− Una habitación que tiene un muro y la cama está ajustada de pared a pared y agobia muchísimo y es un mueble cama

+ L'appartement est situé à proximité immédiate de la plage, de commerces et de restaurants. Il est en parfait état et bien agencé dans un batiment récent. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation et les ventilateurs lors de notre séjour. Si vous avez une voiture, il n'y a pas de places de stationnement dans la rue du logement mais on en trouve facilement à 5 minutes de marche. Juan a toujours été très réactif pour répondre à nos demandes. Les instructions pour entter dans le logement sont claires.

− Il manque un livret d'accueil avec des informations pratiques (tri sélectif, fonctionnement des différents appareils...) et des prises électriques côté cuisine.. L'annonce parle de 2 salles de bain; en réalité il y a une salle de bain (douche, lavabo, WC) et 1 WC supplémentaire avec un lavabo. Dans la 2e chambre il y a un lit escamotable. Pour accéder à lq fenêtre il faut soit refermer le lit soit passer par dessus.

+ Современные, чистые довольно просторные апартаменты недалеко от пляжа Одна из комнат была совсем маленькая, там помещается только кровать Душевая кабина одна, вторая ванная по сути это только туалет

− Цифровой ключ не был готов к нашему приезду, пришлось дополнительно связываться с хозяином, чтобы попасть в апартаменты, также потом замок разрядился, не смогли попасть внутрь, инструкции по заселению могли быть заранее и более подробными Душевая немного протекала На кухне можно добавить минимальный набор специй, чай/кофе и масло Масштабный ремонт на набережной также подпортил впечатление вцелом

Good for one bedroom

+ I liked how close it was to the beach, good washing machine, with drying rack. Good living space and fridge.

− The second bedroom can’t really be called that. It was tiny and the bed is a Murphy bed. Once played down there is NO Room! AC was locked at 24c or 75f. Got HOT in the day, DO NOT Stay here in summer! Owner was not open to helping w it. The rental required a separate registration from Booking.com and a passport. That always makes me nervous and it is the only way to get the code to the apartment door. The code for the door stopped working twice. Owner was quick to fix but very annoying. Ohh, pillows like sand bags! Please get other pillow types in the apartment! Ouch! Beach boardwalk is under construction and looks like it will be for a while.

Bonne expérience, équipements à compléter

− Très peu d'équipements. Notamment dans la cuisine( par exemple seulement 3 verres et 3 assiettes alors que nous étions 4). Très compliqué de cuisiner car pas de vaisselle appropriée.

+ breakfast is not included in the property but there are plenty of options nearby.

− the property manager Juan is friendly and try to be helpful. However the remote "door opening" did not work and Juan did not pick up the phone on what's app or actual phone number so we had to stand outside and wait. Later Juan called us back and told us the code for lock box so we can get in. It could have been easier if the code for the lock box was given earlier like many other properties in the area so we wouldn't need to wait. Whiling waiting for the call back from Juan, we got nervous if we were scammed. Also another small thing is that there is no cutting board though the kitchen is fully functional. We do not plan to make a big cooking operation but a a board for cutting bread would be good.

Great beach property

+ The location was great. An easy bus ride into central Malaga. There are lots of cafes and restaurants on the beachfront including chiringuitos where you can pick up sardines freshly barbecued. The apartment is set back from the beach so is very quiet. The apartment is very clean and modern and has everything you need.

− We could have done with more information in the apartment as well as crockery.

Een heerlijke plek in een knusse wijk

+ Appartement is zeer gunstig gelegen en schoon. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep erg prettig. Binnen enkele stappen van het strand en leuke restaurantjes. Tevens nabij bushalte (centrum) en grote supermarkt. Badkamer mer toilet verbonden aan slaapkamer. Daarnaast aparte, ruime toiletruimte met wastafel. Dit was praktisch en luxe, samenreizend met goede vriendin. Verduisterende rolluiken. Strandstoelen en parasol aanwezig.

− Bed in grote slaapkamer is aan de harde kant, dat is persoonlijk :-).

Heerlijk verblijf gehad!

+ Heerlijk ruim appartement. Het was super schoon en netjes. Fijn dat er strandstoelen en een parasol lagen, zodat je geen bedje hoeft te huren. Heel dichtbij het strand, met restaurants om de hoek. Wel 4,5 km vanaf Malaga, maar goed te doen met de bus. Airco en ventilator op de kamers dus lekker koel.

− Helaas geen balkon.

El piso estuvo genial: muy tranquilo, con todo a mano. Mercadona al lado, la playa cerquísima y Juan fue estupendo

Wonderful vacation! Amazing place!

+ First, location, location, location! The property is close to everything: beach, restaurants, local celebrations, kids playgrounds, etc. Grocery store, Carrefour, is just 10 min walking distance. Same, the buss stop nearby, so it’s easy to get to Malaga center. Regarding the property itself: the building is a new construction with modern apartment on the first floor. Apartment has everything for comfortable stay and it was designed with home-like thinking. All home appliances are new and easy to use. It really feels like vacation home. Internet sometimes was unstable but it was ok to handle video calls for the remote work. Communication with the host was fast and easy. I liked everything so I hope to return here next year.

Muy buen alojamiento en Málaga.

+ Magnífico alojamiento "casi" en primera linea de playa pero tranquilo. Muy cerquita de las playas y de los chiringuitos y restaurantes. Bien climatizado y con utensilios suficientes de cocina y ropa de baño. Permite un buen descanso sin las molestias de escuchar nada de lo que se tiene a pocos metros. Próximo al centro de la ciudad usando transporte público. ¡Recomendable!

− Olvídate de aparcar con facilidad, pues su ubicación hace compleja esta tarea, algo lógico teniendo en cuenta dónde se encuentra situado. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

Location and the proximity to bars , restaurants and food shops.

+ Excellent location not beachfront but in the second row, apartment with all amenities to provide you a very comfortable staying . Not directly in the center of Malaga but easily reachable with the help of a bus or ride sharing companies.

Loved our stay!

+ The location is fantastic. It is just off the beach. I counted the steps to the sand and it's just over one hundred steps from the front door until your toes hit the sand. There are restaurants and open-air bars right on the beach that make it easy to find any type of food or drink you'd like at nearly any time day or night. The apartment is in pristine condition. Everything is new and kept very nice and clean. There are big bright windows which let lots of natural light in. The bathrooms are clean and the hot water works fantasticly. I work remotely while travelling and need good wifi and the wfi worked very well and enabled me to hold video business meetings. Everything one would need is in the kitchen from utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.. Juan was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with and a great host. This was our second apartment in Malaga and the first one was in the center part of the town. I really loved being beachside and getting to town from this apartment was a super easy bus ride. Living at the beach apartment and being out of the craziness of the center of Malaga was perfect!

− that I couldn't stay longer! We actually tried to extend our stay after enjoying our time, but the apartment was booked!
