+ Locatie, dicht bij alles. Duidelijke communicatie betreffende toegangscodes. Directe communicatie was mogelijk. Probleemoplossend denken toen de remote voor de garage niet klaar lag. Zeer lieve en vriendelijke host. Appartement was groot genoeg voor twee.

− De remote voor de garage lag niet klaar, er was ook geen beschikbare parking in de buurt waardoor we lang hebben moeten wachten. Veel lawaai van buren en buurt. Niet zo een fris geurtje in het appartement. Zeer klein bed.

I wouldn’t stay in these apartments again, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend them to my friends or family either.

+ Overall, everything was great. The place was clean, and the beach was within walking distance, just as described in the listing.

− The photos on Booking don’t fully match the reality. There is no proper air conditioning. Instead, there are ventilation units installed in the ceiling and some of the walls that work more like ordinary fans. They do not cool the room at all, and it was impossible to sleep at night because it was so hot and stuffy. There was also no toaster or coffee machine, even though both were listed in the property description.

Overall good stay worh kind property manager and location. The underground garage place is a bit small for a medium car.

+ The apartment was excellent. The location is great, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, in a quiet area. There is a large supermarket nearby, as well as several smaller shops. The manager, Aleksandra, was very friendly and accommodating, and she helped us with everything we needed. Before our arrival, we received detailed instructions on how to access the apartment. Everything that had been agreed upon was delivered as promised. We are very satisfied with our stay and would gladly come back again.

− The kitchen could be a little better equipped, as a few small items and some cookware were missing, but it didn’t affect our stay and we managed perfectly well. 😊

Overall it was a good deal.

+ our host was very attentive to all the requests and all the cases were resolved within 10-20 mins.

− the sheets and towels we've been provided at the very beginning were not clean, we were provided clean ones upon request though the bed was not a double, at least for 2 adults :)

− accessori per cucina proprio giusto l'essenziale, una pentola una casseruola quattro bicchieri eccc . manca il forno , caffettiera. ora iniziano le note dolenti: appena arrivato faceva freddo e provo ad accendere il condizionatore ma nada non funziona ( giornate fredde piovose e non aver potuto asciugare vestiti ecc, asciuga capelli solo aria fredda, ventola aspirazione bagno morta, vasca da bagno arrugginita e rotta su un lato muri sopra battiscopa tutti sfogliati come se fosse entrata acqua. avvisa la responsabile: il phon ve lo faccio avere subito, il tecnico del condizionatore lo avviso subito, e tutto questo venerdì. morale della favola si presenta lunedì pomeriggio inoltrato dicendo che il tecnico non può fino a martedì ( giorno in cui finisco la vacanza al mattino) e con un phon in mano, ma non poteva portarlo prima ? fatto sta che il phon non lo prendo per una questione di principio. poi mi chiedo ? come mai nell'armadio c'è una ventola a colonna con riscaldatore ? forse perché il condizionatore non funziona da tempo ?mille grazie

Séjour agréable, appartement agréable.

+ Le logement est très bien situé, pas trop loin du centre ville environ 5 minutes a pied,la propreté, et surtout la responsable qui fut dispo à chaque question avec des retours rapide de sa part. Donc je recommande cette établissement.

− Le parking meme si il est gratiut ,pas facile a se garer surtout si vous avez une grosse voiture.

− Pas de climatisation : ceci a été découvert à l’arrivée et où était prévu de nous faire dormir à 4 dans 2 pièces séparées avec 1 ventilateur Équipements et mobiliers sales voire très sales Parking très étroit avec beaucoup de manœuvres Dans la prestation est indiqué 2 canapés lit + une chambre avec un lit double -> il n’y a qu’un seul canapé qui ne fait plus fonction de lit car il est cassé et n’a pas été ne serait ce qu’aspiré depuis très longtemps au final il a fallut « fabriquer » un espace avec des coussins pour dormir Pas de vue mer Et pour tous ces désagréments aucun geste commercial aucun remboursement n’a été effectué

− Me tocó una plaza de garaje con accesos muy justos dentro del propio parking para un coche grande. El acceso desde el exterior sin problemas.

+ Buena ubicación, zona tranquila.

− El horno no funcionaba y no se nos avisó con antelación. Igualmente el dormitorio no tenía persiana.

Top week gehad.

+ Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden en een heerlijk groot balkon. Wasmachine en keuken apparatuur waren ook aanwezig. We hebben er een heerlijke week gehad en mooi weer. Zelfs een inpandige parkeerplaats voor onze auto. Top!

− Ik had extra betaald voor zeezicht dat viel ons erg tegen zee was nauwelijks te zien vind ik erg jammer. Bed in de slaapkamer was erg klein en wij zijn erg lang dus mijn man en ik sliepen in de woonkamer op de slaapbank (die lag voor lange mensen erg goed trouwens) onze zoon sliep in de slaapkamer.

the stay was good, but the parking was not. The parking is definitely not suitable.

+ Мы остались в полном восторге от отдыха! Отель полностью оправдал ожидания: всё соответствует описанию. Видно, что продуманы мелочи, чтобы гостям было максимально комфортно. Особенно порадовало, что море находится буквально в двух шагах. Атмосфера очень уютная, чувствуешь себя как дома. Обязательно вернёмся! 🌸
