los mini croissants ... Todo queda cerca. El supermercado a la vuelta de la esquina, la estación de autobúses también. Al centro o a la playa se tiene que andar un poco, pero es un camino bonito.

− Una noche los vecinos han hecho ruido, debido a la construcción de la casa (las paredes son muy finos), no cerramos un ojo, pero Antonio habló con ellos. Situación solucionada.

+ El gestor del piso es muy amable, nos dejó unos detallitos que hacen la diferencia. Estaba muy limpio y se llega muy rapido a la ciudad a pie

+ I booked this property by chance on booking since it was one of the few ones to be available at a reasonable price. Great that I did! The host was very kind and helpful and the property itself is a super clean and cute apartment. Locationwise it’s great since you only need a few minutes to Puente Romano/ Puerto Banus. Thanks for having us! I’d definitely recommend

It is a MUST stay

+ Absolutely fantastic apartment, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very, very clean. Exceeded the expectations from the photos! The balcony was so nice with lovely views. Nice touch by the host to provide sweet treats and wine. Internet was fast. We stayed at the end of August and there were plenty of street parking.

− Apartment old , walls, kitchen like 50 years , in one bedroom was smell of tube or something like this , we ask landlord stay for 3 hour more in the day of check out ,but he say no even for money , apartment was free in this day and we go out with two baby’s in the street ,he was not nice , NOT recommend this place with baby’s !

+ El piso en si es precioso y la atencion del dueño espectacular, esta equipado con todo lo necesario y hemos pasado un finde maravilloso. Nos hemos sentido super acogidos, incluso nos han dejado unas atenciones que nunca habíamos visto, café de varios tipos, agua fresca y una botella de vino en la nevera, nos han recibido super bien y el piso merce mucho la pena. 10/10

+ Great contact and hospitality of the Host. The apartment is big enough for a family and has a good location - Marbella is beautifull. Kids loved the pool. Strongly recommended !!!

+ A sweet apartment in a leafy area walking distance from the old town. We had a few choices but very glad we chose this. It was great for a small group of people/ family. Huge pool opposite to ourselves and the other tenants in the building were very jolly and friendly which is not a given these days. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

+ Very nice apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room and balcony. Beds were very comfortable. I really liked the layout of the apartment with kitchen connected to the living room. Host was super helpful throughout our stay.

Brilliant time in this gorgeous apartment

+ -clean and tidy space with good amenities -great location -lovely pool area -locals in the area friendly -host on hand to answer any questions -great space for group of friends -came with wine, fruit and water -lovely balcony space -shops near by

− -aircon could be better -small shower area -could do with some plastic cups etc to take to pool maybe? And no pool loungers as grass is dry

+ Great. Bottle of wine in the fridge upon arrival, friendliest host, the pool across the road: we loved it. Also Marbella grew on us.

Excellent communication

+ We were staying in the Palm House in January, so we asked for the extra blankets and we got not only them but also an extra heater! The communication was excellent! We were asked if we needed anything also during our stay and we appreciate the very kind attention all over the time.
