Pis Cèntric

Buen trato. Reforma necesaria

+ Excelente trato de la anfitriona.

− El apartamento es un tercero sin ascensor, que bien podría ser un quinto piso por la cantidad de escaleras que hay que subir. Faltaba limpieza en los baños, pintura en alguna de las paredes y se notaba polvo en el ambiente. También la ropa de cama y toallas estaban un poco anticuadas. Sin lugar a dudas, el piso necesita una pequeña inversión en ponerlo todo 'a punto'.

+ To bardzo duży apartament. Jest wysoko bo na 3 piętrze. Ma bardzo dobra lokalizację. Miłą obsługę. Jest łazienka z toaleta i dodatkowa toaleta, pralnia, kuchnia, są wentylatory nie ma klimatyzacji. Jest przestronny balkon. Jestem zadowolony z pobytu. Parkować można na pobliskich miejskich parkingach podziemnych. Apartament jest w ścisłym centrum.

+ The Location was superb, right in the centre of town in a tree lined avenue with cafes and bars. The building is a very Traditional Spanish building.

− Our apartment was on the third floor, over 60 steps to climb to get to it. We were not told this at the time of booking. I am a below knee amputee wid also has a heart complaint, my companion is currently awaiting a hip replacement. If we had known it was on third floor we would have cancelled.

Would definitely go back!

+ The location couldn't have been more downtown, it was absolutely perfect. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a lovely terrace.

− There are really two things against this apartment. 1. 3rd floor without elevator. It didn't bother me, it could bother some people 2. It can get VERY noisy on friday and saturday night but we can't expect much more when we're smack dab downtown!

A blast in Manresa

+ The apartment was very clean, all its appliances worked without problem, 4 rooms fully furnished more than comfortable for us, a family of 3. Strong wifi service, TVs, etc. The picture published are accurate. The host was a very kind person that waited for us with some surprises to eat when we arrived at late afternoon. She has been all time very helpful and very sweet. The area was wonderful to walk day or night, places to take our small child but also business to shop or take out from. Very beautiful small city, very quiet at night, wonderful buildings and people was amazing. We had a blast.
