Geweldig appartement in een heerlijke stad. Centrum en

+ Een zeer verzorgd appartement op loopafstand vam trein en centrum. Airport super makkelijk bereikbaar. De wijk is iets minder, was wat in verbouwing, maar prima te bereiken te voet naar centrum. Ook een bus om de hoek. Entree is heel netjes, appartement is schoon,netjes en van alles voorzien en de hosts zijn super aardig en servicegericht. Ze zijn super goed bereikbaar, denken mee en zijn heel vriendelijk. Wij hadden mede door Picu Hpme een super reis naar Malaga!

Very disappointing stay due to poor breakfast, slow Wi-Fi, and no air conditioning not enough cold.

− The breakfast was very disappointing and the breakfast was not sufficient for a longer stay. The Wi-Fi was very slow because the same network was being used by the entire building. For the first two days, we suffered from the heat because the air conditioning wasn’t working.

В целом все супер, буду иметь это место в виду при следующем вищите в Малагу.

+ Очень удобное расположение рядом с метро и автовокзалом, 4 станции до аэропорта. Апартаменты чистые, все необходимые удобства на месте, + владелец предоставляет подробный гайд, как добраться, куда сходить и какие на месте правила. Так же предупредили о строительных работах — нас не коснулось, тк останавливались на ночь, но приятно знать заранее о таких нюансах. Отдельный плюс за удобные кровати и ортопедические подушки 😀

− Хорошо слышно как соседи поднимаются в свои номера и разговаривают ночью.

Good for 2 people, not more

+ It is near the parking lot and city center , hosts are very friendly, they prepared a short guide for Malaga

− The sofa bed is really uncomfortable and the walls are made of paper. I could hear people behind the wall talking, taking a dump, entering/leaving building like it is hapenning 1 meter away. Also there is a bright green light inside the room which during the night lights up the room. Thanks god I had noise cancelling headphones which I slept with.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

+ Die Vermieterinnen waren beide unglaublich zuvorkommend und haben sich bei Fragen sofort gekümmert. Wir wurden mit einem sehr netten Willkommensbrief und einem Frühstückskorb empfangen. Bis in das Stadtzentrum sind es wirklich nur kurze Entfernungen.

Excelente picú home

+ O apto está novo, com utensílios adequados, roupa de cama e banho boas, ótimo chuveiro, cesta de café boa, tudo para deixar a hospedagem excelente.

− Somente a informação que tinha estacionamento ficou um pouco confusa para mim, mas conseguimos na estacionar em rua proxima. Como sugestão poderia ter um escorredor de Louças e um edredom para o sofá cama.

Encantado como siempre

+ Todo Julia y Mercedes son un encanto Es la tercera vez que me alojo allí y en noviembre repito, así que estoy muy contento con ellas y el apartamento, en la zona que siempre suelo alojarme

− No disponer de mas tiempo de vacaciones

Repetiremos sin duda, el sitio ha sido perfecto para nuestra estancia.

+ La ubicación, el alojamiento era perfecto, tenía de todo, espacio, cómodo, limpio.

− Quizá debería de tener una lavadora, por lo demás todo muy bien.

Super friendly hosts

+ We arrived at the apartment by rental car, and the hosts gave us very helpful information on how to book a parking space. The apartment isn't on a busy road, so we were able to briefly pull up outside the building to unload our luggage, which was very convenient. Mercedes and Julia are incredibly friendly and responsive, and we greatly appreciated all their help. Our two-bedroom apartment was cozy and comfortable.

− We did spot a few ants, but that was likely due to the extreme heat during our stay in late June.
