Apartamento con gran terraza

+ La terraza es espectacular y por la noche se supera, tiene percheros en las dos habitaciones y baño, hay unas lámparas decorativas muy bonitas. Tiene plaza de parking para coche grande debajo del edificio y puedes acceder al apartamento por el ascensor. Nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida, muchas gracias. El baño me encanta. Hay termo de gas. Tiene splits en las dos habitaciones y en el comedor y además el comedor dispone de un ventilador de techo. Tiene zapatero en la entrada. Hay espejos en las dos habitaciones. Hay cafetera Nespresso Krups y te dejan unas cápsulas de café. Los propietarios son muy atentos y responden muy rápido a las preguntas. Sofás cómodos. Hay barbacoa solo tienes que traerte lo necesario para ello. Hay perchas de madera normales y para faldas. Me gusta su ubicación y piscina.

− Al entrar al apartamento hacia olor a cerrado, faltaría un ambientador pero solo fue la primera vez que entramos. Solo nos dejaron 2 rollos de papel wc y 2 pastillas de lavavajillas para 8 días. Mesa comedor pequeña. No hay tazones grandes para la leche, son tazas pequeñas. Colchones para mi gusto duros. Solo dejan medio armario, la otra mitad es para uso privado. Cocina pequeña estaría bien que juntaran comedor y cocina y así habría más espacio y sería todo más grande. Cuando estás en la terraza de noche se escuchan de lejos los coches que pasan por la autovía pero luego ya no le das importancia. Toallas muy finas y pequeñas. Se tendrían que cambiar las sartenes ya que la comida se pega. El agua de la ducha te sale fría o caliente es difícil que salga templada y hay poca presión. Cuando abres la nevera da al interruptor de la cocina y se para y enciende la luz.

+ Apartment was spotless on arrival and the host were always on hand with any questions. Exceptional location within the resort as it is only a walk in distant to all main restaurants, square and hotel.

+ Despite the weather we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. The terrace was amazing and when the sun came out we were out there. We will definitely return again. Loved it. Also having visited similar resorts in Europe, La Torre was excellent value on site too. The spar and rhe restaurants were great value and quality. We will be back thanks

− My husband moaned about the trees on either side of the terrace obscured his golfing view!.Apart from that nothing!

Heel relaxed verblijf voor een week

+ Heerlijk terras met uitzicht . Restaurants (5) en spar op het golfresort . Alles was aanwezig in het appartement . Heerlijk Netflix gekeken

− Golfbaan was erg vol en er was geen 9 holes tarief .jammer dat de zon pas om 11 uur op terras kwam

+ Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles funktioniert. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, W-Lan, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln , Wasserkocher zum abnehmen von der Konsole.... Die Fernbedienung für die Tiefgarage lag auf dem Tisch bereit. Wir parkten immer in der TG, da die Parkplätze vor dem Haus knapp waren. Außerdem ist es bequem von der TG mit dem Fahrstuhl bis vor die Wohnungstür zu fahren. Die Terrasse mit Ausblick auf die spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen ist besonders groß und gut gelegen.

Excellent Penthouse Calida

+ Very clean, everything you would need for an amazing stay. Close to all amenities. Terrace is a sun trap and views are stunning of the immaculate golf course. A choice of a couple of pools a few steps away all very clean and fresh. Owner responded quickly to any questions.

− There is nothing we did not like, wish we could have stayed longer.

+ It was beautifully decorated, clean, light and airy. The terrace is a real sun trap. The apartment had everything you could possibly need to make your own meals and lots of nice touches. The hosts are very responsive. We had a very relaxing stay.

Excellent, highly recommend!

+ We have a lovely 10 nights staying at Penthouse Calida. The apartment is very homely, clean, comfortable & spacious. The terrace is spacious, has plenty of comfortable seating as well as sun-beds, and gets the sun from morning until night. There are views off to the back towards the lemon groves, and around the whole of the front & other side is the golf course. Perfect! 5 minutes walk & you are at the Spar, a few more minutes walk and you have all the bars & restaurants on site that La Torre golf resort has to offer. There are some great walks around the resort to start your day & if you want to take part in a Zumba class or exercise class it’s all there. You can get a discounted buffet breakfast at the Hilton hotel a few mins walk away (remember to take your rubber bracelets for discount). We absolutely loved the Indian restaurant on site. Ideally if you want to visit a beach or another place you need a car (there is no public transport). You could get a taxi to the Balsicas train station & visit Murcia or Cartagena by train. All in all a fabulous stay!

− If I had to very picky, I would say a kettle you don’t have to unplug from the wall every time to fill up would be great, but I really am being picky!

Relaxing

+ We loved the location, the space, the decor, the outside space and the views. The pools were really nice too - loved it.

Fabulous clean, bright apartment, great location close to the main hub and supermarket

+ The apartment was really clean and we loved the decor. The bedrooms were a good size with ample storage and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was lovely - the big rainfall shower made a luxurious addition and the hosts provided plenty of towels. The terrace was spectacular and caught the sun for most of the day and afforded some great golf views which kept my golf-mad hubby busy, commentating on all the players that went by. Easy walk to the main hub where there are a number of decent restaurants and the main bar which seemed to be always packed to the rafters. We hired a car and access to the underground parking was a godsend as there is not a lot of parking outside the apartment block and the few spaces available were often filled up quickly. Access to the main roads leading to the coast and the interior were just outside the main gates (but not close enough to hear the traffic noise) so getting out and about was easy. We would recommend Penthouse Calida to anyone

− There was nothing to dislike really. I love to cook even when I am away on holiday and we spend hours going to markets and local shops and buying fresh produce. My only comment would be that if you do enjoy cooking, the kitchen is quite limited on work space so my only suggestion would be to either use the splendid barbecue on the patio or eat out and enjoy somebody else's cooking!

Gorgeous penthouse

+ Immaculate penthouse and a lovely thought to leave a bottle of wine ,tea bags and coffee pods. I can only praise the owners and the Cleaning staff. Thank you for a lovely stay.
