Nos decepcionó, las fotos engañan

+ La decoración era moderna

− La cocina no era muy completa, normalmente dejan para lavar platos y no había ni jabón. El baño olía muchísimo a humedad y olía todo el piso. Las sábanas y colchas estaban limpias, pero con manchas que parecían como de sangre que no se quitaba y daba mala sensación. La direccion que pone en el mapa es incorrecta y estuvimos más de media hora esperando en la puerta equivocada. Cuando lo miras previamente parece una urbanización de casitas y es un bloque de pisos muy antiguo sin ascensor.

+ The staff managing the accommodation were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. We have nothing but praise for them, as well as for the accommodation overall. Everything was exactly as described.

Dissapointing

+ Location was good

− Receiving lady was rude on mixup of arrival There's no parking - find your own street parking Insufficient bedding, bathroom curtain railnkelt falling. Place was dirty, particularly bathroom. Kitchen extremly basic, lacking utensils etc and generally not good. Internet and TV not setup. Sorry , Ive stayed in many places and this is generally not up to standard. Use tĥe word penthouse to try and sell this is a laugh.

Skvělá poloha. Klid. možnost parkování v blízkosti. Výborné matrace-skvělý spánek

+ Libila se mi lokalita. Klidné místo, blízko historického centra a Pasea Marítimo. Velmi klidné prostředí. Parkování v nedalekých uličkách. Skvělá komunikace.

Comfortable but disappointing.

− The apartment itself was fine but although there was a dishwasher and washing machine no cleaning tablets were supplied for either. A bit of thoughfullness towards the guests basic needs should be undertaken.

Gute Ferienwohnung in einer sehr guten Lage mit Verbesserungspotential bei der Schlüsselübergabe

+ Die Wohnung ist gut bis sehr gut ausgestattet und war sauber und ordentlich. Die Klimaanlage ist in der Decke integriert und kühlt dadurch zuverlässig alle Räume. Der Balkon, welcher eine sehr schöne Aussicht hat, lässt sich nur nutzen, wenn die Klimaanlage aus ist, da hier das Aussengerät steht. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 15 Minuten vom Strand / Zentrum entfernt. Ein Parkhaus und eine Bushaltestelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

− Die Schlüsselübergabe sowie die Bezahlung einer Kaution in Höhe von 300€ erfolgte an einem Treffpunkt auf offener Straße im Stadtzentrum. Das fühlte sich irgendwie eigenartig an. Die Kaution bekamen wir erst auf Nachfrage zurückgezahlt. Verspätungen (15 Minuten, 1 Stunde), nach vorheriger Absprache der Uhrzeit, bei der Schlüsselübergabe werden mit 10€ Gebühr berechnet, die sich erhöht je später man am Treffpunkt ist.

Loved it

Overall we were satisfied.

+ The stay was ok. The apartment was clean, comfortable and tidy. We were 5 people in this property. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. From the balcony you can see the sea in the distance.

− We arrived in Marbella by bus and to get the apartment keys we had to meet with the host a 20 min walk away from the apartment. No check in information before, we had to message first. There were no towels available in the apartments, this is because we stayed only for one night. We reserved for 5 people, 1 of them did not have bedsheets.

Very good
